It feels more like a library where you can explore and learn about a carefully curated selection of some of the best wines and spirits from around the world. I was fortunate enough to speak with Eduardo, who was incredibly knowledgeable about the tequila selection. He walked me through how they curate the inventory, what they currently have in stock, and what's coming in. She assured me that I could still stop by, say hello, and enjoy a taste. To be certain, I called the venue before heading over since I live only a few blocks away in Brickell. The gentleman who answered the phone told me to come in and said the event would likely continue for another 30 minutes. When I arrived, what appeared to be the same person I had spoken with on the phone informed me that there was actually a $75 minimum spend to participate in the tasting. I was surprised and disappointed by the inconsistency. Rather than argue, I respectfully left and decided not to return. That's unfortunate because this could have become my go-to wine store. Having spent years around the Napa and Sonoma wine regions, I appreciate good wine and value honest communication even more. For me, principle comes first. If there had been a minimum spend requirement vs the condescending humiliation I received in front of the group by simply asking for a glass to join the "complimentary tasting" , I simply wish that had been communicated during my phone call. Sure it is free tasting after $75 min spend LoL Again principle before money then money follows. I can only share my personal experience, but I would encourage others to not fall for their free tasting events unless you are close in contact with owners before making the trip is what I learned .

Light yet creamy in taste it provided a great balance to the sweets I usually have for brunch. I'm saving my prosecco bottle for full moon night tonight! I was looking for a nice white and they let me try a Chardonnay. While it was good, it wasn't what I was looking for. The woman helped me find a great albariño for under $25. The three employees in the shop were so welcoming, and made asking questions a breeze. I definitely want to go back to do a tasting and peruse more of their selection. Great location also off of Giralda on Ponce. It's always nice to find a wine shop with affordable options that is small and local.
