The ring finally arrived and was missing a main stone. This was not visible in any of their photos because of the angles used. It was also not mentioned in the description. This is a gold, citrine, and diamond ring missing one of the main citrine stones, so it's unwearable. I messaged them via email with no reply and their answering machine is now turned off. It's a bummer to see auction houses trying to get over on their customers like this because items are sold "as is". This isn't a minor flaw like a scratch. A missing stone ruins the ring. This is not the way to do business.
