Even though in this Italian trattoria you won't find the nonna cooking the secret family recipe,…read morethey still meet the main features of its concept, a small casual family-operated restaurant that serves authentic Italian food. Set in the multi-verse strip of Lincoln Road, Italian Trattoria will stand out thanks to its rustic and Mediterranean atmosphere. The mosaic decor farm tables will immediately call your attention to join the Italian festa The prosciutto, tomatoes, and flowers pouring from the walls, revive even more the Italian heritage, as well as the illustrations referencing the emblematic Italian brands like Olivetti, Campari, Vermouth, Aperol , among many others, + footage of iconic Italian films . You will also recognize on the "I Nostri Produttori" gallery wall some image references of the owners ensuring they provide the highest quality products they offer at Trattoria Italiana. Now let's assaggiamo the Italian delicatessenStarting with the table of cold cuts, cheeses known as Antipasto della Casa Pizza that included Prosciutto crudo, ham, Mortadella , mozzarella fior di latte, taleggio, shaved parmesan cheese, arugula, ‍mushrooms, grilled peppers, grilled eggplant, black olives. As well, as its counterpart, Antipasto per la Famiglia Pizza fixed up with Prosciutto crudo, ham, mozzarella fior di latte, taleggio, shaved parmesan cheese, arugula, ‍mushrooms, grilled peppers, grilled eggplant, black olives. Both antipasti shredded freshness and exuberance with their setup. We then opted for the Salsiccia Pizza dressed with Italian tomato sauce, mozzarella, provolone, fresh basil, onion, sausage, oregano, evo. Magnifica! It really surprised me as I'm not a Salsiccia fan and it was Spicy to the right level. We couldn't miss the Tartufo pasta based on Truffle cream, ‍mushrooms, parmigiano reggiano dop, parsley, black pepper, and evo. The truffle oil was scented evenly and the pasta texture was al dente. The Carbonara pasta was also prepared with the legit ingredients (Guanciale, Parmigiano Reggiano dop, egg yolk, black pepper, evo.) They clearly mastered the technique as it delivered on consistency. Now the old Italian saying will state: ora tutte le strade di Miami porteranno alla Trattoria Italiana !

Appetitzer came after our meal and we had to ask for it, waitress did not check on us once. The lasagna sauce tasted like they poured cinnamon in it. Really weird...then the bill came. 18 percent already added in (for terrible service that didn't deserve 10 percent) and the establishment snuck in an additional 5 percent service charge on top. Pay your own employees a living wage without sneaking in additional charges, and maybe train them to do their jobs properly. This place is garbage.

They are the specialty here and totally worth trying! Churros w/ SG Chocolate & Dulce de Leche: What a treat! Thin churros fried fresh to order. They are the legit Spanish variety, not the thick cinnamon sugar Mexican derivative. Loved how airy and crispy they were. The thick chocolate sauce was perfect for dipping, clinging nicely to the churro and adding a rich coating. I also ordered an extra dulce de leche since I love that sweet jolt. Latte: Nicely executed, A good pairing to the churros.

This bakery is across the street from the Kimpton where I was staying and so it looked like a good option. I entered to no one in line and five employees causally working. When standing at the counter none of the employees acknowledged me or came over until after three or four minutes and another group of a half dozen customers. I finally got a lackluster greeting and ordered a butter croissant and bottle of water. This cost over $13 that includes the MANDITORY 20% tip included in all restaurants. This is a huge issue in Miami Beach that a number of people voiced disappointment with this year's Seatrade. The service has gone into the toilet because the staff get tipped automatically at 20%, so they seem to care less to help. I never tip this much for counter service and would not have given any for this lack of service. The pastry was also not that good either and I wouldn't come back next year when we come back for the annual Seatrade.

It was a weeknight in the summer so maybe that's why. The seating is comfortable both inside and outside. Argentinian French café garden in SOBE! If you ever saw Great Expectations with Gwyneth Paltrow,…read morethis hidden spot will take you back to it, as its mystical garden will set the tone for a romantic and fabulous gourmet brunch to indulge your taste for sweet coffee and pastries. Greeted by the charismatics and all hands Sol and Juan they will escort you to the comfy spot of your preference and recommend you all of the favorite must-haves! I had the pleasure of enjoying a fabulous tower of sweet treats that included: - the famous Argentine "facturas" dulce de leche half-moon , crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and sweetened with an authentic dulce de leche spread. - The ham and cheese half-moon , with its buttery texture and a mellow sugar bath together with melted ham and cheese blended the perfect mix of a sweet and savory experience in a bite. - Crumble "migas" sandwich , this could be called the Argentine grilled cheese sandwich with mayo and ham twist. The particular thing about it is the thin layers of toasted bread that don't overlap the taste of the cheese and ham. - the Dulce de Leche Bomb roll, a sweet pastry filled with succulent dulce spread and cream mix that will explode in your mouth as soon as you place it in your mouth! The confection of sweet flavors will take you to Argentina's best dulce de leche taste. - Braid cream and dulce de leche pastry, it's an interlaced pastry stick, with the same authentic cream and dulce de lech spread that defines the Argentinan flavor as its other neighbors in the plate. - drum the rolls and dive a special shout out to the Dulce de Leche cheesecake ! So creamy and soft and perfectly sprinkled with the right amount of Dulce de leche spread that you will forget about any other you have tasted in the past. - the cherry on the top of this Argentinian Pastry tower of pleasure , of course, had to be with two iconic Alfajores, with the rough and consistent texture of a buttery cookie with its traditional Dulce de Leche filling. - Time to rank the Argentinian empanadas : 1. Nut , blue and mozzarella cheese. Filled with plenty of everything its name describes. All the ingredients crafted the empanada to perfection. 2. Mushroom ‍: not only the mushroom filling will make you suspire, but also the mix of other vegetables (tomato, pepper , and onion ) that it is spiced with. 3. Ham and cheese: the classic and the one that can't miss your empanada tasting. This one will never disappoint. 4. Pumpkin and corn : even though I had high expectations of this specific recipe, compared to the other options, I think I would prefer trying another one next time. If you really enjoy the pumpkin flavor, don't miss it. 5. Chicken: good as expected, but also nothing special about it. You will need their coffee as is a very well-balanced and genuine Italian roast , so you can also dip your food order in it. The food carousel of pleasure is orchestrated by Juan who is devoted to following Argentina's strict standards of quality and that easily spreads his passion for the kitchen in everything he puts his hands on! And assisted by Sol who is as brightening as her name . In Gustavo Ceratti's better-said words: "Gracias Totales".

The customer service swings wildly between great (see my previous positive review) and completely unacceptable (see the review before that--and now this one). Today firmly landed in the latter category. I stopped in, as I often do, to check out the holiday clearance and see what's being rotated in for the new season. I usually end up spending money here, especially on end-of-holiday items. Instead, I walked into a store where no one greeted me, despite four or five sales associates standing around talking to one another. Customers were ignored--except for one individual who was getting a lot of attention (maybe a celebrity, maybe not). I asked four different employees for help. Each one brushed me off, pointed vaguely in a direction, and disengaged. When I asked for a basket, I was told they were "in the front," with zero effort to assist further. The store itself didn't help matters. It looked disorganized and disheveled, which is surprising given how many employees were on the floor. Holiday merchandise was scattered instead of consolidated. No name tags. Only one associate wearing an apron--and she looked just as confused as the cashier, so I didn't even bother interrupting. I like Williams-Sonoma products--especially things like their pop-up sponges and kitchen towels--but I'm increasingly realizing that the experience is not worth the merchandise. Competitors in this same category simply don't deliver service this poor. At this point, I honestly wonder: does corporate even read these reviews? Do they care? Because if they did, this level of inconsistency--bordering on indifference--would not keep happening. Unless something changes, I don't see myself returning to this location. It's not worth the effort.
