As a manufacturer who cannot do my own nails without risk of a cut (a bad situation given sweat, shoes and darkness) I like professionals to cut them. This nail location is right next to a Food Lion so it was very convenient to get my nails done and do some food shopping afterwards. When I walked in, I was greeted right away! I was in need of a pedicure and a fill in for dip nails. I was able to sit in a pedicure chair and as my feet soaked, she worked on getting off the old dip from my nails. The employee was kind and checked in to make sure I was doing okay and if I liked the color. The place was clean and everyone was kind. Many people came in and out to get services such as in need of gift cards, fill in, nails that needed to be fixed and pedicures. I liked my experience. The only thing was that the dip color started to chip a lot earlier than most dips I have gotten in the past. read more

I went here a few weeks ago for just a manicure. It is closer to where I love so I wanted to use them again today. I went for a pedicure and gel manicure. The man was beyond rough. When he went to scrub my heels he made a huge fuss about it in their language, embarrassed me and made me feel totally self conscious. My heels weren't even bad. It is unacceptable to gossip about customers in a foreign language making someone feel badly for the next hour. My manicure was substandard and my nails look terrible!! I won't be returning. I went here and the manger was my nail tech... I told her exactly what I wanted she kept trying to pressure me into getting gel which is soooooo high I kept saying NO . I asked for a certain glitter and I didn't see it at first she said she didn't have it and got EXTREMELY rude with me. At this point I'm heated then she decided to snatch my hand like no. She then told me to pick out the glitter I wanted( in a rude way) I saw it as a girl that worked here put it back!!! I grabbed it and told her this is the color she argued that the picture was a different color!!! I'm so done with these rude people and they always talk about people!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER UPDATE I went back with my really young sister to just get a regular glitter polish(you know the one little kids like) well there was 1 person in the nail part and 1 person in the part and 1 waiting... mind you there is about 7-8 employees that work there!! Sandy (the manager) look at my 7year old sister and said "we are to busy to even do your nails you'll have to come back tomorrow" my sister stated she couldn't because she'd be at her moms and she had school. Sandy said "oh well come back tomorrow we just don't have time to do nails today" That was the final straw .. we ended up going to Rincon but I can't get how you can tell a child that when you're not that busy. Great mani / pedi location. Ladies are wonderful. Chatty but not overmuch, they arent having conversations over you in another language. Busy location but not rushed. This is my second time here and will return. My only complaint it TV viewing.. it's all ladies except for one male employee, customers are all female. TV is sports only.. I even asked "Can we watch HGTV or something else?" .. went from rodeo to golf.. so I guess they have the sports only package. read more

This nail salon's customer service is horrible. I had been going there for a while. (I am new to the area) Sandy the manager was my nail tech. When I use visit the salon I use to get the feeling she didn't want to do my nails and she was speaking negative about me. I thought this due to when I would enter, she would speak in her language and all the employees would start looking at me, however I couldn't prove it, so I didn't say or do anything. She even turned me away a couple of times, stating, "I can't do your nails today'. I remember once due to her saying that, I made an appointment. She said the same thing when I arrived for my appointment. As much money as I spend each time I visited the shop, you would think she would be elated to see me. The last time I was there, I found out without a doubt she has a problem with me. Her and her husband were standing outside. When I walked up she yelled, "OH GOD", and something else in her language. Of course, her husband looks up to see who she was talking about. He looked directly at me. I asked her, was there a problem. She was extremely rude. That was the final straw. I am done! There are several nail salons that would love and appreciate me patronizing their salon. I will never ever return. I will tell everyone I can about this situation. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!! read more

Horrible experience today! This was my first and last time at this nail shop from hell.! I asked for the regular pedicure, they charged me for the highest pedicure. When I asked them why the high price for the regular pedicure the woman who serviced me rolled her eyes and started yelling at me that I asked for that. Then she called me a liar proceeded to get one of her co- workers who also started yelling and telling me I was going to jail for not paying. The two women gang up on me and start yelling at me and telling me I'm going to jail and I am a liar I get upset and start yelling as well. SO I tell them to play the cameras back to listen what I said and they tell me no. So I tell them to call the police since they keep threatening me with the police coming. This is the worst and most unprofessional nail salon I have even been too. I will never return again.! read more
