Met friends that had never visited the Reno Public Market knowing they would be impressed. They opted for NV Burgers while a ramen bowl looked great to us. The Three Little Pigs looked good to me so I dove in. Pulled pork, candied bacon, bok choy, pickled daikon (long white radish), mushrooms, very fresh noodles, corn, eggs and scallions. Each ingredient of the dish adds to the overall flavor but has flavor on their own as well. Sure candied bacon is tasty but so were the mushrooms and the daikon. The noodles were delicious as was the broth. Order and give your number and expect a text when your order is ready. Of course between not paying attention and the crowd noise I didn't hear the text. They brought our order to us and thanked us for visiting. Visit the Reno Public Market and take your friends or coworkers or even your crazy uncle cause everyone can get what they want and you don't have to pay for it all! Noodle Station is worth the trip.

A most delicious bowl of udon and accoutrements

I have lived in NV for 2 years now and never heard of the Reno Public Market. My daughter and son in law found this place while on vacation. There is a central bar, good music playing. They tried the Noodle Station and loved it. Said the Ramen was phenomenal. We decided to try them out of all the other food places inside the marketplace. They were out of 1 of the meats on the bowl we ordered. No problem, they gave extra pulled pork (OMG tender yummm) and the brisket, it had a little more chew to it, but still very delicious. We opted for the pork broth with udon noodles. It included the 1/2 egg, corn, bok choy, daikon radish, bamboo shoot and I am sure I am missing something. 10/10 The service was fairly quick, but the bowl 2 of us shared and still had allot left as it was huge. The emplyee was very nice. Great price as well. Go try them out!!

Good noodle shop with generous portions. I ordered an OG ramen and spicy brisket bao bun. Both were ready quickly and the order total was a little over $30. I got the OG Ramen and it came with a lot of noodles, vegetables, and pork. I wish the broth had a little more to it, felt like it was missing something, but the noodles were cooked perfectly, everything came piping hot, and the pork had good flavor. The bao could use a little more flavor, and wasn't really spicy at all but the meat and ingredients were fresh and good. Overall, it was a good lunch, but I am unsure if I would spe d the money to come back under current price points.

The service was fast, and the portion was large and warm- perfect for a rainy day. As a vegetarian, I'm used to getting something different anytime I get a vegan broth/ramen, but I would say this is the sweetest one I've ever had. I don't usually like to add soy sauce, but I felt it was necessary with how sweet the broth was. My non-vegetarian partner tried the vegan broth in comparison to their tonkatsu bowl and said it was noticeably different, much sweeter. I think maybe it was ginger, or maybe there was lemongrass? I couldn't really identify it... Other than that though, I really enjoyed my meal and would eat here again.

There are so many choices at RPM, but this is what I chose. Brisket Bao with pineapple kimchee was FIRE! I also tried the candied bacon. The staff was friendly and full of smiles, and the food was fresh! We really enjoyed the public market and hope to go back.

I was excited to see they had a vegan ramen and bao option. The waitress was awesome. When I inquired if the noodles were vegan she brought the bag right over to me and told advised me that her boss says to always bring customers the packaging to avoid confusion. As a vegan I approve that moto. The food was the real let down. To begin, the soul was extremely bland. Miso broth is usually very flavorful, this was not. There was nothing to add to it like soy sauce or sriracha. The vegan noodles were actually terrible; Chewy and tough all at once. I ordered the vegan bao, mushroom only, sweet not spicy. They delivered me tofu bao spicy. She took it back and had it remade for me. What came out was ice cold buns, ice cold mushrooms, the middle of the bun was soggy from cold mushroom juice. If it was supposed to have a sweet sauce, I didn't taste it. I really wanted to like this place, and I was severely let down. I would not return.

I wasn't feeling well and was really craving soup to help relieve my cough. Enter Noodle Station. The menu options looked good but I ultimately decided on the tonkotsu ramen. It wasn't too badly priced at $14 and I didn't have to wait too long for it to be ready. It was just OK. It did the job of making me feel better, but the broth was very thick and salty. The meat, noodles and egg were fine but the broth... just couldn't finish it.

Soggy boa bun... but otherwise good flavor and nice workers. Would try their noodles in the future. Also was hoping to try chicken but they were out on a Saturday. next time!!!

Had lunch with friends I ordered to share the Tunkatsu Ramen with pork belly, bok choy, and semi boiled egg. The spice level was perfect for my sore throat. Scare acting is tough job and a soup like this after a long night of screaming is the best remedy. Noisy in the seating area but I got to catch the football game and watch beetle juice at the same time.

    Three little pigs ramen
    Shelby R.

This establishment is located as a stall in the Reno public market. They have a few Ramen options and some bao buns. I got the three little pigs Ramen. I found it to be very mid. I did not find the pulled pork to be a very good combo with ramen. The service was kind and polite on a Sunday evening. I wish they offered a spicy option, or even a condiment bar to add toppings to the ramen. Within the public market there's plenty of seating and a central bar to watch the game.

We ate lunch at the Reno Public Market, which is this fun place with multiple food stalls. We had these delicious Bao Buns from the Noodle Station that had pineapple kimchi they were small but delicious.

Felt good about eating this noodle soup, very clean, the short rib cooked perfectly, the flavors all meshed together well. The broth very flavorful. Thoroughly enjoyed my lunch. The cook and server very polite, service was quick, and delivered to our table. The atmosphere was roomy, good music, nice and relaxing.

The service was quick and professional. Neither rude or polite. The food came quickly and was delicious. The broth again was my favorite. It was well developed with deep flavors. The egg was perfectly cooked and just the amount of runny. The meat was seasoned just right and was cooked perfectly to be sitting in the broth. The bok choy was a bit large, but the flavorful broth made up for the large chunks of bok choy. I am excited for my next bowl of ramen .
