wanted a simple design and the guy gave a horrible attitude to me and my sister because they looked absolutely horrible, so we asked for something more simple and it was looking good until he did something we didn't like and he completely took it off and had someone else do it, they still did not look good. within 2 hours of me going home they started to peal. I just went back and they re-painted the single nail that peeled, I was expecting a new set or maybe at least a refund. I tipped it everyone too. read more

have gotten many pedicures here over the past couple of years and enjoys them. they use plastic liners! i've also gotten eyebrow wax's, which i also would say is great for how cheaply priced it is. i also get my acrylics done there, and i love it! very cheap, and do amazing polish. i've gotten 2 sets so far over the past month, and am going back for sure! recommend this place!! read more

What a rip off!!! I took my teenage daughter today to get her nails polished from prom. Took my own polish and asked them to do a simple polish on her nails and toes. When I checked out they charged me $50.00 just for a polish. Said they used a gel polish. That's not what I asked for!!! Ridiculous! They took advantage of a teenager who couldn't understand what they were saying. Don't ever go here! read more

This place is disgusting. Smelled like complete fish in there. Their time management is horrible, they don't tell you a wait time, they just seat you and expect you to wait. I asked for a pedicure and waiting 25 minutes in the chair for someone. Their "classic" pedicure cost $26 and they hardly do anything. State protocol says all tools must be separately packaged and each set must be a new set per customer and this lady pulled out used tools and a cheese grader on my feet. read more

My two friends and I went to the salon to get a tip and dip sns, we all experienced the same issue, as we all three got the same exact person. As he filed down our nails with the electric file, we all got at least more than 1 cut from it, at the most only 4 cuts. I asked for round nails, but none of them are even and the nail is very boxed and squiggly. My two friends had gotten squared nails and the sides of them are not filed at all. They are very pointy and hurt. The nails don't even reach the cuticle and looks like I've grown them out for a week already. We didn't get to choose our shade of white, and it is translucent. The nails are too long, and he didn't listen when I kept saying to go shorter. The measurements were also very mismatched. We had to wait longer when we were ahead of other people. Overall this experience wasn't the best. read more

Took my 13 yr old daughter to get her nails done. She liked them. They charged her $25. She didn't leave a tip. She is 13 and don't know much about tips. But she got $30 from her dad on her debit card. She gets home and realized they charged her $30 meaning they had to add their own tip in. Which is stealing!!! watch out. read more

I came in for a toe polish. I did not have a very warm welcome. When I sat down, since it was very busy she rushed and charge me $11 for a bad job. When I usually pay only $10 at other nail salons. Also I wanted designs she told me that my nails were too small for a design. When I know she was just rushing. She treated me differ then the others and wasnt very nice to talk to. This was my first and last time I will visit.And not only were they very unfriendly but racist. She told a while Hispanic thank u and not me. Just pathetic. read more

I find that the owner and employees are extremely personable & welcoming. They do a fabulous job with eyebrows. I have been going here for 4 mos. ever since I moved to the area. In those 4 months, it never fails that 1-3 nails break EVERY time between refills,meaning I have to pay extra for repair. I have had my fingers cut with the drill which was painful for a time afterwards. I like the staff, but the breakage rate is ridiculous. Time to take my business elsewhere. read more

An old customer, was satisfied when they maintained my lovely nails. Recently I have been taking my mom there to maintain her mani, and pedi's. She is older and it takes the fuss out of her trying to do it herself. She enjoys the leg massage and getting a little pampering too. They Always do a good job. Mom says, and I agree, they are The best eyebrow waxers! Fast, extremely affordable, and look great. Give 5 stars for that. :) 4 stars only due to language barrier. I have been getting my nails done for months at this establishment. I go at least two to three times a month. When I go I normally get half the nails done (French tip) with a design with gel and I have been only being charged $28.00 the entire time. but today I went to get my normal manucure done and they wanted to charge me $38.00 and all they could say was sorry but we've made a mistake the entire time! So I will never go again. They just lost a loyal customer!! read more
