It's hit or miss on how good they do but the last time I went in was the final straw for me. I had a thick layer of acrylic on my real nails and went to have it removed for dip powder. The lady took a plastic tip and pried the acrylic off my nails causing me pain and severe damage to my nails. She preceded to tell me she would put tips on not clarifying she was going to charge me for her mistake. With the dip powder done she didn't smooth out the top so all of my nails are lumpy. And she did it so close to my cuticle. I've had them for one week and they are already cracked and I don't do hard work so that's not at my fault. Highly disappointed in the quality of what I got for $45. read more

My friends and I made our first and LAST visit to B Nails. This has to be the worst " nail salon " in Effingham. Our nails were not shaped. They cut my cuticles in several places. Our nails weren't done as we wanted them. B Nails should be called Butchered Nails read more

Pedicures are my thing! I've tried almost every nail salon in Effingham County and this one is my favorite for pedicures. The young man did a fantastic job on my feet, painted my toes the perfect shade of deep purple and almost put me to sleep during the leg massage! If I could give less than a 1 I would!!!! My nails are horrible!!! I am so disgusted... I spent over $100 and it was not even close to worth it... They should be ashamed of themselves! I walked through the door for the very first time and they were available to do a fill... There was no one else in the salon, other than myself, and one woman that was waiting for her nails to dry, I asked if they had time to do a pedicure and she said yes. as soon as she said, yes, two people came in. They took the service over to the pedicure... My nails were not done. Both worked on me as quick as they possibly could. It was uncomfortable because she kept pulling my arms across my chest so she could work on my right hand on the left-hand side. I did not have the ability to relax or enjoy my pedicure, and I was given a sheet with the different pedicures and I chose a deluxe... That is a joke... Not sure that they know what the word deluxe means. I got my nails cut filed and cuticles and they did a quick exfoliation massage and that's what they considered deluxe... Beware do not go in. I've been going here for three years now and the quality of the nails have been decreasing. The nail tech I usually prefer has cut my fingers up to the point where I'm definitely not going back. They charged me 10$ for a coffin shape, which is ridiculous. Also, the picture I've shown them looks nothing like the outcome of my manicure. My nails are infected and are still open cuts after a few days of getting them done, I would not suggest going here. read more

Wow! Horrible place. Came here because they did the dip for nails and it was the worst experience ever! Literally almost just ran out. My Nana was cut on almost every cuticle on every finger, my mom was cut in multiple places not only on her fingers but her toes, and I left the place bleeding from 6 different spots on my finger. I kept pulling away because he was filing so rough and the one time he cut me he put some powder stuff on to try to stop the bleeding. To top it off, my nails were naturally long and pretty and now they look like uneven blobs. Some are somehow circular looking around the whole entire nail and others are square. By far the worst experience I have ever encountered. Rushed and rude as well. The younger guy that did my toes was very meticulous and gentle, took his time. Only complaint was he used the scrub on my dry legs which was painful. Do not go here! read more

My 4yo daughter and I visited here twice!!! Service with a smile!! After a bad experience down the street. We'll stick here!! Update: after this visit I will not return. The owner stressed he wanted me to pay w/cash after he saw my $ in my purse. After numerous of times telling him I want to use my card. So now the card machine is declining my card. After my bank text my phone confirming an approved transaction. Long story short my card was finally approved after my point was made. Thanks but no thanks. I will not return. I went to B Nails based on a recommendation from a friend. She had a good experience, while mine was extremely negative. The nail technician used the drill to trim my cuticles. This resulted in 3 of 10 fingers blending. Unlike other nail salons my nails were not soaked in any water nor did they open a fresh pack of manicure tools to do my nails. They didn't use one at all. They did 70% of my nails without causing bleeding. That's a solid D- and I will not return to this salon. read more

This is a horrible place. I went in for a polish change and they charged me $25. I get a polish change gel and it's only $15. This is the worse place every and my nails are also horrible looking. Be very careful when you go to this place. Go elsewhere please!!!! read more

My wife tried to use a gift certificate and was told that it was expired. The gift certificate had no expiration date listed on it and should have been honored. Needless to say, she will not be going back, nor will the person that purchased her gift certificates. read more

Worst experience ever! I came in with a picture of how I wanted my wedding nails from Pinterest , I was told no problem they can do it. An hour later I had solid pink stub nails and when I was asked if I was happy I was said no this is nothing like how I wanted and showed them in the picture. They charged me $40 and stead of $50 and told me I was done. After walking out for a minute to collect my bearings I went back in and said I was upset and this is nothing like how I wanted. I was scolded like a small child for a long time, someone else said sit down I will fix them. My nails we're grinded til they bled, super painful, huffing and puffing staff, yelling in a foreign language the whole time. I'm missing nail beds and my nail beds are bleeding and swollen. I was still charged! And they are still wrong after over 2 hours there of bad customer service and excruciating pain.
