She then said the situation was "different" because I paid through PayPal. When I asked how I could return the items, she said she needed to see the physical card--then changed her explanation and asked to see my PayPal account. After I showed her the online receipt showing the pictures of what I bought, plus my PayPal account as she requested, she changed her narrative again, saying that each item had to be returned separately. This tells me that either she had no clue what she was doing or the company policy is that deceiving. As I mentioned, this is not the first time I've had trouble returning a PayPal purchase here. We spent over 30 minutes trying to return 3 blouses, ( we were finally able to return them)--all while standing in a store with the A/C turned off in the middle of a hot Miami summer. A lot of restaurants but none are particularly spectacular. The boulangerie attracts a lot of people and it's spacious, but the other restaurants at the Palms are usually emptier. The problem is the entrance and traffic congestion turning into the mall. From 88th it's one lane into the main area of the mall and it's squally backed up at the traffic circle. It's inconvenient and parking becomes a hassle because of the angled store-parking that delays passage to the main parking lot. The planning of this space is terrible and after a few years of this I was hoping they would remedy this situation but nothing has changed. Though there are other entrances off of the avenue, it's inconvenient to get to and no one uses it. Happy there is now a Barnes and noble but again the parking situation is uninviting and I don't see myself going through that hassle to go to the bookstore.
