Duluth is littered with Korean Dry Cleaners that speak little English when it comes to responding to your questions; yet rest assured they let you know how much you are required to pay. Brought in a winter coat that admittedly was filthy and needed to be dry cleaned. I asked how much, she said $20! I was thinking $10-15 would be appropriate, but nope. Since I was there, I just splurged and said okay. After 3 attempts at spelling my name right, I left with my ticket and a crappy feeling that I over paid. One week later, I pull up hand her $20 cash, she puts the coat in my car and says to me $20!!! I said I gave you $20?? Like she was saying you get nothing back, weird.
Get home, take off the plastic, a card st the top reads we were unable to remove stains/dirt. The coat even had the same wrinkles in it at the bottom as when dropped off (like they didn't press or finish it properly). Still stains on the front. Was like they did nothing. I'm furious, total rip off. Try a different cleaners, not this one. read more
