    Scrambled egg and tea
    Gail D.

Very different, but wanted to try! We love trying new foods. We both got omelets. Soujouck & soujouck menemen. I think the best is the menemen, it was soaked in tomato sauce! And sausage was amazing I wish there were just a little bit more. $8/omelet is a little pricey with only 4-5 thin slices of meat. But they do give you bread. They also provide free tea. Overall great flavor!

    PIŞI with feta cheese.

My family and I recently visited this restaurant for breakfast and had the most delightful experience. We haven't had this much fun at a restaurant in a long time. The staff were amazing cheerful, kind, and they made us feel right at home. The entire was bright, clean and welcoming. We couldn't have been happier with our choice to stop in and have a bite. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by a young lady who sat us at a table and gave us menus. She explained that since we were dining in, we were free to enjoy the complimentary Turkish tea. I must admit, the tea was very hot, which I thoroughly enjoyed. Nothing is worse than hot tea that isn't served hot. She also answered our questions about the menu and took our orders. As we were sipping our tea and waiting for our food, she returned with a huge bowl of PIŞI (Turkish fried bread, yes, I had to look it up). She put one on each of our plates. I didn't know what to expect, but once I bit into the pillowy soft bread, I was in heaven. I looked at each member of my family, and they all had the same expression: pure heaven. The PIŞI went perfectly with the tea. We even asked for honey to go with it, and the server accommodated us. Our food arrived hot and fresh. My son ordered the Patso wrap, my other son ordered the lentil soup (as did I), and my husband ordered the Turkish-style manti. We also ordered two borek beef pastries to go. Everything we ordered was simply delicious. I loved the flavor of the dishes as they were not drowned in salt, so you can actually taste the spices. Everyone enjoyed their meals. My son even got an extra order of PIŞI. The server was kind enough to bring a few more, arranged on a plate with feta cheese for us to share. Later, a gentleman was making rounds with a huge pan of PIŞI, and my other son asked for more and the gentleman generously gave my son another piece, which was very kind. Overall, we had a wonderful time and will definitely return in the future. We are already planning our next visit!

Simit cream cheese and roast beef omelette!

Checked this place again after Christmas, i tried their beef and egg omelette - very salty! The Gozleme spinach i ordered came in only as cheese. Not recommended. Simit sandwich with feta cheese and tomato - it was alright. The coffee in on point. But it is always served woth a teaspoon in it. Owner was so sweet. It is family run business that is worth supporting. Great seats and ambiance.

We used to go to their garland location when we first learned about it and now we love their new Richardson location! It's bigger, brighter and more accommodating. The food is always impeccable, the service is always warm and welcoming and I LOVE that there is always free tea for everyone. That really reflects middle eastern hospitality and the generous culture. You can't go wrong with anying on the menu. I always try new things. The meat pide, the simit with anything and the kuymak are a must try.

I wanted to like this place but the food/pastries were underwhelming. The eggs were bland and a letdown. The Simit was hard and egg was painfully overdone.

This place had great service and yummy food! We also got some bakery items to go and that was our breakfast over the next few days.

Service is fantastic. Beautiful place, really feels like they put a lot of love into the food and ambience. We have manti (dumplings) and lahmacun (meat pie). I usually don't like meat pies but this was amazing delicious light and refreshing like it was a family recipe. Unlimited Tea is available self service. Such a satisfying meal. This place alone makes me wish I lived here. (Turkish yogurt is the literally the best yogurt- must me magic in their hands)

Noor-Sha Cafe stands out as the finest Turkish cafe and bakery I have encountered outside of Turkey itself. The authenticity and excellence of the offerings are truly remarkable, transporting patrons to the heart of Istanbul with every visit. The service is exceptional, characterized by genuine warmth and attentiveness that clearly stems from the owner's welcoming spirit. This positive energy permeates the staff, creating a hospitable environment that enhances the overall dining experience. The high quality of the food--fresh, flavorful, and meticulously prepared--further reflects this dedication, while the ambience provides a comfortable and inviting setting ideal for relaxation or casual gatherings. I highly recommend Noor-Sha Cafe to anyone seeking genuine Turkish cuisine. It is a hidden gem that deserves widespread recognition.

Loved the food. Staff was patient as I asked 100 questions. Daughter loved the authentic Turkish coffee. Will definitely be going back.

There are a lot of auxiliary seating areas too, so you can move around and set up wherever feels right. It didn't feel awkward at all--people bought a coffee and comfortably stayed for four or five hours without any pressure to leave. Everything felt smooth and natural. I had both a coffee and a matcha, and they were great. Overall, it's definitely a very good place to get work done. They have free, unlimited internet, lots of different spots to settle into, and parking was relatively easy. The chocolate croissant was good--slightly on the heavier side considering I planned to be sitting for a while--but still delicious. The crowd skewed younger, which was refreshing since so many places lately feel more heavily older-populated. All in all, great environment, great energy, and super conducive for getting things done.
