This review is about the coin laundry service. The lady with ho operated it is rude and hasty. Their door says they close at 8:00pm but it seems she closes at her convenience. Both times I have come I have been rushed out. When I advised the update their website and door so she is not inconveined she waved me off. This is not appropriate management. I came to this cleaners to extend my pants size and I wanted them a certain size and we agreed on $30 for sewing the pants to that size. Fast forward 2 days later, they told me they were ready for pickup and I get there and they tell me a more expensive price than what we initially agree on and it was the same person. So the. They lowered the price which I was ok with. I went home and tried them on and they were still tight, I measured it and they were 2 inches less that what I wanted. Now I can't even wear them. I took all of my nice higher end shirts to get dry cleaned and pressed before wearing them.. they ruined all of my shirts! Gucci, Prada,and are not honest, they don't dry clean at all.. but charged me $100.00 for these shirts to be dry cleaned! The lady at front is so rude! They could care less! read more

What ever you do Think twice about taking your cloths here . I dropped off cloths for wash & fold to be picked up the next day . When I went to picked them up they could not find them for the first 7-8 minutes then, they bring out two baskets of cloths. Mine and some one else's cloths mixed in together ! I Had To Go Through Both Bags and Separate Everything Twice and barely got an apology from a girl who could have cared less at the counter . She was singing "Sorrrrrrrrrrrrry" when I left ! So, I get the cloths home and discover that they have lost two shirts and a pair of lounge pants (part of a set) , I immediately. went back and the same girl was of NO Help at all , she said that the cloths were never there ! This review compares Lutz Cleaners with Ralph's Cleaners: I brought one dress shirt and one dress pant to either store on the same day, minutes apart, as that is their distance from each other. Ralph's was 50 cents more expensive, but they got it back to me the next day. Lutz was the day after, which is usually standard practice. Timing did not matter to me so I don't count it here, but I'm sure Lutz would have tried to make the next day possible if I had requested. They came back in equal clean condition, with Lutz adding a "We are Green" canopy over the hangers. I will be using Lutz from now on and the reason is simple: the owner is much friendlier, and seems like a much more genuine and humble person. For the 2 minute interactions I have at this store, it wins in my book. Why not have that interaction better your day instead of worsen it or leave it bleh? read more

Today was an all time low in customer service! I have been using Ralph's as my dry cleaner, for alterations and the coin laundry for my bedding for the past 10 years. Today was my last. I used their coin laundry service to wash my favorite quilted coverlet and as I pulled it out of the dryer noticed red stains in many areas of the coverlet. These stains where not there when I washed the blanket but soon discovered a lipstick or tinted lip balm tube wrapped in the blanket. It was not a brand I wear and I had shaken the blanket and folded when bringing it to the laundry. I am 100% sure this wasn't from my home or in my blanket before using their machines. I brought the blanket and the empty lipstick tube to the owner and showed her the stains stating this wasn't my lipstick and must have been in the washer or dryer. Her immediate response was "not responsible not responsible!" I wasn't asking her to pay for the coverlet, refund my $6 to wash and dry... I was simply bringing this to her attention and then asked for assistance in trying to remove. She refused. Said she would spray it but I had to wash it.. I explained I don't have a wash machine large enough, it was 6:30pm and I had to get back to work and have company coming in the morning- I simply was short on time and asked if she would kindly spray it and wash for me and I would pick up tomorrow. I would have paid for this service, I love this blanket (although it would have been proper for her to have offered to try and clean as a courtesy to a long time customer who has spent much $ over the last 10 years at their establishment). Instead she again said "not responsible, you should look in the dryer, old blanket, this is old, not responsible! So instead of letting me speak, having any concern that my coverlet was ruined, she proceeded to insult my blanket, tell me I left it there all day since the morning - not true but it was in the dryer for 3 1/2 hours before I could get a break from work and come pick it up. Be assured I will never give them one more cent and will share my experience with our local Collier Hills Community! Really disappointed in how Ralph's owner handled this problem. read more

I'm rating the laundromat experience here--never did dry cleaning. the parking is fine... +1 star for never having to wait for a machine/quarters don't get eaten by machine +1 star for my clothes leaving cleaner than they came in (I think) I don't expect much from a laundromat, nor should I, so when I say this place is a dump, it really is, but I also came back. I saw q-tips scattered all over the floor, a lollipop stick stuck to a washing machine door, a clean(went through the washer) disposable pantyliner on the floor, many a corpse of a dryer sheet, oh, and roaches! By the way, I saw trash on the floor today that I also saw when I was here on Friday. Plenty of out of order machines and dryers. Be sure to check before you load your laundry that there isnt a bunch of who-knows-how-old detergent stagnating in the basin. The bathroom looks like something out of a gorno. no toilet paper. I mean this place is DISGUSTING. I sold my washer and dryer because I'm moving in a week, and so i've been here twice and it's pretty bad but I would probably go again because it's so close to my house and it's not gonna be a habit. I would not recommend it...but I haven't had any money eaten by a machine yet. Also, blaring world cup coverage on a big enough TV. but I hope you like sports because also a sign that says "please do not touch T.V." I have to wear a shirt, tie and slacks to work everyday and I'm terrible at ironing so needless to say I have to get my work clothes laundered. When I first moved to Atlanta I asked the tailors and salesmen at Sid Mashburn's where they take their clothes for laundering and they told me Ralph's. I went with their recommendation and I've been going to Ralph's every two weeks for the last 5 years. Prices are very reasonable and comparable. It's a family run business and the Lee family could not be an sweeter. Clothes are always ready on time and they've never lost a piece of clothing of mine in the last 5 years. When they found out we were having a baby, Mrs. Lee was sweet enough to buy him a little winter outfit. Overall, a great family run dry cleaner that is reliable and inexpensive! read more

I'm sitting at the dry cleaners now my washer and dryer breaks down often, and I come to the laundromat to wash my clothes apparently Ralph's the dry cleaners washes their clientele's clothes at the laundromat as well the Asian lady that owns the dry cleaners has taken up all the dryers with the clientele clothes. I went over politely and asked her if she could remove the clothes out of the dryer as those clothes had finished the drying cycle I don't know if it was a language barrier but she looked really perturbed that I had asked her to remove those clothes as my clothes were finished washing and I needed to dry them I also dry clean my clothes and I can tell you I won't be using a Ralph's cleaners to dry clean my clothes they don't seem friendly only towards a certain clientele I suppose read more

I used the cleaners while in town for work and was very impressed with the service. The staff is very friendly and the clothes were done on time. They were able to get a tough stain out of my shirt. I also accidentally left a few dollars, 87 to be exact, in my paints pocket and when I picked up my clothes she gave me an envelope with the cash along with my clothes.
