Rude and dismissive. I don't recommend. I had an emblem stuck to my blazer. When I received my blazer back it was not there. I spoke to the manager, and he said he would look for it and call me back. Three weeks went by, and no call. I returned today, and I asked to be reimbursed. He said it wasn't their fault and thought it stuck on and that doesn't work for dry cleaning. I told him I had no clue that was the case, and if he saw it then why did he still clean it. He said they thought it was sown on and it's not their fault and won't compensate. When I told him I will not be returning, and I will write a review He said he "do what you have to do." He rather lose a customer than do the right thing. Clearly, he doesn't care about my dollars. I wonder why. Then after telling me "do what you want," he's then tries to patronize me by sarcastically saying "have a nice day." No apology. Just a don't-care-attitude. read more

Being new to town, and having such a grandiose and vibrant dry cleaners so close to my apartment, I brought s few items in to test the waters. I was greeted by a curt worker who seemed clearly overwhelmed by her task to handle laundry duties and be friendly and courteous to a new Customer. She barked at me what's your phone number assuming I was a current Customer. I was immediately turned off. The good side, upon pick up clothes were cleaned competently and the pants hemmed were stitched professionally. Message to the owner if you care, you have a dry cleaner on almost every corner of your busy metro locale, be a bit nicer to appreciate someone new to your establishment. You lost a good Customer, I've spent about $300 in cleaning and alterations in the last 4 weeks. read more

I took a 2pc dress to them on a Wednesday to be ready on Saturday. The clerk asked if they could do Monday because of a large job they were working on for Saturday. I was ok with that but strongly expressed that it had to be Monday as I was flying out Tuesday morning at 7am for a funeral. When I arrived on Monday, it wasn't done. The receipt said Monday delivery but my dress was put in the Tuesday pile. I reminded the clerk of my 7am flight & asked if it could still be done that day. She said I would need to speak with the owner who was coming back in 2 hours but to her "surprise" the owner showed up. I explained the same thing to the owner who asked me to come back on Tuesday at 9am. How can I be there at 9am if my flight is at 7am? The response was a shrugged shoulder & that the clothes were not THAT dirty. That response was just NASTY on so many levels. They even began speaking to each other in their native language which I could understand a little bit of it. I repeated in English what I heard & told them how ignorant they were being. I have been using this cleaners for many years without complaint. Today I had 4 items 3 which were new. All I wanted was to have them cleaned and pressed. No big deal I thought. They said my items were not new and would not clean them. I got them from Amazon. They argued that they could not make them look nice. They argued about this. It was clear they did not want my business. They lost a very good customer because of this. I am not sure what has happened to this business. Maybe they have new owners. I've used them several time to launder and press linens for my office functions. I called today to see how many days they would need to wash and press 8 tablecloths and the lady said "give me 2-3 days" and hung up on me! There is a dry-cleaner on EVERY corner in Duluth. The dry cleaning is subpar. I wash my shirts before I take them there but I am lazy about pressing my shirts. The lady that takes your clothes is RUDE. Near this location there are 5 different dry cleaners. I do not think the owners know this. They think they are the only dry cleaners in Duluth and their lack of CARE and service shows it. Don't bother with this place. The guy across the street might be slower but at least he will be nice and not have a chip on his shoulder. read more

My wife and I have been using Executive for over 11yr. They have cleaned everything from day to day clothes to rugs, curtains and tablecloths. My wife and I are very happy with the service they provide. We haven't had any problems. The folks there are always polite and friendly. When our washer broke they even recommended other cleaners that had a wash and fold service. There are so many cleaners out there it's nice to find one you can stick with. read more

I brought some shirts and pants here. My first impression was that they were always in a rush. I even said to the woman to take her time, but the shirts came out well. Last time I noticed that a button on one of my shirts was broken, and then I put two and two together. The people are in such a hurry that they do substandard work and that includes my button. My favorite cleaners ever! They do anything from shoes and rugs to prom dress and day to day clothes! I recommend them to everyone and all my friends love it there too! There are never any issues and everyone is so friendly! They truly treat you like family and takes your items seriously!
