Although they say walk in's welcome you go inside and you are left hanging. Then someone calls out when the girl comes back. So after a while you just sit and wait. Then someone calls you over to come in the back. Odd no please pick a color? So I take it upon myself to pick a couple of colors for my hands and feet. I go to the back and roll up my pants and place my feet in cold water. So I requested it be a little warmer. For Southern Hospitality I found little here. While getting a pedicure a girl came over to work on my hands. Truly if they asked I would rather get the manicure first so not to wreck my nails. Which is what occurred, thus the lackluster review. On the up side I was happy to get in. The bad thing was it wasn't on my terms. For $61.20 plus cash tip as requested on the signs, I would expect better service. Next time I will definitely try another nail salon in the area. Hopefully it gets better in Hardeeville.

Third Update- Long Version: When I called on Sunday, the two women who answered were incredibly kind and genuinely tried to help. I explained that returning to a nail salon three days in a row simply wasn't feasible for me, and they forwarded me to Ken for further assistance. My conversation with him took an unexpected turn. Although he stated their policy allows refunds within three business days, which hadn't yet passed, he still declined due to "company policy" and referenced my unfavorable review as a reason. He repeatedly suggested that a refund would only be considered if I removed my review. I understand wanting to protect a new business's reputation, but I don't believe customers should be asked to alter their honest experiences in exchange for help. I also explained that the nail tech I saw was wonderful, and that my return the following day was my attempt to let the business address the issue. Despite this, I left the call feeling uncomfortable and disappointed. I genuinely wanted to love this place, and I hope their approach to handling dissatisfied customers improves. Empathy and resolution shouldn't hinge on removing an honest review. Second Update: I got my nails done on Friday and had to go back Saturday due to a nail chipping (I got gel over an acrylic fill) It's now Saturday night and three more nails chipped/are lifting.
