They show up on time, treat every item with care, and go the extra mile to ensure nothing is overlooked. My clients always feel at ease knowing their move is in good hands, and that kind of peace of mind is priceless. They did not have a smaller truck and it was almost laughable how little we had to put in, but they did it perfectly. Not a scratch or missed item. They broke the arm of my couch by leaning the couch on its side. Despite all that, I was okay paying what I did. But then, they demand a tip at the end. The woman (Helen) who coordinated the move had said tips were expected between 15-25% of the total cost. I paid 15%, but the guy complained that it wasn't enough. He said the minimum was 20%. I showed him the text from Helen that listed 15%-20%. He insisted over and over and over again for more tip. He was lucky to get any tip with the way my furniture was damaged. I ended up giving a bit more tip just so I wouldn't have to deal with them, but honestly it's just madness. Tips are optional and the experience with the guy haggling me was not fun. Also, after that one of the crew members went into my room because he said they forgot a furniture box, and yanked all my clothing out of it and threw everything on the floor. What a pissy attitude for a very reasonably 15% tip for subpar service. I'm not saying you should completely avoid this place -- I'm sure under most circumstances they are fine. Just make sure all your furniture is wrapped and be firm on how much you plan on tipping them. They will haggle you like you wouldn't believe.

I have moved countless times and have never experienced such an inefficient, drawn-out process. My husband and I had already done most of the work by packing everything before the movers even arrived, so there was absolutely no excuse for how long this took--other than an obvious attempt to gouge us for as many billable hours as possible. They only sent two movers and a truck that was too small, forcing unnecessary trips and dragging out the process. To make matters worse, my furniture was damaged, and their customer service was nonexistent. Then, as if the terrible service wasn't bad enough, I was asked to pay my bill through two separate Zelle accounts, which seems like an attempt to avoid taxes--highly questionable and just straight-up shady. Speaking of shady, this company also has extremely questionable employment practices, which only adds to the overall lack of professionalism. If you're considering hiring this company, beware--this was one of the worst moving experiences I've ever had, and I wouldn't trust them with your time, money, or belongings. I would give them a negative one review if I could.

Hats off to this company for another well coordinated effort! After a few months we decided to jettison more stuff from our original items, and the office and movers worked in coordination with my husband as to what pieces we wanted to leave behind. Their home base employees wrapped furniture well carefully with plastic wrap, placed boxes and furniture in correct direction. Everything worked perfectly. Coming back from AUS to SJ is another story. It cost 20% more. They don't have office in AUS so the packers and loading guys in AUS are doozy 3rd party contractors . They just dumped everything in the truck hurriedly . Furniture not wrapped properly with plastic. Walls scratched while moving out. Boxes dumped in the truck whichever way they fit. By the time truck arrived in SJ, everything toppled, crushed and some furniture is even ripped.
