A lovely place in Oslo! So many good, delicious, healthy options to choose from. I decided to get the moussaka and was not disappointed! The staff was VERY friendly and helpful when I asked for suggestions. Love this place!

Absolutely fantastic! Whilst it's been years since I was a vegan I still like to eat vegan quite regularly. We found Nordvegan had great reviews in Oslo and had to give it a go. We each got the lasagne with side salad. Whilst it was quite expensive (but what isn't in Norway?) it was an extremely big meal! The portion size was well beyond what we expected and we probably should have shared one meal given we didn't finish it. Onto the taste - the lasagne was amazing! It was so creamy and actually one of the best vegan lasagnes (if not all lasagnes) I've ever had! It was packed with veggies, what tasted like some vegan mince and heaps of vegan cheese. The tomato sauce was almost sweet! The side salads were fantastic also. A couscous salad and a green salad which were very welcome given the lack of fresh veggies we'd had since coming from Iceland! Thanks Nordvegan for making vegan food this great!

Super cosy place with a garden in the back. I went there with a friend after a workout - perfect post workout food. There are lots of different options and the plates are pretty big and filling. I went for the chilli with a salad - it tasted delicious. It is a bit expensive (175 kr for a big plate) but at least you get lots of great and healthy vegan food.

Excellent vegan place.....although I would prefer it to be vegetarian instead of vegan. The first day I had the Thai curry with brown rice. Simply excellent!! I went back the following day to get the lasagna or moussaka. Was a little apprehensive of the cheese so they let me sample a tiny amount of the lasagna. I wasn't a fan of the vegan cheese so got the Buddha bowl. Very good. The sauces that go with the Buddha bowl are a little sweet and sour. Fortunately

Great food and atmosphere. Been here twice and they make a great lasagna and cakes! Well worth going here for vegan foods:)

Stuffed Bell Peppers, Moussaka, Thai Curry, Hummus

Nordvegan is the best dining experience thus far in my Northern Europe trip. Tried thai curry, stuffed bell peppers, moussaka, and hummus. All of them were delicious. Staff was incredibly nice and helpful. Restaurant ambiance is modern casual. If you are a vegan, vegetarian traveler going through Oslo, its a must visit.

Buddhabowl and mango kombucha - Delicious!

Great choices and the food was full of flavor. Hard to find good vegetarian food in Norway besides pizza or pasta.

We had a unique and inviting dining experience at the restaurant. We were warmly welcomed by their friendly staff and owner. Tried different wines and moved on to sake with a small bowl of fun tapioca crisp chips sprinkled with earthy spices. Our meal was creatively prepared and presented. We started off with a refreshing Watermelon Sashimi which looked and tasted much like the real thing bursting with a fusion of interesting flavors. Moving on to my favorite dish was the Buttered Oyster Mushrooms which consisted of heavenly umami savoriness combined with the velvety smooth Cassava Puree, and topped with crispy toppings for crunch and texture. Crispy Rice Steak with Eggplant was also beautifully plated and delicious. We ended our meal with a mildly tart and sweet tamarind & sweet potato sorbet. What a wonderful vegan culinary experience, unexpected from a bar. If you haven't been, go and try it! Highly recommend!!

When I asked for something they did not have, the bartender quickly suggested something in the same ballpark, and it hit the spot. Tasty wines, and sakes to die for. One of the bigger surprises was the "forest" that turned into a dance floor in the late hours. The sound system is tuned to perfection which makes it possible to communicate despite the music getting cranked. It's really worth multiple visits due to great service, tasty drinks and good vegan food! P.s the bathroom is worth the trip alone.

They don't open until 2pm on Sundays, I will try to get Yelp to update. We showed up at noon so had to figure out how to waste a couple hours, which was a bit difficult since most retail in this area is closed on Sunday. We were starving once we came back at 2pm, and each ordered a dog. We can't read Norwegian that well so kind of flew by the seat of our pants, but it turned out all good. The beer selection here is good, and not horribly overpriced. I really like the vibe of the place, it's spacious, had covered outdoor seating, and comfy to hang out and stay a while. We both really enjoyed the dogs, I like mine best but my husbands was really good too. He got the Puerco, and I don't remember the name of mine. We also got the polse chip things which were interesting... they were thinly sliced sausage cooked until crispy and you dip them in bbq sauce. Definitely one of my more favorite stops in the Sentrum and I know we will be back!

The menu can be a little difficult to navigate on your own, but the employees are able to help if you need it. Google Translate gets the job done too. Most surprising was the vegan dog; it didn't have the snap of the other sausages but otherwise it was indistinguishable from them. We had 4 of them (Puerco, MIM, Completo, and Bunga Bunga) and the Puerco (chili dog with chips, cheese, and their chili mayo) was the clear favorite. They also have a dozen beers on tap here, originating from the US to Japan. Total cost for 4 dogs + 2 beers was 532 NOK (about $66 US) which is an average price.
