She was so friendly, attentive, and constantly stopping by to refill the Kona coffee -- one of my favorites ever since visiting Hawaii. I left two voicemails with True Food corporate with no response, in addition to leaving email with no response either. I would appreciate it even if they couldn't do anything that they would at least get back to us and let us know that, but nothing. I commend True Food for offering such healthy eating options for people but without good customer service, I can't see it really lasting for long.
