I think last night was my last, ordered lemongrass, tofu, veggie noodle bowl and there were huge chunks of cabbage like the size of your palm, not even cut up, same with onions super large pieces. I ordered the combo eggrolls and three of the five were room temperature. I should've sent them back, but I didn't. Also, the set up of tables should go back to pre-pandemic set up. Seaside Noodle Bar location is much better. This one is a joke. The amount of oil the food is cooked with and added to your plate is SICK (physically made my family and I sick). No flavor at all just super greasy. Their boba are honestly horrible. They just use powder and you can most definitely taste it. They take about 25-30 mins to make your drinks. I've ordered to-go many times from this restaurant. Always rice or noodle plates and they do these dishes well. But, since my daughter was in town this past weekend, I decided to dine in to try their pho and an appetizer. We got there around lunch time. A bit busy. Waited 10 minutes before a table opened up. Dishes came out fast and looked really tasty. Customers were in and out. Seats under 30. Customer service 4.25/5 2 option sizes for their pho. Regular $11 or Large $13. I ordered regular for my daughter and I. She got the meat ball pho. Generous portion of meatballs compare to other Pho restaurants. She enjoyed it. I always order Pho combination. Came with meat balls, thinly sliced chicken and beef. Shrimp $2 extra? Why not. Noodles were cooked perfect. Broth tasted more like chicken broth than beef broth. I didn't mind, still good, just not traditional. 3/5 For some reason, I thought this place wouldn't have Chili Oil but they did. Appreciate that. Siracha and Hoisin sauce was also on the side of the table. Good looking out. 5 spice deep fried chicken wings were ok. Good crunch, a hint of spice (low heat) but I couldn't find the seasoning. 2.5/5 Try their Boba Drinks! 5/5 Pho Pro Tip - Never order Pho to-go. Majority times, noodle to broth ratio is off. I have been coming here since they opened years ago and told my friend how good they were and it was her first time . It was her first time there and we won't be going back! The food has changed and not in a good way. The young man, who meets you at the door, or maître d', so to speak was the best part of our visit, but he could use some help. The wait staff was terrible, except for the very tall young man who served us our food, he was gracious . Other than that dad.the rest of the young people were straight up rude rude, or not paying attention. We had to ask for silverware, napkins, more water, to go containers twice and bags. I had to get up from my seat and go ask for all of these. Too much busyness and not enough manners. We won't be going back! I can't even give it one star! How very disappointing! read more

This has been the cheapest satisfying meal we've had in the area. We ordered beef chow fun and the pork chop plate. They gave us lo mein instead, but it was fine. Nothing will blow your socks off, but it is reasonably priced home-style cooking dishes. Not a large menu: appetizers, noodles, rice dishes. The noodles were oddly slightly sweet sauce, not my preference but we ate it all. The pork chop plate came with two chops and a generous portion of fried rice and a side of broccoli! Wow what happened? I ordered a small bbq pork to go and they said 15 minutes. I had a bad headache so no problem I can wait. They called my name and I grabbed the bag and noticed it was a bit heavy but I didn't check. I got home and opened the bag it's a large bbq chicken. I only order the pork because they always burn the chicken.... I live 15 minutes away and was not driving back so I gave it a try and after a few bites it didn't change. Burned again and now I'm lucky enough to have plastic mixed in with the food. Amazing.... never order the chicken and if you get it to go check your bag! read more

I've been a regular customer at Noodle Bar in Marina and usually enjoy their soup. However, my recent experience left me quite disappointed. I decided to add extra meat to my soup, expecting a small additional charge of $4. Instead, I was charged $4 for each type of meat in the bowl, totaling $34 for a regular-sized bowl. $16 for extra meat, my pho did not have a heavy amount for me to assume it was $16 extra When I expressed my concern, the server at the front was dismissive and walked away. I didn't appreciate the rude attitude. Paying wasn't the issue if that's what I wanted but the server's attitude was disappointing. My server was really nice but would have loved some clarification from her. I recommend that future customers clarify the cost of any extras beforehand to avoid surprises. Despite this experience, I hope Noodle Bar can improve its customer service and communication regarding pricing read more

Their dining room decor is plain and simple, with a fast-food restaurant feel. PARKING: They have a large parking lot with plenty of parking. IMPRESSION AND RECOMMENDATIONS: I've had their udon and wontons, which were not impressive. The texture of the udon is rather soft and lacks the expected chewiness and thickness of fresh/frozen udon. They do allow you to customize and combine your smoothie flavors and type of base (e.g. milk, soy milk), but the sweetness will vary based on the flavors you choose to combine. My girlfriend went to pick up the order when the staff member Ash taunted her saying the order was for me (an old friend who wishes no more acquaintance) and not her. What warranted her to do that? This place will always be a go to for me because it's delicious and most importantly consistent! I always order the same four dishes and they are always just as yummy First dish is an appetizer, the tofu spring rolls. They are so fresh and delightful. You get four spring roles when you order this dish. The have a nice crunch but you can tell they are made hourly because they are never dry or stale. They come with a peanut sauce that complements them so well! Next dish is the stir fried shrimp. It comes with mushroom shrimp and snow peas. It has a very nice oyster sauce and I always ask for extra to put over my rice. I know a lot of people don't appreciate the amount of shrimp in this dish but I kind of like it. They cut the shrimp in half and so it looks like you're getting a good portion of shrimp but really it's about five shrimps. I don't mind that because it makes the shrimp easier to eat. Next dish is the vegetarian tofu pho. The broth is great and rich even though it's not made with an animal broth. The veggies inside are always fresh and abundant! Lastly, I always order the lemon grass tofu dry noodle bowl. Also love the amount of veggies in this (can you tell I like veggies?). The lemon grass flavor is by far my favorite. It also comes with a bbq flavor but that isn't as unique to me. On the side, you get a fish sauce to pour over and it really makes a difference. I always forget to ask for no peanuts but I'm starting not to mind them as much because this dish is delicious either way. read more

After not going to the Noodle Bar we have it another try since our preferred noodle shop (QQ) was closed on Monday. The menu prices went up significantly and the quality and portions went down. The Chicken Pho had no flavor, the fried rice had no flavor and the BBQ Pork was cut in such large pieces it was difficult to eat. The dinning area was dirty with visible dust clusters along the baseboard, the bathroom door did not lock properly, and there were no paper towels. With so many Noodle/Pho places within a stones throw this is one we will avoid from now on. read more

Hope everyone knows that if you order for pick up you cannot dine in even if there is open tables available. Today I ordered for pick up, we got there early because the kids changed their mind and wanted to dine in. When I approached the counter to pay I let the cashier know we'd be dining in so i'd like to add drinks to my order. When my order was ready I began giving the kids their meal when an employee approached me letting me know we couldn't dine in since I had ordered for pick up. I had made sure to include a good tip since we'd be staying. I didn't bother to change the order for dine in since I knew the kids wouldn't finish it and i'd have to ask for to go boxes anyway. Regardless this option wasn't given to me. The employee offered to talk to someone from management to make an exception but by then it was too late. Came here for dinner for my daughters birthday. It's been a while since we came to dine in as we usually just order take out. Since my husband comes in I haven't seen the inside. ALOT has changed since Covid a lot fewer tables and more people coming In for take out. Our waiter was really nice and accommodating. As I am in the area, decided yesterday to have Vietnamese food for dinner and tried the fare at this eatery. Food: + Combo (Pork, Shrimp, & Veggie) Egg Rolls: These egg rolls were nicely crisp and quite flavorful. + BBQ Pork & Egg Roll Dry Noodle Bowl (Bún): I chose the regular size and was happy I did as it was the perfect amount - a generous portion. Appreciated the charring on the pork. Service: Our waiter was attentive and adequately checked in to see how we were doing. Ambience: Friendly atmosphere - many groups of people were dining in-person ranging from families with children to young adults. There also seemed to be a constant influx of people streaming in and out to pick up their take-out orders - good sign!
