Terrible service at this location. The guy at the register with a piercing on his eyebrow didn't look like he wanted to take our order. He didn't give us our drink cup so that I can fill it up while I wait for my food and when I got my food, he forgot my cup. I asked him for the cup to which he said nothing and he just put a couple of orders in the window. When he got our cup he just put the cup right in front of us without saying a word. So unprofessional and for place that was completely empty, you'd think you would want us as returning customers. I love Noodles & Company for lunch. It's in my work area and it has quite a selection. I always opt for a small chicken vera cruz salad and a side of mac n cheese. It's the perfect combo and low on calories! I highly recommend the zoodles too if you're counting calories. The service and food can be hit or miss but overall, I'll keep coming back! read more

This was horrible. Poorest Mac and cheese I have ever seen/eaten! I got a small Mac and cheese with parm chicken, not only was there barely any chicken, but the container was less than half full of noodles!! On top of that, there was little to no actual cheese on my noodles as there was just a puddle of cheese sauce at the bottom and no actual cheese. The employee so she couldnt change the order once it was put through. Really? I love noodles and company! Each location is clean, I can make myself an Arnold Palmer (or really any drink I could ever imagine with the new Coca Cola dispensing machines), and I love the food choices. I'm always looking for options to eat healthy, and this fast food chain has them. You can get a small order and easily stay under 350 calories. You can add protein to that order and easily get through your afternoon without starving. Great option for kid's lunch as well! read more

I love rooting for the underdog ... In this case it bit me in the ass . I was warned by my mother if you want noodles on the way home ( they live in eagle I live in Milwaukee ) don't go to the delfield one , go to the Waukesha one . Well as they say " Mother knows best ". I ordered the Tuscan linguine with side chicken . They forgot the chicken . This may not sound like the end of the world but this is about the 1,000 item from this location they have forgotten ( my mom is a regular food stopper for dinner, on the way home kinda gal. After work she has stopped here plenty of times to pick up food to go .She has a great heart and gives places multiple chances ) . It wasn't busy when I was here and I didn't have a complicated order . In the past they have forgotten side meats , dressings , whole meals etc One time my mom came home with someone's else's order entirely and her name was on the receipt with her orginal order . I suppose shame on us for not checking the bags before heading home . The food is made well , when you do get what you order . I suggest maybe a training session in double checking orders and what all properly is suppose to be placed in the to go bags . I wouldn't write a review if this wasn't a consistent occurrence. Walked in and all the open tables, at least 10 were not cleaned so we had to ask for someone to remove the dirty dishes and clean the table. I want to like Noodle & Co., but most of the dishes have a ton of sugar in them. Chinese Chop Salad 20g of sugar (so much for that healthy lunch choice!). Med Salad 7g of sugar (is it in the dressing?). Penne Rosa 13g of sugar. Pad Thai 32g of sugar; that's nearly equal to 8 teaspoons of sugar and sweeter than the Chocolate Chunk Cookie (surprise!) . Even the spaghetti has 18g of sugar, why? Cucumber Tomato salad, finally a healthy choice right? Nope, 18g of sweet, insulin-spiking sugar. read more

The food taste pretty good considering it's basically a fast food joint. My main issue is that they can's seem to get an order right. 4 times now, they've messed up my order. I ordered the pesto dish with no pork and extra cheese(IMO, pork doesn't go with this dish at all, grilled chicken would be a much better choice). What did I get? lots of pork and no cheese. Unfortunately, I only saw it when I got all the way home. Another time they completely for got to make our food, and we had to ask about our order, only then did they start making it. So I get charged more for a little extra cheese/chicken/whatever and I don't even get any at all, really? A one time mistake would be ok, it happens, but this is ridiculous. Went to Noodles & Company in Delafield today at about 3:30 p.m. in the afternoon - way past the lunch rush. We ordered our food, and the guy at the counter was not personable or friendly by any stretch. In fact, he was slovenly and downright rude. I had purchased coke in the bottle, which requires a bottle opener. When I asked for a bottle opener, he seemed annoyed and tossed it on the counter. When we sat down in the dining room to wait for our food, we quickly realized that the restaurant was filthy, with 6 tables covered with dirty dishes, flies flying around, and dirty floor. We had a clear view of the kitchen area where we were sitting, and there was an overflowing garbage, with garbage all over the floor, counters had not been cleaned and covered with dirty containers and dishes, and the floor itself was in dire need of a mop. I could go on, but you get the picture. Channel 6 "Dirty Dining" would have a field day with this place, and the Health Dept. would have locked the doors. When I asked for a form to fill out for feedback, the manager said she didn't know where one was. She went on to say that they were understaffed, which I can understand that this happens sometimes. But the employee working the counter was standing around, chatting with friends, and doing everything but earning his wages. The food was actually decent, but the conditions that it was prepared in made me wish I had never stepped foot in there. Management desperately needs to attend a food safety class and share that with the staff. I suspect if they had an inspection by corporate today, everyone would have been fired. read more
