Ordered cookies for a coworkers last night but the 2nd party delivery service (not insomnia…read morecookies) through Yelp messed up, looked like they delivered to a private residence a few doors away on the delivery app. I contacted insomnia cookies as I didn't have the driver contact info and they said they'd contact door dash for me, Yelp delivery didn't specify who the delivery service was when I ordered. I later found out it was actually grub hub by a text message and I contacted them. Insomnia cookies had the original charge cancelled and remade and delivered my order. I believe the original Order was located and redelivered or dropped off by the person they were mistakenly sent to as Several boxes arrived with my name on them. The cookies were moist, warm, and everyone raved about them! It was a wonderful way to say goodbye to an excellent nurse. A huge thank you to the staff at insomnia cookies for assisting with and rectifying a second party delivery issue (from now on we will exclusively use delivery from you only).
