However, I realized that manual FAN ON did not work, neither the fan delay was not working. I contacted Lee Collin to verified installation of the blower motor. They send another technician. The senior one. This technician diagnosed that a fan relay was not working and possibly a timer delay relay could also be faulty. I received an estimate for this new repair for $270. I had no reason not to trust them so I changed both relay, although after replacing both relay the system did not work. I was surprised so I requested further investigation with another outside technician and it was revealed that relay were not at fault but that the first installer had not positon the white wire from the blower motor to the proper prong on the contactor, after moving the white wire to the opposite side of the contactor the fan system started to operate normally. I am a bit disappointed that 2 technician of Lee Collin could not find and rectified the problem. I understand that error do occurred but when you are paying per hour labor and expensive parts it is not want customers want. Respectfully.

Hank came out to do some work under a home warranty company repair on one unit a while back and…read morequickly found the issue and got it fixed. The original company that was assigned the job never even called... they just handed it back to the warranty company. We ended up winning on that one. Fast forward about 2-3 months and our other unit quit cooling. This is an old dinosaur but a very solid unit and since it cools the downstairs, really doesn't run near as much as our upstairs unit. We called the home warranty, asked for Hank and were told, 'nope, need to work through their list'... whatever that means. We finally got contacted by them and were told they might have time to get someone out in a couple days and they would get back to us later to firm up the time. We reached out direct to Hank to mostly get him to come out and take a look at it and do a diagnostics on it and figuring we'd at least get a realistic quote on replacing the whole thing... Hank said he had some time right then and came over. About 45 minutes later and the unit is up and working again. A little more out-of-pocket up front than the warranty company cost for just getting someone out to look at it but I know it's fixed correctly now. Great service, explained what happened and what was needed, upfront quote for the work with no sudden upcharges. We'll be sharing Hank's info with friends and neighbors.

He did not move and instead doubled down the next time he was out and used both trucks to block the sidewalk. No considerate of others. In response to the company's reasoning, I disagree, I have lived in this community since April 2000 in 3 different homes including on that street and it is first of all is not a thoroughfare and has very little traffic but regardless is wide enough for him to park on the roll up curb or even park 1 car length further up to allow pedestrians and vehicles to both pass safely. There are work trucks parking on that street everyday and none of them were parked so far onto the sidewalk that they impede pedestrians walking by safely. There was also ample room in the homeowners driveway to park further back and not block the sidewalk. Obviously, you're more interested in arguing with me on a public forum than the neighbors you serve. But I have 2 small dogs on a walk and it was already 95 degrees at 9am - the asphalt is 20+ degrees hotter than the sidewalk and it was burning their feet.
