It was really expensive which I was fine with but my dress was way too long still at my wedding to the point where I was stepping on it during my wedding and it actually ended up tearing. As professionals who alter dresses I was expecting that they would know what the right length was. There were other hiccups such as putting in cups in the chest area to eventually having to remove them. I tried the dress on when I went to pick it up and the chest area would not fit. I let them know that I could not wear the dress like that so they removed the cups. Overall, I am disappointed with the service I got. I bought an expensive dress, paid a lot for alterations at amazing alterations and now have a dress that is completely ruined and was difficult to wear on my wedding day due to the length.

I was shocked, I've had a lot more placed in the cleaners at Clarks and paid $60 -$70. I will never use their services again and that damn credit to avoid using their services I will sell or give that so called credit to a friend or someone in need. I described what I wanted, which were some very minor changes (shortening the straps, hem, and bustle). The result was not what I wanted as it made the dress lay weirdly on my bust, which I had indicated as a concern prior to the work being done. She charged me more money to then fix the mistake, making the alterations cost way more than I had budgeted for. When I had the final try on my dress it was very unflattering in the places I had expressed concern about but it was too close to my wedding day to fix it. I went home in frustrated tears. That is not how you should feel when your wedding dress (that you spent a lot of money on) is completed. I'm sure she is great at custom gowns, but she seems to have little interest in minor alterations. My friend, who was also my maid of honor, went there even after I told her this and had a very similar experience.

Worst business I have ever encountered…read more My wife brought my wedding suit, her wedding dress and several other items to this place to have them professionally dry cleaned and preserved. They absolutely destroyed my suit. The leather pieces are completely gone, the suit appears stretched in the front and is no longer crisp. I think they ran it through an industrial washing machine vs dry cleaning it like we paid for. It's beyond repair. They also destroyed my wife's jacket. All the rhinestones are gone. It appears they ran this through a washing machine too instead of dry cleaning. Both items are ruined. We paid them over $1000 to handle all our items. They never disclosed the damage to us. There's no way they didn't see it. They told my wife they take before and after pictures of everyone but strangly they refused to show them to us. They accused my wife of "bringing the items in already damaged." This is the wost service we have ever experienced. They have made zero effort to resolve this issue and have not contacted us back at all. Do not use them.

I had our kid bring a bunch of tailoring items home from NY at Thanksgiving so they could get it done by time they returned at Christmas. Partially paid for it. Wasn't ready when promised two weeks ago, and now store has been closed every time the sign on door says they are supposed to be open. Our kid leaves again tomorrow without their needed work clothes.
