I walked in here for the first time on a early Sunday evening. I was with my 8 year old son. He was jonesing for some pizza, so we decided to try this place after playing some video games at Chucky Cheese in the area. So I ordered a slice for my son and he ate it there and I ordered a large plain cheese pie to go for my family at home. The guy behind the counter was a nice guy. When I also went to order a meatball sub, the nice guy behind the counter said he was the only guy working there and that only pizza was available. There was a menu above the counter offering a lot of other dishes (pasta - salads - etc.) Okay... I get it, you're understaffed. Seems like that night they did not have a variety of slices. And that the only thing you could order fresh was a plain pie. So, we get the reheated slice from the counter for my son and the counter guy offers to cut the slice in two. Much appreciated. My son ate the first half and I took a bite of the second half of the slice. It was mediocre. After approximately 15 minutes our pie is ready. We get in the car and go back home. Pizza is thin, which I like. But overall I'd say the taste is a 6 out of 10. Wife said the sauce had a "sweet" taste to it. Which she didn't care for. It good for a slice if you live in the neighborhood. I'm about 20 minutes by car to get there. Would I make the trip back. No. If I was very very hungry and I randomly happened to be in the neighborhood, I might stop in for another slice. But overall, mediocre. The service was great. The place seemed clean. But I just wouldn't purposely come back to this pizzeria unless I happened to be in the area. Best read more

Pizza was decent. We ordered 2 regular slices, 1 buffalo chicken slice, 3 cans of soda and 2 beef patties with cheese. Price came up to $32 Very pricey in my opinion. I normally pay $24 MAX for the same order I got here. read more

Recently ordered the vegan pizza from doordash and it was so good ! The crust was the right amount of texture and crisp. I'm also really lucky with vegan cheeses pero the cheese was really good and melted well. Would so recommend. read more

Everything they make is a HIT! I go here so often, and always get amazing service whether it be the gentleman or the woman behind the counter. They're always so nice and attentive no matter what time or day i go in; not to mention when i go to order i'm waiting for no more than 3 minutes for my food! I still love their pizza. But lately it doesn't seem like they keep consistent hours. Like they'll be closed as early as 5pm on a weeknight. Seems strange for a pizza place in the Bronx. DONT EVER ORDER HERE!!! the only reason I give this place two start it's because if is less than one start this post won't be showing up.. I ordered a large pie and two beef patty with Coco bread first of all my delivery came almost an hour late second,beef Petty that I received was BLACK..it was burned back and forth I try to it eat it by taking the black part off on the bread but I found moles in the bread. So I call the store back and told them my food was burned they asked me what I need I said nothing you guys shouldn't do business this way and the person who answered my called just hung up on me.. My boyfriend loves Nora Pizza, and I think they're okay, so I'll meet in the middle and give it a 4. We've ordered delivery from here 3 times, I believe, and they're pretty quick with delivery, the food is hot, and the delivery guy is always really friendly, courteous, and delivers to the door. Pizza-wise, we've only tried the regular cheese pie, and it's got a nicely flavored sauce and cheese combo, but personally, I'm not the hugest fan of the dough. It's okay, but not the best I've ever had. I've tried the chicken roll, which was well-seasoned but almost burnt when it arrived - but I bet if it was fresh from the oven, it'd be really delicious. Garlic knots are made with fresh garlic and parsley as well as olive oil, which I like, but they need a tiny bit more salt or parmesan and a little less oil (they kinda sit in a few tablespoons of olive oil). Really good food here, done right! Got the penne alla Vodka with grilled chicken. Was fire, even threw in some garlic knots. Reasonably priced at $11, have enough food here for lunch and pre workout. Definitely my new favorite pizzeria in the neighborhood. There's a new owner who renovated the whole place, so you actually have comftorable seating, as well as a clean and friendly environment. Ordered a large pie tonight. I was surprised they delivered over here to Co-op City. The pizza came in about 45 mins. The delivery guy was nice and thanked me for the tip. The pie was very warm which is a plus. The pizza itself was very good. The crust was not as crispy as I would have liked but it was still good.
