My main problem: coming in to buy 1 pair of shoes and leaving with 3, yikes!!! Always plenty of great finds especially with shoes and accessories. I've found that the clothes isn't as great as I would expect from a Nordstrom Rack but you can always find a hidden gem if you dress yourself with patience. I love that they have some of the most comfortable brands in shoes at a much more reasonable price. Parking is easy and there is always plenty of staff to support the long lines. Great job! read more

Absolutely love this place. Go mentally prepared to rummage through the racks if you want to find something but if you're looking for steals and deals I definitely recommend this place! read more

what in the world is there not to love about the rack?!?! nordstrom items at rack prices. hello! i snagged a maxi dress for $22 and the perfect hoop earrings for $16. this store is usually pretty well organized and clean. the only downside? their shoe selection. this is also the case with the coral way store. oh well...nothing's perfect! read more

My wife loves this place, I became a convert when I started finding great items at bargain prices. Were talking great quality with a reasonable price. I LOVE there clearance racks, my wife found a great polo shirt that was about 80 percent off. Ching Ching... $ read more

I wish I would have asked her name! But thank you to the girl working shoes today that found my size 7 boot today in the clearance section! She was a doll and so helpful. read more

Being the bargain hunter that I am well let's say this is my heaven on earth. Literally. This place has the smell of 'sale' all over it. You mean to tell me there's a $80 for $20?! Uh, I'm down! Now beware: it's not always dirt cheap compared to its original price. Where its at is at their after Christmas sale. THAT'S when you NEED to go! They are so amazing in the sense that organize the sale racks (I know you were probably like this girl be lyin' when she just said they organize a sale rack but trust me, they do!) by size so I know which racks are going to be rummaged through moi and which ones to stay away from which cuts from your time in shopping. Me likey. read more

Terrible customer service at the dressing room. Saw me struggling didn't even offer to help me divide the clothes just yelled out to me from the room "it looks like you have more than 15 you can only take 15..." it took me a good 5 minutes if struggling to separate the hangers and stuff (no cart) and I walked myself to the room. I guess they were too busy talking to each other about their coworkers to bother. read more

Fairly organized. Good deals on trendy items. Dressing room let's you take a lot of items in with you and it is always neat.

Wow. This place + Loehmann's next door pretty much guarantees this plaza is my favorite place to shop for myself. I was really impressed with what great deals they have here. I was expecting to find high end items that were still expensive at markdown prices. Instead there was high end stuff at quite affordable prices and many cute trendy pieces at cheap prices. I got two shirts for $15 apiece and a really cute dress for $19.99. This was a quick visit so I didn't get to look at all the shoes but they had a huge selection in every size. I would have liked to see more purses and more from brands like BCBG. The overall selection (not including shoes) was slightly limited compared to what I was expecting but it's new so it may fill in with time. Definitely worth a visit, on a weekly basis ;-) read more

Selection is not that great, staff is great and helpful. Need more big sizes. Men's section needs work. Shoe section is awesome and always find good stuff there. Great manager as well. read more

Although the Nordstrom is a little more high end than other of the competitors in the area the rack is just like any Marshalls or Ross in the organization department. I love this store but if you really want to come find something specific you have to come as early as possible because by late afternoon most clothing items have been moved around and out of place so trying to find something in your size becomes a mission. However that's not the stores fault is more of the consumers and as a whole the store seems pretty organized. They have a nice selection of shoes and purses and I just love the deals you can strike here. read more

I love this place. They have a great selection of clothing and accessories for dirt cheap. This one is way better than the one at Miracle Marketplace on Coral Way. read more

Parking is awesome. Always find one. Lots of selections on current styles. Prices are pretty good. You can go over board though. Shoes selection, so so. Accessories not good at all. Customer service I found great. read more

They have awesome deals here!! If you're looking to get quite designer products at a fraction of the price, then Nordstrom rack is the place that you need to be. It seems like every product I pick up and look at the tag makes me say "No effing way". Do yourself and your wallet a favor...swing by the newly remodeled Town and Country shopping center and take a gander into Nordstrom Rack...I'm certain that you'll find something that you like at a fantastic price. read more

When I heard the Nordstrom was opening a Rack in town and country, I was hesitant. I thought It was still going to be like the actual Nordstrom where everything was unbelievably expensive. Boy, was I wrong! They have a great selection of clothing, shoes, and accessories at a discount price. There are some sections that messy but overall it's pretty organized! read more

Love this place! I could spend the entire afternoon here. The prices and the merchandise are Top Notch! Great Prices! The place is also not a mess. It's very organized and there's no shortage of people to assist you. It's right up there with the Nordstom Name. (but lots cheaper). read more

LOVE this store, I can honestly say that this store saved my Mother's Day this year! I was able to find exactly what I needed in the gifting department, and besides their customer service was on point, considering how busy they were. read more

I LOVE Nordstrom and the Rack offers their merchandise at lower prices! I have made some great buys. I'm particularly fond of their shoe collection...I always make my way there first! read more

I like making a trip to nordstrom rack once in a while just to see if i find anything. Its a great place and im glad they finally openned in south miami! read more

Omg!!! This is worse than a marshalls. Not that marshalls is bad but it's not what I expected from a Nordstrom (rack or not). It is so unorganized and has nothing in style. The Loehmans next door is 50 times better. The sunglasses were covered in dust. Horrible management. read more

Ordered online worst experience ever after they send me a confirmation that items are shipped, few days later got an email saying we couldn't send you one item awful customer care not solutions read more

Terrible customer service by Michelle ..I believe she's an assistant manager. No smiles just all attitude. My family has been shopping at both Nordstrom and Nordstrom rack for years. I was asking to return a pair of shoes that were not used. I do understand the return policy. I don't understand Michelle telling me the shoes were used when the sticker on the bottom was still on them. If I had wanted to return used shoes I would have just said they were uncomfortable. I do not like being called a liar by your management team. I do remember another day that I noticed her being rude and kind of screaming and giving attitude to her Co workers. She acts very unprofessional laughing as I asked for her name. Co workers at the register were stunned by the way she treated my mother and i.. Swinging hands, no smiles, attitude and being accused of lying is not what I remember Nordstrom as. We will no longer be shopping at Nordstrom or Nordstrom rack. Thank you Michelle. read more

I too am a bargain hound and have a hard time passing up a good deal. However, of late, Nordstrom Rack seems to have changed their way of doing their markdowns, and the deals just don't seem quite as good. Don't get me wrong,..I've found some great items at great prices at this store, but not so often now as I use to. On the other hand, the selection is great, the staff is friendly, the store is clean, and if you only speak English, you'll have no problem interacting with the staff. Make sure you have plenty of time to shop, because there is truely something for everyone! read more

You can never come here and leave with your hands empty lol! I love this store and I like better its staff than the ones at Coral Gables! Everything here is more organize and people are more helpful! You can find many things up 70% off, from excellent brands. I am Nordstrom Rack lover! read more

Two Nordstrom Racks opened yesterday. One at The Palms at Town & Country and the other at Miracle Marketplace and if you can believe doors opened at 9 a.m. at the Kendall shop and over 600 denizens came through just at that time. Some according to the manager were even there at 3 a.m. to make the line. I got a chance to check out the Kendall shop in the afternoon which is 35,000 square-feet of shopping paradise. It was loaded with lots of Nordstrom designer labels like Milly, BCBG, James Perse, Kate Spade, Gucci, Betsey Johnson and the list goes on. The store was very organized and employees greeted you with smiles and were very helpful if you had a question or were in line for the fitting room. I was extremely impressed. I nabbed a Kate Spade blouse marked at $245 down to $79 and a BCBG dress from $189 down to $69. I could've kept going literally because the clothing was AMAZING. I am so going back this weekend. They get new shipments weekly. I can't wait to check out the one on Coral Way. read more

Free returns with no problem? Lies. I just left the Nordstrom rack in miami store #779 and the managers Joshua and Michelle refused to take a return from the Nordstrom store because it was a perfume. Never had problems returning at the Rack from the regular store. I guess the open no trouble return policy is not respected by some managers. Worst experience. I always love Nordstrom over Macy's because of their easy policy. Will never buy in Nordstrom again. I close my card too. read more

I had come in to buy clothes for my vacation . I found everything I was looking for and more . The store was neat and super clean . Very easy to find everything I was looking for. The sales staff was very very nice and extremely helpful. I went in there to buy a pair of shorts and maybe some sneakers and I left with over a thousand dollars in merchandise . After I was finished shopping I had walked to my car and put my bags in the back seat and left not noticing that while my car was parked directing in front of the store and directly in sight of their security cameras someone crashed into my brand new car and caused over 5k in damages . When I got home and noticed the damage I called the police then I called the store to see if there was any way they may be able to help me find out what happened . You would think they would be eager to help firstly because I spent a considerable amount of money in their establishment and secondly because hit and run is a crime . I was transferred to the person in the loss prevention office . The woman in loss prevention was extremely rude and nasty and kept cutting me off as I was trying to see if there was any way we could pull the camera footage up to give it to the police . I fully understand how business policy may not permit an employee to disclose camera footage without a court order but there are ways to treat customers with kindness and empathy and not like garbage . Thanks to her I will never spend another penny in that store again , moreover I happen to own a company with over 100 employees and every year I give Nordstrom gift cards to all of them for the holidays and I will never buy gift cards from a store that treats its customers in such a manner . Nordstrom you lost a customer and I will never recommend Nordstrom to anyone EVER!! Great way to treat a customer that spends tens of thousands of dollars a year in your store . read more
