We had called right before we came in because we had just moving all day and were in Athletic wear. Kyle answered the phone assured us it was okay, and when we came in he held the door open for us, shook my husband's hand and greeted us with a huge smile. So right off the bat we knew service would be exceptional, which it was. We started off with the cold sampler and iced americanos. The restaurant was gorgeous and had a laid back vibe. Stopped in for lunch while trying out the Silver Line Train. Hubby enjoyed the cold sampler platter and I had the Noor burger. Tiny overworked tough beef patty on a bun way too big swimming in sauce. Adana Kabab Platter: 8/10; $21.99 The manager suggested this to me, I was initially going to order the regular kebab but this came with a different set of spices. I enjoyed the flavors that the spices gave the beef and the rice on the side was also very tasty. The meat was VERY tender - yes, I know ground beef is usually tender but I'd compare it to a "fall off the bone" type of bite. I will say, I enjoyed the rice more than the actual kebab to be honest, there was a lot of flavor and I debated ordering another plate of just rice. Original Hummus: 10/10; $6.99 The presentation of the hummus was very beautiful, they say you eat with your eyes first and my eyes ATE that hummus up . Presentation aside, the hummus had good flavor and you could taste the olive oil, there was paprika on top and it added a little flavor too. Highly recommend. Karak Chai: 8/10; $3.99 I had initially come in wanting mint tea but it wasn't on their menu so I decided to order the Karak Chai instead. The tea was very milky, almost watered down but still had a good flavor, it wasn't like a typical karak tea, this had more warm spices and I enjoyed the flavor, I just wish it wasn't as milky. The menu said the chai was $2.99 but I was charged $3.99, not a big deal but I hope the owners update their menu before the official opening. Molten Pistachio Sundae: 8/10; $9.99 I had initially ordered the Warbat bites, one of my all-time favorite desserts but they were sold out. The manager recommended the sundae instead and I honestly didn't know what to expect. The dessert came out before my kebab but we enjoyed it fully, the presentation was beautiful and it tasted very good. A molten cake filled with a slightly goey pistachio filling - not too sweet and a big scoop of vanilla ice cream on top, drizzled with pistachio sauce. It was a very tasty dessert and I recommend enjoying it with tea. read more

Got this take out and took to my parents. Their palettes are pretty simple. They loved the food as did I. Service was good. Took a while to get my order which was supposed to be ready when I got there. Had to wait 10 minutes. Not complaining though. Food was good. We all got beef kabobs read more

We enjoyed riding the silver line DART train for the first time and grabbing a bite at Noor Cafe (within walking distance!). The atmosphere was warm and cozy with autumn decorations. The restaurant was full of light with it's open floor plan. Our favorite dishes were the beef kebab platter and gyro platter. This location is so close and convenient to us, that we have to come to get food here. It's a very nice restaurant, but the ambiance is not quite my thing because I'm not a smoker, and hookahs are a big feature of this restaurant. So we order out. Everyone is totally nice and attentive. I called in our order, got there when they said it would be ready, and I had to wait around 20 minutes to get my food. They did say that the particular dish I ordered takes longer to prepare. No real issues, because they were very nice about it, but that happened a couple of times. They should say that it takes the full 30 minutes to get the order out when you call. One other issue I have, which almost caused my not going there last night, was that when I called earlier to place my lunch order, it went to voicemail. Nobody answered the phone. I believe that should change. No matter how busy a restaurant is, they should always answer, even if it is to put you on hold. But the food is so good, that it's only a minor inconvenience. We're definitely going back for takeout to Noor Cafe! read more

Picked up food from here after passing it before. I had hoped it was good and it didn't disappoint! The smell of a hookah greets you at the door along with lovely people and kind faces. A sitting area awaits you if you have not ordered ahead of time. I tried my regular test dishes, hummus, babaganoush, lebne and a ground beef kabab. All excellent! You need to try this place which overlooks the south side of Addison airport so you get a little air show from the windows. Great place and will go back again. read more

I don't know where to start. Forget about all the bad reviews people are posting. This place is my new favorite place. The food was amazing and fresh. The place was so clean, elegant and very relaxing. And let me tell you about the staff, Omar helped me over the phone. He's such a polite and sweet guy. Rawda and Mostafa were over the top. They helped us with the food and our whole stay there they were constantly checking on us and making sure we are good. My friend and I are making this place our weekly gathering spot and we are definitely brining our friends and family, making sure to spread the word about this new gem. I recommended this restaurant to my family of 8 for dinner. The server Nisar initially was friendly but after waiting for our food for over and hour and half, Nisar came bask to tell us that they were out of rice & they would give us fries instead of rice or we would wait another 20 mins and the rice would be ready. Nisar also said he would offer us 15% off. Another waiter approached us very nicely and said to not worry and he would take care of us. They brought the food out in batches, I think mine probably came out last after 2 hours. When asked for the bill, Nisar took another 30 mins and the other guy vanished who had offered to take care of us. They didn't offer anything on the house, no complimentary tea or desserts but Nisar attitude took the cake when the bill came. Yes mistakes happen, but this is a new place and it's a Saturday night, they should do a better job of working out these issues. Regardless to say we won't be going there again. Music was also very loud & food was just ok. Nothing spectacular, go to Selda. Great food & customer service. read more

By far one of the worst customer service experiences I've had in DFW. Took over 1.5 hours to get food brought out to us after ordering. (Yes, please review the camera footage Mr. Owner) No communication between employees. Had to ask multiple employees multiple times for basic service (drinks, napkins, sauce, when our food was arriving). There was a difference of 30 minutes from when the first meal was brought out to when the last person at our table received their order. We did not get to eat together. When we tried to bring up the problems with our service we had one waiter who was extremely helpful and tried to accommodate us (he was very nice), but then we were met with a bald waiter who was by far the rudest and most sarcastic waiter I have encountered at any dining establishment. Truly have never been talked to like that at any restaurant ever. Much better restaurants and hookah lounges to visit in the area. After Reading through the reviews, I'm already expecting the owner to be retaliatory here and claim they "reviewed footage" (yeah right) to refute my claims instead of actually showing a modicum of customer service and try to make the situation right. Seems like other patrons have received the same type of service. Again, go elsewhere. read more
