Perhaps it was actually the Chickpea Salad Sandwich.
    Michele S.

I will definitely return for a yummy coffee. The mix of flavors was well done (not an overabundance of lavender). They have a lot of flavors I'd like to try. I was a little disappointed that the coffee didn't wake me up, really. I don't drink it very often so I thought I'd be wired after drinking a medium. For lunch I ORDERED the chicken salad sandwich and a bag of the kettle chips. I asked specific questions about the chicken salad (was going to order turkey & cheese if didn't love the answers). I asked if the chicken was shredded or diced & the answer was shredded. I asked if it was basic chicken salad or did it have a twist? Was told it was basic, no raisins or anything. Great! Moved forward. The sandwich was decent enough to eat but tasted like chickpeas more than anything else. I was very annoyed that I wasn't informed there were chickpeas after asking questions but was so freaking hungry, I just ate it. I was very unsatisfied but didn't have the funds to order more food. 9 hours later I'm writing this review and noticed they have a chickpea salad sandwich. They must have accidently given me the wrong sandwich. Ughhhh. The vibe is Cafe meets bookstore. It's cute. There were quite a few people working on their laptops and also moms with young kids. There's great options for outdoor seating. Parking lot is free. Those who work there are friendly.

A Raleigh coffee and biscuit cafe with gluten free biscuits. They have a lovely outdoor patio to enjoy a coffee and relax under some shade. The biscuit of choice, a bacon, egg and pimento cheese biscuit. One of my favorites and NoRa Cafe did a great job. The cinnamon honey coffee was also great!

This café was slammed on a weekend, but it did offer efficient service. A buzzer warned me when food was ready, but I did have to watch out for my drink. The Liège waffle I came for had some nice pearl sugar and was available with some toppings of which blueberry was a wise choice. Seeing Oatly is an option, I opted for an oat milk Matcha, which was quite substantial and offered suitable bitterness to contrast the pearl sugar. A number of baked goods were on sale from what appeared to be quality vendors elsewhere in the area.

Update, giving 4 stars: the WiFi guest accounts seem to be much better fast and consistent. Nobody should have four different WiFi signals, let alone two of them being horrible (do not use Family or Friends). Love everything about this place except the WiFi is horrible, which makes it difficult to work remote. To be clear, it's not Spectrum. They need to hire a better tech person that knows how to configure networks bc it's constantly timing out. Staff is great, food and drinks are delicious, seating is plentiful (inside and out) and vibe is perfect. Just fix your WiFi.

Just moved to the area and found this nice cafe. I'm always on the lookout for a good breakfast and this place allows you to build your own breakfast sandwich on your choice of muffin. You get to choose your kind of meat and cheese too. I chose the everything English muffin with turkey sausage and cheddar cheese. It was delicious.

We stopped here on vacay and it was a cute little cafe! The service was fast and I particularly loved the build your own sandwich! No complaints.

Solid coffee, great menu. They have a ton of different flavors and the staff was very friendly making different recommendations. There is ample seating and a little study nook that is more private. I went on a Sunday morning so it was pretty empty until 9am it got super busy and you wouldn't have been able to find a seat. Their pastries looked really good, I did not have any but they were very large. The biggest negative was the bathrooms were pretty gross and should be cleaned more.

NoRa Cafe is a haven for latte enthusiasts like myself! Their extensive range of flavored lattes and seasonal offerings always keeps me coming back for more. The cozy indoor seating and spacious outdoor area which is a perfect setting for catching up with friends or enjoying some alone time. The staff are friendly and attentive and let's not forget about their pastry selection! There's something for everyone, including gluten-free options. Ample parking in the plaza near Food Lion makes getting my caffeine fix a breeze. NoRa Cafe is my go-to spot for coffee on the way to work or a stop by during the weekend.

My new favorite place I have tried a few coffee places and this beats them all! The variety of syrups/flavors they have is magical. I have tried a several different drinks and they have all been amazingly delicious. Not to mention, they have $3 books for sale and $10 blind date w/ a book for sale!! This strawberry and peach cobbler muffin was literally the best muffin I have ever had. It is such an adorable place with tons of seating inside and covered seating outside. You'll be able to find me here all the time. Absolutely obsessed!! Oh, and try their teddy bear syrup in a coffee or tea ~ It tastes like you're eating teddy grahams! Free tea refills too . Cannot say enough lovely things about my new fav 3rd place

    Ham and cheese croissant
    Shelby L.

Only 4 stars because I couldn't get the first couple of choices I wanted to order. I ended up with h and cheese croissant which I didn't care much for. I wanted to try the waffle or a plain croissant but they did not have either. The latte however was excellent. Prices were great. I was surprised how good the prices were and staff were friendly as well as quick service. Is definitely stop back be side I want to try the waffle.

I'll admit, seeing it next to a Food Lion didn't exactly set the bar high, but the moment I walked in and saw the massive wall of bottles stretching to the ceiling, I knew I'd misjudged it. The bartender with the blue hair was outstanding. (Did her job so well I cannot remember her name for the life of me). She explained how everything worked, pointed us toward great beer options in the back cooler, and then really impressed us by taking time to understand both my taste and my friend's despite us having totally different bourbon preferences. She gave thoughtful recommendations at multiple price points and tailored each suggestion specifically to what we liked. Knowledgeable, personable, and genuinely fun to talk to. The regulars were friendly, the atmosphere felt welcoming, and the whole place has that hidden-gem neighborhood vibe you hope to find when traveling. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in town and I'll be on the lookout for a few bottles thanks to her recommendations.

I thought beef had a naturally salty taste but there was nothing. The buffalo chicken sandwich was decent. I think the buffalo sauce and Cole slaw saved it because the chicken didn't have much of a taste either. I ordered fries originally but they delivered potatoes to me. The server that delivered the food quickly put in an order for fries to fix the first servers error and I'm glad he did. The fries saved the meal. They were cooked perfectly and hot. I'd come back here for the fries for sure. After we got our food, the servers just forgot about us and another customer that had been there for about the same amount of time that we had. We were in the restaurant another 15 minutes trying to get the attention of a server to come give us our check. The original server never came back even though we could see him at a register near the kitchen. The new server had to ask us what our order was and ring us out under her name because our original server was doing something else nearby and not being helpful to us.

The waitress was great about bringing us everything we needed. I ordered the salmon filet on greens with sweet potato cakes. The salmon was great - perfectly cooked, and the greens seemed fresh, but the whole dish was doused in a sweet maple syrup sauce, which rendered the sweet potato cakes so soaked that I couldn't choke them down. I left most of the greens as well, since the maple syrup didn't really go with a salad. The fish was fine, as I could salt it a bit and have serve as a foil to the sauce. Everyone else seemed to enjoy their food. The Rueben looked amazing. So, the moral of the story is, when you go to a bar, don't try to eat healthy! Get the bar food.

We had three different beers from this brewery, one in which appears to be no longer in production. The discontinued one was a pale ale by the name of Peacemaker. It was refreshing and enjoyable to have. Flavor features with this beer are that typically seen with a pale ale which are hoppy, malty and sweet. The beer is very light bodied which is nice and very smooth. Unfortunate that it's out of production. The other two beers we had are still being made. One was Shotgun Betty which is a Hefeweizen. Not bad but sometimes I struggle with Hefes and the strong banana clove flavor which was the case here. It was good that it was light bodied like most Hefes are and smooth also. The final beer was the Sweet Josie Brown Ale which I think was my favorite. The sweet, malty and coffee flavors are very enjoyable and like the prior two beers a nice smooth body to this fine dark beer. I am glad I recalled this brewery experience as I felt it was important to post the beers we had and what we thought of them!
