    Norms Classic Cheeseburger (Value Combo)
    Marcus C.

Norms is a late night diner staple. Open 24/7, it's always busy but they always have room for everyone who walks through their doors. Mornings and holidays are when it's most packed. The employees hustle and bustle to get the food out in a timely manner. You never have to worry about waiting for the check as it's always dropped off at your table for you to pay at the front counter whenever you're ready. The menu is your standard diner fare, with breakfast being the most filling. They have lots of booths and tables for every configuration if you're coming with a group. The interior is as clean as could be, and the restrooms require codes to access. Overall Norms is pretty aces when it comes to diners. It's a good place to unwind and catch up, have a family meal, grab a quick bite with friends, share a milkshake with your sweetie, or have a nice cup of Joe (their Colombian coffee is strong!). Norms is not high class, but it's dependably decent any day and any time.

Fantastic food, friendly service and a great diner vibe. Clean and large seating area and plenty of parking. All the food taste incredibly fresh, coffee flows endlessly and the kindness of the staff and servers are phenomenal!! Highly recommended!!

2026/02/07 update: Today was a good day to come here for lunch, I was expecting the wait to be long but when I walked in, I was pleasantly surprised to see no wait, I got seated immediately. My friend treated me to lunch here for my birthday. Their menu changed from 2 months ago. I was kinda looking forward to a T-bone steak trio but they changed it to a NY Steak Trio. It was good and filling, but I still prefer the T-bone steak trio. The service was friendly and professional and attentive. They checked in with us a couple of times to see if we need anything.

This place was very popular on a Sunday afternoon assuming it was a church rush but we got sat (our party of 4) within 15 minutes which was very impressive. They really know how to provide quick and quality service and turn the tables around fast. I ordered the "Classic breakfast" which included two eggs of choice (I got over medium), hash browns, choice of bacon or sausage (I got bacon) and choice of toast or pancakes (I got pancakes). I also ordered the "Jamaica," agua Fresca and it was so refreshing. Our servers name was "Dolly" and she was very kind and helpful to us. The restaurant maintained a clean environment. I would def come back here again and try other menu items. I highly recommend this place if you want good diner food at a great price as well. Our check was about $60 and (4) people ate!

Norms will forever feel like home to me. I've been coming to this location for as long as I can remember. I especially love the feel & look inside during the holiday season. It could get busy during lunch or dinner hours but usually won't wait over 30 minutes. My parents eat there weekly. Recently I joined them on one of their lunch dates. Got a big & delicious breakfast. Food was good, service was good. Food came out pretty quick also.

I don't know why, but norms always hits when it's late at night. Our server Carlos is the best. He's so funny and very patient and you can tell he loves his job...

4.5 Stars It was our first time at this location! I've been to the one in West Hollywood a couple of times, and while that one has a roomier entrance and easier parking layout, this spot still had plenty of charm. The parking area here felt a bit more congested, especially getting in, but once inside the experience made up for it. We went on a Friday night, so there was a bit of a wait. I was told 15-20 minutes but was pleasantly surprised--it ended up being only about 8 minutes. The host was friendly and welcoming. Our family of three was seated in a cozy booth, and I really liked how the layout creates smaller, more intimate sections--it gives it that classic, old-school diner feel. Our server, Ms Kristina was amazing (just like so many other reviews have said). She was warm, engaging, and attentive without being overbearing. Great customer service--she checked in on us several times throughout the meal. The food came out hot and fresh. The onion rings were a bit crispier than I prefer, but everything else was on point. The fried fish was basic but perfectly cooked--light, golden, and crispy. I added some freshly chopped onions and pickles to give it a little extra flavor, and it was perfect. It's definitely a nostalgic, old-school spot with a relaxed, friendly vibe. The floors had a few crumbs when we first walked in, but I noticed a staff member sweeping not long after we were seated, which was appreciated. Overall, great food, great service, and that classic diner comfort I love. We'll definitely be back!

It's super hard to find an inexpensive place to eat that has decent food. Love going to Norms. What stuck out to me about this location is the service. Aynne was our server today, and she was so capable, kind and helpful. She told us she's worked here for 33 years. She knows her stuff. Shes one of the best servers we've ever had.We felt like we came in as diners and left as friends.

My wife and I went to Norms for dinner last night, 5/3/26. The hostess took my name and we got seated in no time. Jorge, our server, graciously greeted us immediately and took our drink order and delivered our beverages in no time. He took our food order right away and we got our food in about 15-20 minutes . My wife ordered the club sandwich without bacon with onion rings and I ordered the habanero bacon cheeseburger without bacon with fries. Everything appeared to be in order in the beginning however after I took the second bite from my burger I noticed that the cook had forgotten to add the batter-fried jalapeno, however the burger was topped with the blister fried jalapeno. I didn't complain about it with our server because usually complaints conveyed from servers to cooks usually get neglected and the cooks will keep doing the same mistakes over and over, so I decided to do a review about the kitchen staff and perhaps the district manager will direct the chef in charge to properly evaluate the cooks on their knowledge about their entrees ingredients and how to properly prepare them. The service was good as usual, Jorge is an efficient and well trained sever, his service was impeccable. Please tell your cooks not to cut corners and do their job properly don't accept any excuses. Definitely got old school diner vibes here lol Our waitress was great and friendly. We were really craving milkshakes and they didn't disappoint. Made with real icecream they were top notch! Too bad they don't have a cookies and cream flavor. We shared a combo dish that had ribs and buffalo wings. Weird mix but it worked out since we were craving different things. The prices are outrageously affordable and it seems it doesn't compromise the quality of food.

    Friendly service. Great food.

Fast and friendly service. People go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Everyone here is friendly and delivers prompt service. The food is excellent, delicious and well priced.

We went to go eat at Norm's. This is a great place to come. We had an excellent waitress. Her name was Kristina. She was funny. Hilarious. Very good service. I will come back here to this location because of her and tell my friends and family.

Our waiter, Marcus, was so kind and attentive. We told him it was our first time visiting, and he happily told us that pretty much everything is made fresh in house. Definitely made it hard to decide what to order because it all looked so good. We started with a pecan roll, which was served warm and was only $2.75?? Such a perfect way to kick things off. We all pretty much went for lunch food, but wanted to sample the housemade sausage so we ordered a spicy turkey patty to share. It was so flavorful! I went halfsies with a patty melt/curly fries and a cajun chicken sandwich/regular fries. I was easily able to swap the rye for sourdough and jack for American cheese. It was hard to pick a favorite, but I think the patty melt won for me! It was perfectly grilled, delightfully melty, and so juicy. And the curly fries are definitely worth the $0.35 uncharge. We were in and out pretty quickly, but now I just want to go back to explore more of the menu. Such a gem!

Yes, this place is that busy and yes, this place is that good! Nat's have a nice selection of yummy lunch and breakfast items, but for me, their Benedicts are the most epic. The Lox Benedict is just phenomenal-- eggs runny to perfection, English muffin nicely toasted, the lox is very good quality and their Hollandaise sauce that's topping Benedicts is just out of this world. Perfect in smooth texture and consistency, and with flavor notes of lemon juice, egg yolk, some salt and cayenne pepper, their sauce is the true headliner and completes this amazing breakfast dish. All ingredients work so well together and as you take your first bite, you know you're now in the territory of a very pleasant morning. My Benedict was accompanied by super tasty freshly made breakfast potatoes. I like to order mine slightly well done, with a bit of char on them. And as a side note, their black coffee is strong and very flavorful. I normally finish out my breakfast with that cup of coffee and their home made strawberry and apricot jams that they serve you complimentary at the table. Nat's has vibes of an old school diner with waiters who are still genuinely smiling, which is pleasing and rare. The customer service is excellent and they have about 15-20 comfy booths with a few additional tables for your dine-in pleasure. Just a great spot and I will definitely be back soon!

My wife got the Monte Cristo, and it was delicious. You can also order online ahead, so yeah slightly confusing but as long as you put your order in you're golden. They have four big tables outside along with counter seating on the sidewalk. If it gets too hot or cold, they also have seating inside an old train car that is purely counters only. We sat inside the train car, but the only caveat is that people are constantly going in/out and they sometimes leave the door open. They also have a water station inside the train car if you want to cool off. My wife and I both ordered the Kickin' "Nashville" Hot Chicken Sandwich and we shared the Loaded Waffle-Cut Fries. The food came out in a reasonable amount of time - if you're dining there, the employees bring out your food wherever you are and provide plastic utensils along with sauces. The hot chicken sandos live up to their namesake, packing quite a kick! The loaded waffle fries hit the spot. If you're in NoHo looking for some good chicken & waffles, Bruxie will satisfy! We can't wait to come back and try more of their menu! They're open late too if you have some late night cravings (they close at midnight Thurs, Fri & Sat). There's street parking or you can park at the garage of the Saban Media Center.

Perhaps it is the fun and positive vibes, the nostalgia of dining at a 50's diner, the 50's music playing overhead, or maybe it's the great service. I know, it is all of the above PLUS the great food. This is the type of place you have to experience in person. Perhaps it is not for everyone, but for my family and me, we LOVE it! The food here is ALWAYS cooked to order and perfect. No matter which meal you order, you will receive a dish full of flavor, fresh and delicious! I am glad my wife and I decided on this restaurant once again. After all, there is nothing wrong with having a great meal while having fun and listening to great music, right?

First off, great service and cool diner vibe... I recently ordered the double cheeseburger (minus…read morethe sauce) and it was hands down the best smash burger I've eaten. The patty had that perfect sear with crispy edges and juicy center you expect from a well-executed smash, and the flavor was rich even without the sauce. The beef tasted seasoned just right, and the cheese melted into those crispy bits in all the right places. From what I've seen online, plenty of people rave about the quality and attention to detail here, and after this burger I completely get why. Simple, honest ingredients done exceptionally well. This is the kind of burger that sets the bar. If you want a smash burger that truly delivers on flavor and texture, skip the fuss and just order this one.

Valerie came to say hello and get us started on beverages. After gazing through the menu I noticed the tostadas salad. I checked to see if they make their own shells and hearing yes, I ordered that. I appreciated that the shell wasn't loaded with wet iceberg lettuce. Instead, a highly nutritious load of DRY Spring Mix greens was the base. The salad was topped with a spoonful each of refried beans, sour cream, guacamole, grilled chicken (3-4oz), some chopped tomatoes, sliced red onions and finely grated cheese completed the array. A side of salsa accompanied the tostada. The salad was fresh and good, but the shell was a bit too greasy. I still ate the whole thing, so it definitely wasn't bad. Hubs went with bacon and eggs over easy with french fries as his "potato", buttered toast and coffee. He thought everything was delicious. Inside looks like the coffee house of the 70s/80s. Comfortable and familiar. Indeed, many people dining seemed to be regulars, sharing stories and family health updates . The staff never hurried anyone along and all in all it was a relaxing lunch. Prices seem on par with other restaurants. Lots of free parking in their own lot. Hopefully we won't wait another 4 years before we return again. Cheers! "CC"

Tasted like a Cobb salad with boiled chopped egg, bacon, tomatoes, lettuce, meat and the dressing on the side. No complaints. Everyone else said their food was okay except the Chinese chicken salad had something missing. They couldn't figure it out. Ambiance was just fine. Good place for a casual meal. A grade above Denny's.
