Parking is free (go around back to the brewery) they have food trucks some times and a nice outside Astro turf area with a fire pit, conversation areas and little books for more intimate conversations.

Like any craft, shooting takes repetition -- and that means going through a lot of targets. Most ranges sell targets with a 2-3 inch gap between the edge of the paper and the printed target image. That's normal. But this range sells targets that clip within an inch of the scoring line on their holders. Then they turn around and charge you $1 for every hole that goes past that line. It's a setup, and it feels like a scam. No other range I've been to does this. And unlike most ranges that charge you upfront, Johns Creek Indoor Range waits until the end so they can nickel‑and‑dime you for every "over‑the‑line" hole. It's a tactic that takes advantage of new shooters and anyone who doesn't know their system. A range should help people learn -- not create a trap to squeeze extra money out of customers. This practice is misleading, unfair, and something no shooter should have to deal with.

I saw it then. A small micro-sized spinning reel with a large yellow sticker that declared "Clearance! $35". I tried various angles to see what information I could obtain visually, but some evil genius had positioned it in such a way as to make it impossible to develop a buying interest without paging a sales clerk to the area. I reflexively glanced at the time on my cellphone: 3:44pm. So, I67 began my search for an associate to help me. 3:50. Nary a soul in sight..Then, I spotted a Press For Service button beside the live bait cooler so I pressed it: 3:57. While I was waiting I thought about all the times I had found items of interest to me in their flyers, only to discover that store and internet sales were both out of stock. In fact, I had never scored a single item from their ads, out of dozens of attempts. Finally a young woman bustled up. No key to open the display counter. 4:06m. She located a manager, who opened the display and handed me my reel. I liked it so off to checkout. Time:4:28pm. Time to purchase a little fishing reel came to 31 minutes. But, hey, that's better than it might've been at Wally World.

I've purchased from this range multiple times, and the staff has always been friendly, helpful, and…read morewelcoming. You're greeted as soon as you walk in, and the range itself is clean, well‑maintained, and has a fresh atmosphere. It's a big difference compared to other ranges where all you smell is lead and gunpowder the entire time. The only downside is that they don't provide D‑Lead soap, which is specifically made to remove metal residue from your hands after shooting. That's the only thing I wish they offered. Other than that, this place is fantastic. Great people, clean facility, and an overall positive experience every time.

I received several range passes that "never expire" at that time and more when buying a couple firearms. When renewal time came around I had only used the ranges a couple times and so I couldn't see spending that money again as I had all these passes "that never expire"! I thought I'd use these up and then rejoin afterward. I took a friend to the range last Friday and my passes (still had ten left) were refused! Later I emailed asking to speak to someone to explain my feelings regarding this but have had no replies.

We questioned the man about that and he comes up with the stupid response, didn't want to make such a big deal of it so we walked out. A few weeks later we come back and now they said we couldn't shoot cause we weren't 21, how is it that I can get my AR mailed to them and pick it up but I can't shoot. If you're not WHITE then stay out of the store you'll get ugly looks from all those fata$$ employees.
