Framed pictures from 10-20.00 It needs to be cleaned out, painted, cleaned and sanitized and then remove the hundred dollar numbers from the pricing gun. When things don't move they are priced way too high. Maybe try a bag sale on the clothing and move it out, reduce the couches and furniture to 25.00 and get them out. The back supply room has cans of spray paint for 5.00, which is the price for brand new at the store. I think if you try to reduce and move out the merchandise and give the store a deep clean you will make more money in the long run.

This store is a great place for anything unusual and unique. Any Organization that puts this much time and effort to help those going through difficult times deserves all the patronage possible. This store is an incredible asset to the community and many people don't understand or realize how much it is needed. We were shocked and disappointed to see that the original price of the shirt straight from Johnnie O was less than what we paid at Southern Way WITH 30% off ($95 on sale at the store ($125 regular) versus $80 full price from the brand site). It's extremely disappointing that a local store is marking up their clothing that much. We spend a lot of time in Highlands as we have family in Lake Toxaway, but we will not return to Southern Way after this incident.
