So far so good! All of my clothing were done right. No broken buttons, no crests where there should be none, no bar codes heat stamped to my clothing like other places, and quick turn around. The lady at the counter was very kind and informative about their services and prices. I think their prices are very good. I believe I paid $34 for 13 pieces, so not bad at all. Since the weather it's been nice they keep all the doors open while you wait so that was great, since you don't get that smell dry cleaners tend to have. Overall, I will be bringing my clothing here from now on. And they also do the thick winter blankets for about $29.00 so that's cheaper than other places I've been too. I'm quite petite so I often need to get my clothes altered to fit me properly. The tailor who works at this cleaners has probably fixed over two dozen of my outfits. She's always been super friendly and far more experienced than others I have met. I'm really picky over who handles my clothes (after a bad experience when I use to live in Washington). But the lady who works here really knows her stuff and my clothes always comes out perfectly fitted! read more

the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS! took a pair of slacks in on a tuesday morning, needed 1 button replaced & standard dry-clean. came back the day he told me to, THURSDAY ANYTIME AFTER 8am. got there thursday at like 4pm. "slacks not here", the angry man, "you come back too early, i said tomorrow" me..NO! you said today anytime after 8am. his wife jumps in and says we arent open after 8pm !?!?!!!??? (what?!) i needed these pants for an interview scheduled that friday at 9:30am so instead of trusting them to actually do their job, i went out that night and bought a pair of dress pants. THIS PLACE SUCKS SO BAD! the husband & wife tag team you when they're totally in the wrong. he acted the exact same way to me as he did in the other review, yelling at me, blaming it on me, the wife just agrees & tries to bully the customer! my cashmere sweater was ripped after cleaning, and so i went back and showed the owner but he yelled at me saying i was trying to frame him by bringing already ripped clothes. i've been a long (3 year) regular customer and forgave small mistakes because everybody makes mistakes but i can't spend their rude and ridiculous attitude over one sweater for a loyal customer like me. hope you don't ever experience their service. read more

I recently moved to the area so I needed to find a dry cleaner. I saw "elite cleaners" and thought with a name like that surely nothing would go wrong....WRONG!! I dropped off a decent amount of clothes to be cleaned seeing they had built up with my recent move. The lady at the front seemed nice and spoke pretty decent English...we agreed on a pick up date and off I went. Returning to get my stuff ...it was a down hill spiral from there! I had a romper I wore once from "guess" that had a belt attached made of the same material as the outfit that was missing....? I asked the lady she looked around and brought out random belts and ties to see if maybe one of these belonged to the outfit. None of them did. She took my number, asked for a week to look and stated she would call me to let me know. Day 9 comes and no phone call so I decided to stop in. The lady says she didn't find it and what do I want them to do? Hmmm, I no longer have use for the outfit without the matching belt so keep the outfit and reimburse me for it (only wore once, matter of fact I have it in another color with the tags I would gladly have shown them so they would see I wasn't ripping them off with my figure). The RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL owner comes over and he states in broken English they don't have it and it was never there. I kindly say no it was there it was attached to the outfit- he throws hands up in the air and walks away. Ok, guess he's done but I'm not. Me and the lady continue back and forth about what to do. I stated they can make me one- she said the owner says no. (They communicated in their language as he moved around the store). The owner comes back now with 3-4 belts one being beige asking me if that's the belt...ummm no I stated it matched the outfit in color and material. He begins to raise his voice to me so I asked the lady is he always like this to customers and she said "yes". Good to know. I wish he was working the front on the day I dropped off so I could have took my stuff and left. He continued to tell me the belt wasn't there and hadn't been and I was lying etc etc. He banged his hands down a few times on the counter maybe to intimidate me...?! Didn't work. Overall, this was the worst dry cleaning experience I have ever had! The owner is beyond unprofessional so I'm confused how they're still in business. Only good thing is I saw how this business operates on my first visit before I gave them anymore of my money!!! If they call their service "elite" they need to get a dictionary out and look up the actual meaning!!! Never Again!!! read more
