Express Cleaners was my go Dry Cleaners when I lived in Duluth for five years, and they really set…read morethe bar high on customer service, quality, and price. After moving to Peachtree Corners, I wasn't sure if I would be lucky enough to find a place I would be loyal to like Express, and then thanks to you Yelpers and Google Reviewers, I found Evergreen Pro Cleaners. All of the reviews for Evergreen Pro Cleaners are TRUE to a T. The customer service by Winfred and Mr. Patel, is outstanding. If I could give a star rating OVER five, I would! So incredibly friendly and polite, and welcoming. From the second I walked in, I felt like I was entering a Mr. Rogers episode and was transported to a place where it was just rainbows and candy, and goodness. They really make you feel like you're the only customer, and crazy enough, walking in, you feel special, it's insane! Now, when service is that excellent, you pray to god that the quality of the work is as good. Lucky for me, it WAS. In fact, I walked in (a bit shamefully!) with a white dress from over a YEAR AGO with coffee stains, and asked them if there was any hope. They not only did not judge me for bringing in something that was ruined from so long ago, but they got every bit of the coffee stain out, and the dress looks brand new. I even told them there was no rush on the dress, yet they got the cleaning done in 2 days! Price was very reasonable too, and if you are a new customer they have a 20% first time discount, which is pretty awesome. Evergreen Pro Cleaners will officially be my go to spot from now on. Cannot recommend them enough, and I hope you consider using them too and supporting this incredible local business. TEN STARS!!!!!

Although they claimed the coats had been dry-cleaned, they looked dirty and covered in dust, lint, and hair. In fact, they looked worse than they did before I brought them in. The service was extremely poor and completely unacceptable, especially considering that I was still charged for it. It honestly felt like my coats had not been cleaned at all. I would strongly recommend that others avoid using this service. Very disappointing and a complete waste of money. I will definitely not be coming back.

NOW: Same shirt $7.10 !!! They told me: "because it was "dress shirt" ?? No notice given of a price increase - So if you read this and are still foolish enough to go there, CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS! Also, if you don't pay cash, now they charge you extra for credit card use. Plus, shirts were not ready on date verbally promised, likely due to the difficulty of communicating in English with the new woman at the front desk. "Smart" Care Cleaners is not for "smart" people because you'd have to be an "idiot" to use them. CUSTOMER RESPONSE TO OWNER: Per your obvious ChatGPT written response, now GASLIGHTING can be added to your business practices or customer infractions as I prefer to call it. No employees were harmed in the making of this review, facts were merely stated. The feigned sincerity of customer care and your unfounded exaggeration of a non-existent victimization of your employee are simply feeble attempts to distract from my main point of your running a predatory business. I stand behind every word of my review, using my real name & not hiding behind some pseudonym because I am honestly stating my experience with communication, cost and service. Since you emphasized so sanctimoniously your respect for all mankind, I'm noting some hypocrisy here. There is an obvious lack of integrity evident on the part of someone who takes over a business whose owner had established an excellent reputation for doing business fairly and then ruins it with ridiculously greedy price hikes AND without informing customers of such. It's a bit short sighted indeed when you're outraged by being called out on your scam and it never occurs to you how the customer may see it on the other side of the counter! $7.10 for laundering a cotton, button down shirt (more than double the going rate when I called your competitors) is not a sustainable business model anywhere and especially when there are at least six other dry cleaners within ten minutes of your hidden location who are happy to take the customers you've financially sucker punched.
