They have some interesting militaria, but the inventory isn't very extensive. However, the staff is knowledgeable and also impartial about what they can offer, which tells me that they have the best interest of their customers at heart. Guys here are super friendly and knowledgeable. They do their beat with what they have and keep you informed on next shipments or where to find things ASAP. Only reason 4 stars is they are having ammo shortages as every is. In addition to, I bought a scope for ~$40 more than I could online. I don't mind supporting local businesses but I also don't want to spend more than I have to. I don't have to pay their bills but one could say they don't have to pay mine either. I have been a customer of B & B literally since they opened. The owner Bobby Francis is as personable as one can be in a business where your customers are carrying firearms in and out of the store. Always professional, and fairly knowledgable- they always say let's go take a look and see what we can do, never just a flat out no. Principally they trade in used firearms, as well as militaria, and edged weapons. But as I noted above- they will order anything that is legal for them to sell and you to own. So if you find something interesting in another state, they will facilitate the legal transfer for you. Everything is above board. One of the interesting things that they do is estate liquidations. So they can end up with really interesting "groupings" for sale at one time. For the really large collections, it appears that the work on consignment, charging a fee for the showroom space, and all of the paperwork required by law. I have referred friends and co workers there, (in one case to liquidate an inherited collection of semi-customized WWII Axis Mauser rifles). None were real collectors pieces- but they advised my friend well, and set reasonable expectation as to the sales proceeds. And as a side, on my most recent visit, they had a new store dog "Tonka". He is a shy dog, spending his time quietly behind the counter, until he hears his name - a good head scratch and you too will have a friend for the day. Why a four star rating you ask? A) no gunsmith. Sure they can do rudimentary repairs, and scope mounting- I have the same tools, even for scope mounting; chores that require a real gunsmith you're on your own. B) very limited "newly manufactured" inventory. Here the are responding to Wal-Wart - which crushed the local independent dealers, and then withdrew from the market. As for the current ammo "shortage" - these guys fairly dole out what inventory they have & and will let you know what other dealers in the area may have more. read more

Well that was quick. I went in looking for a 375 H&H for a potential Africa hunting trip and told the gentleman as much. I was first told they didn't have one, until another gentleman corrected the guy who was "helping" me. The guy who was helping me told me I should get a 458. When I told him that was more gun than I was looking for he told me it wasn't much different than the 375. Really???? No idea what I am going to use it for and he sez that? I'm also left handed and was looking at a right handed bolt, which I've always shot. I told him I was concerned about reload time (dangerous game and all) and he proceeded to tell me that he was left handed and always shot right handed guns as they had better resale value. If I was hunting Bambi here in GA he might have a point, but that wasn't the plan. When I handed the Remington back and asked if they had a Win Model 70 I received a flat "no," nothing else. He then put the gun back on the rack and walked off. I really thought he was going to grab a second gun. I was wrong. He went to the other end of the counter and started doing some paperwork. I stood there for a minute or so, stunned, said "have a good one," and left. After that experience I wouldn't buy a water gun from those guys. I have a good baseline when it comes to guns, but wanted some more expertise. I didn't get it. read more

The people there are nice and very helpful and respectful. A couple days ago I purchased an Air Rifle(Pellet Gun) with a scope on it and I'm very disappointed with what I got. The scope doesn't seem to work, at first I thought I was doing something wrong so I went into the handbook and then watched YouTube videos on how to calibrate a scope and still nothing to show for. This was my First time buying an air rifle let alone any type of gun in the state of Georgia. Once again I'm very disappointed and I will not be returning back to this establishment due to the quality of the item that I purchased. No thanks. Im not happy at all. 238$ for what? When they opened I visited the store. Both sales people were very helpful. Since I have purchased a Ruger RedLabel shotgun and a handgun. They have been especially willing to assist me with my inquiries. They are new to this location so give them time to acclimate. read more

I left my pistol for them to both review for appraisal and consignment and this is what I got... the run around. After one week and two phone calls and getting excuses, I sent them my email to respond so they couldn't say they didn't have my email again and I still heard no response. I called again after the second week and the same thing. I then went to pick up my pistol and the other guy thought it was just there for appraisal.. left hand doesn't know what right hand is doing. That afternoon I went to another reputable gun dealer and got instant satisfaction. I would not recommend this place with anything valuable. read more

This is my favorite place to look, learn, and purchase firearms. I have been in California for awhile and just recently moved back to Roswell and was sad to see it was no longer open, but then I found out they opened a new location in Canton. It's a Little bit farther than the Roswell store was, but it's worth the extra drive. Everyone there is always very helpful and also very knowledgeable and will take time to Answer any questions you may have. I have purchased weapons at quite a few different locations around Georgia, but love this store. I have bought quite a few guns from these guys and will continue to shop there. They always have a great selection of preowned items on consignment, so there's always new stuff to look at-At all price points. I have also sold several pieces on consignment with them and I've always been happy with the results. I can't wait to buy my next weapon from the new location. I recently visited for the first time the new store in Canton and thought it was great! I wish all gun shops have people like this working there, because a lot of other places will have people working the counters that don't like to explain things or answer questions, and sometimes even make you feel uncomfortable asking them. I used to stop in the old location to see what they had, and never felt any pressure to buy, and always had pleasant conversation with both other customers and the staff-I wish their new store great success! read more

I visit the store every couple of weeks. I've purchased ammo and firearms from them, I've had them do FFL transfers, they bore-sighted a scope for me and they have sold my guns on consignment. They have great prices, and are knowledgeable and friendly. I just wish they were open on Sunday! read more

I just stopped in to this beautiful store to purchase some 9mm after Walmart ran dry. I loved the set up of the store. They have a very interesting array of rifles and handguns. Lovely staff that were very nice! Not typical gun store know it alls. Will shop there again for sure! read more

Poor experience. I walked in wanting to purchase 2 to 3 long gun's, probably at least one to two Colt AR-15 and a SIG 5.56. I wasn't even greeted the whole time I was there,at least 20 mins. There were two associates working and including myself four customers. Even some acknowledgement of my presence would have been appreciated. Even a "I'll be with you as soon as I can." would have been appreciated. I decided to take my business elsewhere and even as I walked out, nothing. I would have spent at least $3,000 not including accessories and optics. Too bad for them. read more
