I decided to try some wines I use to drink too. I tasted the Petite Syrah, two kinds of Pinot Noir, Tempranillo, and the Cabernet. I enjoyed tasting the wines to find the right ones for my pallet. I thank the gentleman for bringing me and my husband a variety as well as the information he provided us about each one. We purchased the Tempranillo, Bradshaw Pinot Noir (my favorite), and the Albariño.

He made one drink at a time, and it took 10 minutes just to pour my Sangria from a pitcher. There were only 3 people in front of us and it took over 30 minutes to get him to pour some vodka in a cup for a bloody, pour my Sangria from a pitcher, and pour some hand shaken lemonade. To top it off, after watching him make a single drink at a time he decides to do the lemonade AND the person behind us' order at the same time. Instead of finishing our order. It literally added almost 10 minutes to a single drink. Ridiculous. When we asked him to finish our order before starting the next he was flippant and didn't speed up at all. On a holiday you never have someone so new alone. I appreciate he needs to learn somewhere, but he should have still been supervised so customers trying to have a nice holiday weren't left waiting for 30+ minutes for a drink when not in a rush....

While I didn't have an advance reservation, each time, there were still empty tables, but twice they said they had insufficient staff and the last time, at 4PM, 2 hours before closing, said it was just too hot!!! They seem to run this as a hobby rather than a serious business. Their wine may be good, but I have never been able to taste it, so I can't recommend visiting unless you request a reservation, which is ONLY done via email, at least 24 hours in advance.

It can be quite an overwhelming experience when you see the dozens of selections. I love how I was able to try the kombucha before committing to the purchase. I am kind of new to kombucha, but I know it is another form of fermented drink. They have seasonal flavors, and we also learned that we can mix two different kinds of kombucha together. The lady who works there is very knowledgeable and friendly. I will have to go back there with my daughter again in the summer. I am excited to see how summer fruits can be incorporated into the kombucha.

My wife ordered the wine flight, and I was thrilled to see one of my favorite beers, Pliny the Elder, on tap. The wine was excellent and very reasonably priced -- good enough that we grabbed a bottle to take with us. I was also impressed by how large and diverse their beer selection is.
