I was trying to find a new place where I could get a pedicure and dip powder on my nails. When I walked in, they were busy and I was asked to sign into a kiosk. It was easy to use and sign in. As soon as I was done, I was told to sit in a pedicure chair. A gentleman was assigned to give me a pedicure and he did a good job, but I wish he would have massaged my legs and feet a bit harder. When it was as time to get my nails done, I had a lady who was kind and funny. I really liked the way she did my nails and would check in to make sure I was liking her service. wife went here for a pedicure with my niece, Jennifer kept pushing for gel for my niece and was repeatedly told that's not what her mother wanted to get, jennifer then proceeded to get more annoyed each time she was told no. Hi! So I went today and I paid a ridiculous amount for just a pedicure. I upgraded to the deluxe pedicure and I did not get any of the special things included in the package unfortunately and I thought maybe they wouldn't charge me , but sure enough they did as well as a 15 dollar upcharge for gel which I was not told in the beginning and I did not ask for gel. I am super upset as I spent all this money and it had to last for next weekend for my prom and it's been 2 hours and my gel nail polish is already chipped and I have literally been sitting down eating dinner. Was in with husband to get pedicures. We asked for deluxe and got barely basic. I had to ask the guy to file my nails. When he took off the paint he only made one swipe. So I still had polish residue on nails. I guess he was uninterested because I don't do gel. When we were leaving I mentioned it to my husband. He said they didn't file his as well. Total bummer. The last couple of times I've been here my nails just haven't been good. I showed the lady the exact picture i wanted with the shape and all. It was a light pink chrome with round tips. The shape of the nail was totally wrong and the color she painted was not light pink. I told her I didn't think that was the right color but she insisted it was. I decided to try out a new salon after going to the same one over two years. I'll have to say they didn't disappoint, I was a bit nervous after seeing so many mixed reviews, but I'm glad I tried it out. I don't recall my nail techs name but he was the one who was sitting at the first table to the left, my only complaint is I'm huge on customer service and he wasn't much of a talker. It seemed he was in charge of making sure everyone was signing in & answering all calls so that took time away from focusing on my service. I asked for a cut down, French & reshape, he did exactly what I wanted & instead of spraying my nails for the French he painted it on, which I'm thankful for because it seems to last longer! Right before he finished he checked every nail to ensure they were even & he came across my thumb that didn't even out with my other one, instead of pretending not to notice it, he took the polish completely off & redid it correctly which I really appreciate. I will definitely be back again. (-This photo is my nails currently after my service a WEEK ago, they still look awesome & no lifting!!! -my favorite thing was not having to wait over an hour to get my fill in, he didn't rush but was able to get my nails done quickly & he did an amazing job. read more

I went and got my nails done there less than a week ago, and I will never be going back. It was just a fill in and I had never gone to this nail salon before and wanted to give it a try. Immediately I could tell my nails looked rushed and not the best. But just after one day the gel polish started chipping and rubbing off. Hesitant to try this place due to the reviews but really needed my nails done. Decided to get a pedicure with gel and nails done with dip powder. Sky did my pedicure and did a fantastic job. Not too good with the hot stones, but really enjoyed having her as a nail tech and toes came out perfect. I had Tommy for my fingernails. He did an absolute great job and was funny to conversation with. I'll definitely be making future appointments with those two. read more

I had my first time service three days ago (Nov. 23, 2021). The experience is horrible -- POOR SANITATION and SLOPPY SERVICE!! An old lady was assigned to do the job. She only used a big nail clipper to cut my toenails and DIDN'T use a NAIL FILE to shape them. I also found she cleaned a tweezer using the soaking water for my feet. For my gel manicure, the cloth on the table looked dirty. She even removed the nail color with her own fingernail. YUCK!! Isn't she supposed to use cotton balls?! I even found nail color stains on my fingertip. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL!! CAN THE OWNER TELL US IF SHE HAS A NAIL TECHNICIAN LICENSE?? The next day I saw their survey and then they said to call them ASAP to get it fixed. However, I chose not to deal with them anymore!! Possibly the.worst.pedicure. Ever. Goopy polish uneven nails, painful at times and took forever...avoid at all costs.

I got a full set from Tom, he did an absolutely AMAZING job, the place was all really clean too. I went with my mom on a Friday and they had both of us in and out in about an hour. I also like that they give out cards that they stamp every time you go. Would definitely go back again. read more

Had a mani and a pedi and eyebrows! The pedi was "okay" nothing spectacular. Eyebrows were also okay. The mani was bad as you can see. Bubbles and smudges and cuticles torn up pretty good. The young lady was lovely but obviously inexperienced as was most of the operators. In fact I was informed many of the operators were apprenticing towards their license(I didn't know you could work on clients without a license) . Walked out 78.00 poorer (including tip) and had to remove the polish and put Neosporin on my sore cuticles. The place was packed so I thought that was a good sign. It wasn't. The inexperienced operators were so slow they were backed up. My operator kept running around helping other more inexperienced operators do their job. Not sure how long I was there but it was too long! I was informed that the same owners had the nail salon in Port Wentworth next to Publix where I also had a bad experience. Makes sense. read more

Started on a bad note. Nail tech who greeted us began fighting with the others over who would do our nails. Then said "I don't know how long it's going to be ... as if we had inconvenienced them. Waited 40 minutes. They greeted everyone else after us the same way (many people just walked out) the girl who did my nails did not know what an almond shape was. I showed her several pictures, but still ended up with way too long nails that are round and uneven. This was after two other nail techs tried to "help her " file them. No one in there knew how to do an almond shape. She was very sweet though. Eyebrow experience was 10 times worse. That girl also needed help. They use computer printer paper as wax strips and had to tweeze because the hair wouldn't come off on the paper . I attached a photo that I showed her compared to a few uneven nails that I now have. I usually drive to pooler for the nail lounge, I just didn't want to go to pooler last night.... my mistake. Also forgot to add that I got sns dip. She used gel polish on my nails to dip. I didn't really understand how that works or why that would be done , since sns is supposed to be the healthier alternative for your nails.. but they use the gel polish anyway? read more

Took my mother here for pedis the day before mother's day and my girl was great but they had a high school student working on my mom. I was done before they got the gel polish off her toes. The girl had no idea what she was doing and it took forever. They had no business having her working on my mother. We paid $38 for a pedi which is expensive as is so I expect a $38 experience and not a beauty school apprentice experience. I didn't go to a training facility for one but thats what we got. We'll definitely be going elsewhere next time. read more

I appreciated him taking his time on his work.. but he lollygagged even though I informed them (while booking the appointment) that I was on a tight schedule. red flag #1) the appointment wasn't even set in their scheduled. red flag #2) the man doing my nails (I guess the owner?) walked back and forth from his desk to other desks for a good 5 mins before starting. MIND YOU I'M ON A TIGHT SCHEDULE!!! I got a plain matte red full set (they are kinda lengthy but not too long) and it took him an hour and a half. at this point I'm heated because I'm late to my next appointment. (yes I asked if I would be started as soon as I get there and I also asked how long it would take and I was assured by both of them) I got these done Friday Jan 28, it is Sunday Feb 5 and I'm missing 3 fingers and had to get one nail fixed 3 days after getting them done. bad business, will not choose this as a last min booking salon again!! money wasted!! read more

I really wanted to like this place. I've been multiple times and have had problems each time but I kept wanting to give them a chance but this was my last straw. I got my nails done on a Monday for my wedding the next day. The nail tech was very nice but just seemed very inexperienced. I had to coach her on the shaping and how thick the acrylic was. When it was finally over after being there for almost 4 hours I was satisfied enough. But 2 days later, I had a nail start lifting. I went back in to have them fix it on Thursday and Tom decided to just put some nail glue under it and said it would last 10 days. IT DIDNT EVEN LAST 2!! So I went back to have it redone which should've been done in the first place. Instead of having someone fix it or even him He told me I had to wait on her to fix it when she was just starting on someone. Also, it was clearly something she had done wrong so why would I want her to be the one to fix it. After sitting there for 30 minutes I just left. If he would've fixed it on Thursday when the shop was basically empty then I wouldn't have had to go back on a busy day and wait for someone else. I won't be going back. read more

I have been an on-again-off-again customer for a little over 2 years. Overall, the experiences here have been quite disappointing. They seem to have no interest in making you happy, giving you what you want, or even communicating with you at all. I have had a couple good experiences here, but overall, not so much. The last time I was there was 8/25/22, and I had a dipping powder manicure. The man who did my nails (not the owner) barely said 3 words to me, didn't ask me what I wanted, and did a lousy job. My nails had dips in the middle of them, 2 of them had gouges out of the sides where he missed with the stuff they paint on to make the powder stick, and he gave me square nails when I wanted rounded but he never asked so I was just stuck with it. From what I can tell their entire business philosophy is to get you in, rush through the service, have you pay your money, and get you out as quickly as possible with absolutely no regard for quality or guest experience. Not going back and I would recommend you not go either. read more

Made appointment then had to wait anyway. Then nail chipped within 24 hours. Got it fixed after waiting again even tho I had an appointment. Within an hour another chipped. Went back to get it fixed and asked for my money back and he would not give it to me. Told me if it happens again he would refund me if I came back but I live 25 min away. Also the manicure was horrible. He used water to soften my cuticles. They looked the same when he was done. Cuticles look awful and having to go back 3x in 24 hours is no acceptable. read more

I went in for dip powered over my real nails. I have been getting dip powered over my nails to let them grow- which was working. I finally had long, thick, and healthy REAL nails. I came into Noire and once my nails had grown out from the previous dip powder I had and it was horrible. Usually when you have previously has dip powder on your nails they let you nails sit in some type of liquid and peel it off- NOT like acrylics which you pop off. She begins cutting and trying to pop the powder off of my nails like you would with acrylics which is visibly destroying my nails. She did this to about 4 of my nails and I told he to stop. I ended up having to cut down ALL of my nails to the nub and I am starting all over with my nail growth journey that has taken me so long. These are professionals and they should know the proper ways to handle simple things such a dip powered. Horrible and I will not come back. read more

My daughter & I had our nails done here, three days later her nails started peeling. When we had them done we were told they'd last 10 days. My daughter called & let them know, they said to come in anytime to get them fixed. Due to work & school schedules we couldn't make it in for 4 days. When we got there to get them fixed they gave us a hard time because it was 7 days after they were done. We also had a dated picture showing how they were peeling 3 days after they were done. They really need to treat their customers better or they'll keep losing people like they lost us. read more

Never I repeat never get your lashes done here; I asked to close my eyes during the process and the lady that did them told me that she couldn't do them that way and proceeded to tape my eye lid open, my eyes were watering the whole time during the process and even more after she got glue on my bottom lashes and had to rip it off..... 3 weeks later I decided that I didn't want them anymore so I got eyelash remover and there was so much glue on my lashes it pulled out my actual eyelashes and now I have like 6 lashes on each side pls do not make the same mistake read more
