After his failed attempt to access their inventory on the comouter he stated they do not have it. I asked if he could check other nearby stores and he said, "You can. You already did that." Well well. I did check online and it brought me to YOU so we see how far that got me. NOWHERE He actually walked away after stating that. No good bye, no help, nothing! Not even an attempt to up sell to a different kayak. I will NEVER go back here. We left, went to Academy and bought a kayak. My son paid with his money he saved up for months...cash Horrible customer service. Rude and not helpful.
