They do half topping, so we had half pepperoni and half margarita pizza. I was worried that these slice would be soggy or tasteless since they we so big. I was happy i was wrong. I came here since I was across the street anyway and knew about it through some social media hype. It has it own small parking lot that has space for about 20 cars. There also street parking. It had a energetic vibe as I walked in and photos on wall and hype all about the Big slice which if you finish, I believe you get a tshirt with bragging rights. Would like to say that I came from sprain ridge pool. So it's close by if you come to pizza barn. The service from when you enter till you leave is fenomenal, they are interactive and funny. Service is quick as well. The ambiance is peaceful and family oriented. Unfortunately Most of my stars are because the staff was great, I did not like really much any food items and i'm not picky. My table ordered, margarita pizza, stuff shells, garlic stuffed bread, and a custom made philly cheesesteak calzone. Calzone was great. Pizza was ehh, I think it was the sauce. Been wanting to try this place a while but always put it off. For my twins bday we decided to try it out. this spot is famous for their superslice pizza. The service and staff were nice. Our waitress was very bubbly and super friendly personality. The huge pizza slice was really cool and very delicious!! Ordered several pizzas and apps and It easily fed our entire group of about 10 with enough to take home. ! It was very inexpensive so that was good. I've been faithful to the same pizza place for a couple of years so the only reason I added this place to my list of places to check out was because of the super slice. I finally got the opportunity to stop by because I was in the area but I was expecting just a lot of mediocre pizza because usually people sacrifice quality for quantity. This was not the case at all I called in my order and it was ready within a 10 min drive. I was greeted as I walked in to a beautiful establishment with a couple of sit down tables to eat and an array of pizza options in a glass. The pizza smelled too yummy to wait until I got home to Queens so I started eating in the parking lot and I did not stop until I was infront of my house. It was so good, even without the toppings. It was still delish the next morning too. The crust is thin and buttery and they use enough cheese and you can taste the garlic in their tomato sauce I'm planning my next trip out there for another slice and recommending it to all my friends. Finally made it to Pizza Barn after all these years. They were at another location, but that area is notorious for horrid parking - hence why my lazy self never went. I always planned for it, but then I saw they were moving to a new location and I knew once they moved in and renovated, I would at long last get to try them. Let's get this out of the way - yes, the "Super Slice" is a gimmick. But it's a gimmick which has worked out well for them. I've seen their videos years ago. Most businesses would love that exposure and it's clearly good for their business. Yes, I know how the slice is made - and they've been up front with it in those videos, so not a big deal. Though it has never been that far away from me, I'd have never heard of this place if not for those videos regarding the super slice, so it's good business for them. Just mentioning that for the ones who dismiss this place solely based off that. That being said, I came in the very first day they opened at this newer location. For locals, this used to be DOCS but Pizza Barn completely renovated the building and lot. Yes, they have a small parking lot with a space or two right in front. Place was bustling. I'm unsure if this is the norm or it's because they just opened here - or maybe it was a typical Friday night. I went in the very next day - Saturday - and it was the same. Despite the lines/crowd, the ones behind the counter were very nice and attentive - which goes a long way. Tried the "Super Slice" the first night and came back the next day to try a regular pizza pie. The Super Slice is what it is. It wasn't bad at all. I preferred the regular pie honestly - maybe it's just because I also like crust with my slices when the Super Slice only has 2 pieces with crust. Crust here is thick and I do like it. I've said this in every pizzeria review and I'll type it once again: not all pizza or pizzerias are good. Not everyone's taste buds are the same and people generally have their preferences. But there is a such thing as bad pizza and good pizza. This was easily not the greatest I've ever had, but far from the worst. Both the Super Slice and the regular pie were filling and tasted just fine. The online menu was slightly different than the one inside. They had no take out menus at the time, so I had to just read the one in store. The fridge is limiting, but the Mexican Coke/Sprite is a big plus. As I said, everyone inside was good despite the madness. They have about 6 or so tables inside to dine in. They have the small parking lot and there's about 2 spots in front to park in. Due to the Casino, most of the side streets have permits required, so keep that in mind. There are literally 3 other pizzerias in less than a mile from this location, so they need to keep on their toes here, which I'm sure they will as they've been in business for a long time. Everything was good enough, that I will certainly come back here again. I do want to try their one pound garlic knot and their stuffed crust with garlic. It's easy to dismiss a place over a "gimmick", expect something more, and then say "that's it?" - but the "gimmick" has worked and unless something changes, this place is more than just the "gimmick". Keep expectations in the right place and you'll be fine. read more

The sauce is mild and a bit sweet, which reminded me of my hometown favorite Detroit pizza. I have told almost everyone I know about this location. I got invited here by a friend that was familiar with this place and I will tell you this, I was really impressed. The place is a tiny gem right on a street corner I front of a soccer field. The place is very tiny inside a bit uncomfortable for people like me that don't like small tiny places, no bathrooms, and seats can be more comfortable. And waiting line at the door since the seating is very limited. On top of all the complaints I have I still give this place a 5!!!! star rating. This amazing $35 per bug slice was worth it. I finally got to try their ginormous pizza! I would definitely suggest going with friends. I went with 2 other people and we were unable to finish our pizza. I went on a Wednesday night. There was plenty of parking available, free and metered. I was hesitant on coming here because I thought bigger meant cheaper ingredients, but that was not the case.
