    Pork Shawarma

Great service, great food. My go to is pork shawarma - big portion, ingredients are well balanced. The price of $17 is right. Highly recommended.

Incredibly juicy and flavorful shawarmas! The chicken shawarma was exceptional, with a perfectly crunchy crust and tender juicy chicken that wasn't dry at all. Sweet cabbage, ripe tomatoes, and flavorful sauce complemented each bite perfectly. Everything was well-balanced, neatly compacted, and easy to eat without falling apart. Truly a delicious and satisfying meal.

Honestly, one of the best shawarmas I've had in LA! The meat was super juicy, the veggies were fresh, and the sauce had the perfect kick. Everything tasted clean and flavorful -- you can tell they really care about quality. Definitely coming back!

Gotta give it up to Noname Shawarma, they have stepped up there shawarma wrap game. I tried them about 2 years ago which was alright, lacked on flavor and sauce. Now I guess it's a new ownership and better quality. The main dish here is chicken and pork wraps. I tried the pork with fries and jalapeños inside - highly recommends. Pickled jalapeños so not spicy just some extra flavor, the wrap is saucey but good enough amount. Pork is sliced very thinly, which gives the flavor and crispiness. Will be back to try more from the menu. They do have crispy wings, hamburger

I can literally eat this everyday !!!!! Best shawarma) Best service, best quality. Highly recommend!!!!!!

Very good shawarma. Service was fast and friendly. We enjoyed it in our car. I have a mixed one and my wife got a chicken one. Pretty close to what we use to have in Europe. I would only recommend adding Harrisa sauce. Would give a little spicy taste I definitely recommend.

I am so happy that I found this Shawarma truck near my Neighborhood. Their menu is small and sweet! Food: 5 STARS Two options for shawarma and I've tried both! Pork: crispy and fully loaded with pickles, sauce Chicken: the chicken is also crispy with pickles and sauce The shawarma itself is is very simple compared to other shawarma spots around Glendale. Very few ingredients but some how they are Very filling and full of flavor. SERVICE: 4 STARS the service has always been great. They usually will have it ready within 10 minutes. LOCATION: 4 STARS The truck is parked outside the Jon's market. It is hard to find street parking but you can park in the grocery lot while you order and get your food.

I was finishing up some work and noticed this food truck across the street. I made a u-turn to find them not quite open yet, but the employees noted they could take my order. I ordered the chicken shawarma on its own. I got home 30 minutes later to find it still warm and smelled very savory. Food: I have to honestly say I was expecting a different flavor, but this was just as good in its own way. It was more of a creamy savory wrap. The first several bites was absolutely phenomenal, but the 4th - 5th bite it started to feel too heavy. I think a little more acidity will help. I started mixing in the pickled japelenos. I suggest a refreshing beverage to pair with this. Service: The guys were pretty nice. I waited approximately 10 minutes for my wrap. Price: $15 for it. A bit pricey in my point of view but I think that's the ongoing rate nowadays. Food: 4 Service: 5 Price: 3

This place has the tastiest Shawarma wrap in Glendale. It's sold in a food truck outside the parking lot of a supermarket. The wraps are around $15 which is on the pricier side, but the size of the wrap and the quality definitely makes up for it! The best of the wrap is the sauce. The sauce that they use is very different, almost taste like a chipotle aioli sauce (not sure if it's actually that lol). It was also super big so it was very filling. It also came inside a box so you don't need to worry about making a huge mess! Their menu selection is very small. They have either chicken or pork shawarma and a side of fries. They definitely did not disappoint for naming themselves the best shawarma in town!

Only note for next time: I'll ask for it a little more well-done (just personal preference... I like my chicken with a little extra bite ). The eggplant caviar was solid and a generous portion, but the real standout? The Caesar wrap. It completely lived up to the hype -- bold, flavorful, and honestly addictive. I almost ordered a second one to take home. Also worth mentioning: the son of the owner who took my order was super friendly and had great customer service, even with a long line. He kept things moving while still being engaging, which I appreciated. I was excited to hear they're opening a Studio City location -- I'll definitely be back. This place is a must. By chance, I happened to see this restaurant was just a few minutes from our hotel. With the promising ratings, and seeing that it's a humble independent restaurant, I selected Adana with enthusiasm. The restaurant's space is fairly small with just a few tables, and at 4:00PM, a couple of customers were finishing up their meals when we entered. We asked our waitress about the size of the entrées and she mentioned they are pretty large since they include salad, hummus and pita. That said, we decided to order three entrees for the four of us to share, specifically two of the Combination and one Soltani Combo. Our waitress had a wonderful idea of serving everything family style. All the meat and rice literally came on a platter, with bowls of salad, hummus and seasoned onions on the side. Alongside all of this, she brought out a basket with two types of pita - one soft, and the other toasted. It was a TON of food! + COMBINATION DINNER ($25.99): Including chicken, beef and looleh (ground lamb kabob), this plate provides you with a perfect variety. The chicken was absolutely flawless! I normally don't describe chicken as being succulent, but this one was so juicy, and marinated with a perfect grill. It may be one of my top chicken dishes... ever! I also loved the looleh, which was flavored with onion, parsley and some warm spices. I can be hesitant to order lamb due to the gaminess, but I didn't find it too wild at all. Somehow, I missed trying a bite of the beef, but my dining companions apparently enjoyed it since they gobbled it all up before I could snatch some. + SOLTANI COMBO DINNER ($37.99): In terms of meats, this plate had cuts of filet mignon and a koobideh (ground beef) kabab. The filet mignon was pretty tender and tasted quite natural, which is how it should be enjoyed. The koobideh was also delicious, hefty with a rich beefy flavor. These dishes came with a fluffy side of rice, which tasted a little buttery. I couldn't stop eating the refreshing Persian Salad of chopped cucumber and tomato, in addition to the side of sliced marinated onions. Both of these brought a nice crunch and their acidity paired perfectly in between bites of meat. Their hummus was impeccable as well... so nutty and light, almost having a whipped consistency. The hummus of my dreams, seriously! If that wasn't enough food, I couldn't resist trying their EGGPLANT DISH ($10.99) appetizer. Also known as Kashk-e-Bademjan, fried eggplant came topped with condensed yogurt, fried onions and mint. The eggplant was sliced thin and tasted like it had a slight char. The yogurt sauce was nice and creamy with the onions adding so much flavor and the mint gave it a cool finish. Needless to say, I loved this! Our waitress was the sweetest, being so genuine and providing us with the best hospitality. She shared that the restaurant's owner uses ingredients of the utmost quality, including real saffron from abroad. I had no doubts, as I could taste the care and love that the chef poured into the dishes. Adana truly sets the bar high!

You can tell the staff is no nonsense and absolutely will not say that what they have is better than anywhere else, they don't compare one item on the menu to another, and when I said their kebab was my favorite he said they just do their best and there's no competition in the industry just different people doing their own thing and I love that. It really comes through in the food and the service, you get the sense that they are down to earth and no gimmicks, they believe in every single thing on the menu and it is undoubtedly fantastic. I am excited to come back and try other menu items although I will never not get the lamb because it is now my number 1 lamb in LA. The interior is simple and there's no frills. I love that but some people like more pageantry. Our server was very friendly and gave us just the right amount of telling us about the food vs letting us do our thing. Love it!
