Hello, I must first state that I am uncomfortable posting the pictures because of my address being on the receipt. I am leaving this review because of the customer service and disrespect I received as a customer for this restaurant. I recently moved to this area and ordered before. I was happy to be informed this company does not use pork products. So I decided to order Again. I ordered a pizza and wing special this time adding Turkey pepperoni to my pizza as you guys can see in my receipt. The delivery came very early which I thought was unusual but I didn't think twice. Gave my delivery cash and also a tip. I apologize because I was not ready and I am home alone with small children. I rushed to the door but to my surprise the driver was very flirtatious and inappropriate. He asked can he text me. And told me his name. Nervously I just replied "yes" (due to bad experience with rejecting men in the past) My daughter opened the box and brought to my attention that we did not have pepperoni. So I called to explain. The woman who answered told me not to touch the pizza and to wait for the driver to come back. She wanted me to give him the now already opened pizza back in order to receive the pizza that I ordered. Which I thought was strange but I was honest and explained that my 3yr old daughter has already opened and touched the pizza The woman THEN said her "chef" said too late now. I have to keep the pizza. So I asked to speak with a manager. The manager then explained that he could ONLy give me a 5$ credit towards my NEXT order. Frustrated at this point I asked would they rather lose a customer or simply replace my pizza? He said he could not replace it due to food prices recently going up. so I asked could they at least send me pepperoni so that I can put it on myself? Five minutes later another was outside with a sandwich bag filled with outdated cold pepperoni. I know it was outdated due to the smell. In the meantime I am on the phone with the original delivery driver (who is now saying he is part OWNER of this company) but that's not it... he proceeded to flirt with me. Asking if I was alone or was a man in my home, also asked could he bring my daughters cheesecake for free and talk with Me in my home... because I'm VERY attractive to him and he likes my tattoos I wasn't going to complain but I now have to ask myself... as a well respected woman of my religion and also a mother. "Would I recommend this service to anyone home alone trying to cut themselves some slack and order take-out after a long day?" And the answer is a BIG NO! I do not wish to discredit anyone or speak harshly of anyone. I need to be CLEAR on this! But I do not recommend or feel safe ordering from this company. I'm actually afraid knowing that they have my address. Lucky I was ordering out due to packing and moving tomorrow morning. I also want to add to please be safe in ordering delivery. Everyone deserves RESPECT, especially when spending your hard earned money but the level of DISRESPECT is very disappointing to me. I must also add that an hour later I received a NEW pizza, but the driver is very persistent about trying to "come in" and asking if I'd like to have a drink. Please... be careful read more

Noho is the best pizza place I've ever been to in the Albany area!Their pick up special is a large pizza for less than $10 which I don't know if you can get better than that! All of the staff are extremely courteous and all the counter girls are nice even when dealing with difficult customers. The owner is very involved and if you see him in store then you are guaranteed a a warm welcome. Deliveries are always ahead and I've never had a late one. No matter what you order you are guaranteed a great eating experience in a clean, welcoming location with fresh, hot food and some of the most friendly employees you'll find around. It's easy to find yourself in conversation with the counter girl even when they are busy and working hard to care for multiple customers. I would recommend NoHo pizza to anyone who wants good food and a pleasant experience. If you haven't already been, you're missing out! read more

How does a pizza joint run out of pizza during lunch! Makes no sense. If you know you're going to have steady customers then you probably should have more than one cheese pie out in your display case. Also the quality of their pizza has gone down drastically. I'm no longer impressed with this place! Crazy how I use to think this was close to NYC pizza, but seems like they really don't care about the quality of their pizza! Lark needs better pizza options! Both Noho and Soho SUCK! and their customer service is just as bad if not worse. Lady at the front counter looks miserable, never smiles and acts likes she's going out of her way to do HER JOB!!! Unfortunately, this is the only pizza option close to my job smh! I can't wait for someone else to open a pizzeria on Lark or Washington!!!! read more

I would eat their eggplant parm pizza until the day I die! All of the staff are incredibly friendly and they only want to help. They are always on time with deliveries and the delivery drivers are some of the nicest people I have ever met. The counter girls are always smiling and welcoming. They engage in conversation even when they are handling multiple customers! I have never had an issue with anyone or anything at this place. In fact, it goes above and beyond what other places do to keep the customers happy. Their prices are really competitive too! For the quality of food they have you won't find lower prices! All of their portions are huge also. You'll never leave NoHo pizza feeling unsatisfied or hungry. 100% recommend!! It's my favorite pizza place in the Albany area! read more

I am very particular about my food and coffee. Never fill my belly with something worthless. Life is too short to eat bad pizza. I have been all around the world and tried pizza from almost everywhere but never ate anything as good as this guy's pizza. I have to make a trip to this store almost every week from my office at SUNY main campus. I crave for it. He has this margarita one which is out of this world. The price is low but the ingredients are truly fine. The balance of sauce, cheese, topping and crust thickness is just right . The owner is this middle eastern looking smiley guy with curly hair. He is friendly. I guess my kids are like me. They only enjoy the Noho pizza. Far from me but definitely worth for the trip. read more

I tried different kinds of pizza from this place. Margarita was the one way better than others. Recently I tried mushroom pepperoni and it was a-ma-zing. Their sauce is always very good and I liked their home made blue cheese too. They make delicious hot wings too. Veggie pizza was never good though. Not worth to try. Crust is always thinner than I expected and it doesn't have that much of flavor itself. Pizza maker changes from time to time. Look for the weird looking guy with Afro-like hair. But always ask for extra cheese :) there is sitting area and surprisingly a "customer only" restroom (one additional star for this). read more

I have been there several times. They use the finest ingredients in their pizza. Tasting their veggie pizza is strongly recommended. I have never tried the wings or the delivery service, so I have no comment about them. read more

Their pizza is good but the service stinks! The guy with the glasses is rude and discriminates against people. Don't waste your $$$ go to eat where people are friendly and personable. #buyerbeware read more
