Have emails back and forth with salesperson Chris Cook on the glass type and caming color. He had contractor sign after all our comments on changes to the quote but he forgot to change caming. He agreed, told contractor to install door and it's a simple fix for RBS to come, pop out windows and replace. Now I need to take to court as we are 7 months later, customer service (Andrew) refuses to return calls and Chris Cook states we need to pay for the windows and install. Completely unacceptable. If you give them your money, don't expect service if something isn't right or they make a mistake.

Another $20,000+ last year for trim and the same the year before in lumber. This is a heads-up for those of us that are not frequent customers of RBS and are not inclined to read the faintly printed full page of fine print on the reverse of the receipt. If you need to return surplus merchandise during or after a project, expect to be charged a 15% restocking fee. This is conveniently buried in that fine print. So after spending $25k they had the nerve to impose a $50 penalty on the return of a single container of Coretex screws!! We're encouraged to buy locally and when we do we are subjected to abusive customer service policies.

The whole shade was cut in a messy, jagged manner. The stick at the bottom was also cut jaggedly and not secured, as shown in my picture. It was because of Mickey, Jeff, and the rest of their staff that I was able to incorporate wrought iron to the windows, doors, screen doors, railings, and steps of my home in The Bronx. Even gate surrounding the entire property. When it was all done. I stood there and cried. I had lived in that home since I was 11 yrs old, and never had it looked that magnificent. I was locked in my apartment one day after a delivery came. It was a Sunday afternoon and everyone was closed. The delivery person was locked in with us. I called Stargate and Lock, Mickey picked up; I told him my dilemma; he sent Jeff. We were out and with a new more secure lock in a matter of minutes. I highly recommend Stargate and lock to anyone in need of professional locksmith, iron construction, or simply hardware services.

We scheduled an appointment for that week to have someone come by to measure. Two very nice gentlemen came by. They listened to my ideas and took measurement and photos. I heard nothing for two weeks so I called. I was told I would receive a call back; I didn't; I called again and again was told I would receive a call back. I finally got a call from the designer, Ryan, on a Saturday. Within a minute i was given a $$$ number, without any context. I told Ryan we would like to stop by the following Saturday. He said that would work and he would make the time for us. I emailed him during the week, no response. I called that Saturday morning and was told he was not in that day. I advised the person I spoke with that we wouldn't be available during the week and wouldn't be available for the next few weekends. I finally received a call from Ryan attempting to schedule "during the week and for the next few weekends". As we were busy for those few weeks, I emailed him, yet again, two weeks ago. I wasn't surprised that I received no response. I truly thought the showroom had everything I needed for my kitchen. It's just upsetting that your designer is less than responsible, attentive, and trustworthy.
