I have been going here for over 6 years now and I will NOT be back. The service has definitely went downhill and when they ask you what you would like, you tell them, and they still do NOT do the services correct. When you ask them to fix it nicely or dislike the end job, they have very bad attitudes and want to even argue with customers. When they do fix, they slack at that as well. Very unprofessional, I won't be back. Worst $115 I ever spent, besides my eyebrows, I dislike everything. read more

Kim did an awesome job! I got a $25 Classic Mani. My feet received some really good treatment...cuticle build-up removed and heel calluses smoothed well! On top of that the lotion masage, from the knees to the feet felt so good. Then my legs were wrapped in 2 hot towels...ahh!! I saw Lisol disinfectant for the foot spas, as well as them spraying it down after use! I definitely need to get my toes done here whenever I visit my daughter at GSU! I don't usually come here and I came with my friend. They told us 15 minutes. It took 20 minutes for someone to see her and NO ONE came to see me until after I had been soaking my feet for AN HOUR. I know sometimes at nail salons you'll wait for a little bit when you don't have an appointment but AN HOUR?! It was completely ridiculous. If you are looking for a clean professional salon this is not the place for you. The technician who attempted to do my nails was rude, incompetent, and reckless with my natural nails. I went in for SNS with current SNS. I expected the normal procedure of socking and removal the the present SNS before filing shaping and applying the new product to my nail. I got a rude awaking when I sat down and she began to argue with me that this was not SNS, this is acrylic. I should have walked away right there, but I continued to explain that it was clear SNS. Then she began to proclaim that I had tips on my nails, I once again explained that I had natural nails with no tips. Second red flag and I should have walked away, but I don't enjoy being rude so I stayed. It was at this point that the technician called others around and prided a tip nail under my SNS and then ripped it off, taking my nail with it. Third chance I should have walked away, but at this point I thought it couldn't get any worse just stick it out. Well it did get worse. By the end I had horrible looking nails, uneven, crazy thick, ugly shape, nails with most of my cuticle skin gone! Yes she was so careless with her filing to took my cuticle off, and even up to the end she was still arguing with me that I had tips on my nails. The owner was nice and did reduce the price, but I walked away very unhappy. I wasn't going to write about it but sitting here the next day, my fingers hurt, are red and swollen from where she removed my skin. I want to hopefully save someone else from going through this unpleasant experience. read more

They do a horrible job! I've went to this place twice and the first time was horrible as well but I figured I would give them another shot. Well today I went and realized how horrible and shady they are. I got a manicure with gel polish and first off Andy had some 16 year old doing my nails. My nails look deformed like I have knots on them, half the nail does not have polish and the others have bubbles in them. I was in such a hurry that I just paid and left. I ask for matte nails and I'm not exactly sure what so got, half matte and half clear coat? I will be going back in tomorrow to let them see what a horrible job they did. The Andy guy also likes to make sure he nickels and dimes you for everything. While waiting I watched him jump up from a customer several times to check people out rather than the person who done their nails just so he could charge them whatever he wanted. He can't get a little 4 year old $20 for a pedicure in the colds chair. What a rip off and I'll never be going back besides tomorrow to show them what crap work was done. read more

I have been a regular customer of this establishment for three years! TODAY changed that for good! I will never return to this salon for service unless they change management. The customer service I received today was horrible to say the least. It was the worst $80 I have ever spent! The new owners (the older guy and lady) were extremely rude to me today! Especially the wife. She pretended she was gonna call the cops so I waited for them for 20 minutes and then asked her about it. She hadn't called them. So, I paid and then she wanted to try to save a customer by giving me a frequent customer card. I put it back on the counter and told her to keep that because I would not be returning. read more

The staff were very rude and would get up and leave me alone for minutes at a time to just go and simply chat with each other. Later while I was working, I snagged my thumb on something and thought I broke a nail when actually my real nail got ripped right off. I found out Elegant Nails is using dental acrylic - very detrimental to your nails! Had to go to a physician. Do NOT go there. read more
