Everything omelette with a pancake and crispy hashbrowns.
    Nick D.

We split the everything omelette with hashbrowns and a pancake. They ask if I wanted peanut butter for my pancake that's a yes. Came out within five minutes. Very tasty and just enough for both of us. Coffee was kept filled all the time. A cool location to enjoy. Definitely make it a stop.

We're visiting family in town for the holidays. Came here for brunch to try it out. They have really big portions for the price. Wished the gravy for the biscuits and gravy had sausage in it, but I ordered patties on the side and put it in there. Delicious.

This is an adorable diner with a classic diner atmosphere. They even have old school brown coffee mugs lol. I drive by this place often, but I'm not a morning person and they're usually closed by the time I'm thinking about food. Today I stopped in for some togo breakfast and was greeted by the lovely Jennifer who was super helpful and so so nice. I ordered the all meat skillet with the biscuit on the side. It took less than 5 minutes to get my food and it was delicious. Just the food I was hoping for this morning; the eggs were cooked perfectly and the hash browns were crispy. I hope to be able to try their lunch soon.

    Best breakfast!

Daughter wanted a good old fashioned traditional breakfast so where else do you go but the place that was voted the best in four states. I opted for pancakes which were HUGE. Two was more then enough. The pancakes came with heated syrup and lots of butter. I also chose a side of bacon which came with 4 slices. Husband and daughter had cooked to order eggs, hash browns, toast and bacon. All of us enjoyed our breakfast and it was just what we were looking for. Now if I could get it without all those calories.... Parking was easy with adjacent lot and service was good.

Well back again after a few yrs. Hanging around Joplin last nite and today maybe. I opted for the same breakfast again ham n eggs poached. ( they were a bit overdone for me but I ate em.). Pancake was awesome too. Bf as usual Greek salad. But it's just not enuf for hi. So he got a hamburger steak with grilled onions on top. Wow it smelled great. He loved it. Yup at 10 now this place is packed.

Chicken fried steak, biscuits and gravy and French toast.

Looking for a new and fun place to meet up for this latest trip, we stumbled across The Bruncheonette in Yelp. Sooooo thankful we did. It's located at the northern edge of downtown Joplin on main street. It's a small quaint place with both on and off-street parking. We could tell immediately that we'd made a popular choice based upon the large number of cars and folks waiting to get a seat. The hostess welcomed us just outside the front door and us we'd be seated shortly. She was great and very nice to chat with. We had to wait outside a short bit before we were escorted inside. The space and seating is limited for sure. There are tables as well as some bar-style seating along the edges of the restaurant. The environment was busy, fun and lively. Our granddaughter loved all the action. The person who escorted us in then actually took the extra time to explain their menu and options, which are posted on boards above the checkout counter. The menu is limited and made up of a combo of traditional lunch/brunch items. But they are all done with a unique and delicious flair. Sort of a twist on the traditional bunch options. All of us enjoyed our meals. We had breakfast street tacos, a salmon cake eggs Benedict special, French toast, the fruit plate and a pancake. All of the portions were good sized, ingredients fresh and tasted great. They even went the extra step to bring our granddaughter some fried cheese to munch on. Very kind. I also got a laugh out of the fun pictures in the bathroom as well. Hilarious. The restaurants location allowed us to enjoy a stroll around the downtown area afterward brunch. Great place, great staff. We now have a new "meet-up" spot in Joplin!

As soon as we walked in, we were warmly welcomed and asked if we had visited before. When we said no, the chef walked us through the menu, highlighting their locally sourced ingredients. I ordered the pancakes because I was eager to try the house-made syrup--and it absolutely lived up to the hype. My husband went with the pulled pork pancakes and loved them. We also tried the carrot fries, which were delicious. Overall, it was a fantastic experience with great food and a welcoming atmosphere. We'll definitely be back and highly recommend it to anyone in the area!

My wife had the avocado toast. She said it was really good. Service was great and it's a neat atmosphere. It was a little loud because it's so busy. So if you want quiet, this isn't your place. My only complaint other than the over cooked eggs is the price. First, the menu prices are not updated. My meal said it was $19.00. In reality, it was $22.00. So it's pricy. Not really worth it for an every week place to eat in my opinion. I will probably only eat here on special occasions in the future. We spent just under $50.00 without tip. We had water to drink and I had a coffee. There are plenty of other places in Joplin with food priced more reasonably and that is just as good. It's definitely worth trying, just know it's pricy.

It seems the bill did not reflect the prices that were on the menu. Somehow a $11 turned out to be $13 or $14. Not sure how/why that happened. Service: Awesome Ambiance: Nice

Their breakfast is as good as it gets when it comes to cafe food. Their meatloaf is some of the best I've had to be honest. I love their homemade hot rolls they serve with the meatloaf.
