We spent 13 minutes in the armory waiting for a different group to finish up and they had the audacity to count that as part of our 30 minute session. According to the management "the experience starts once you enter the armory". If you or your child are willing to pay to hang out in the armory, then you won't mind this place. Why they can't explain the rules to newcomers BEFORE the session starts is beyond me. The game master (short latino dude with glasses and a tiny mustache) seemed like he was being inconvenienced by people being there. He spent a considerable amount of time getting frustrated with kids and wasn't welcoming or friendly at all. He was more concerned with keeping people in line than anyone actually having a good time. There was always some employee getting upset at a kid for touching the connection wire on their suit because they're "delicate". It's just a phone cable; I can't fathom why they don't just use heavy-duty ones. As a kicker, some of the equipment was broken. I spent a good third of a game shooting at, and getting killed by, a guy who's vest was not registering hits. A friend of mine had a shooter that wasn't working properly and the employees told him he just needed to be closer, and when he tried to get closer they took him out of the game as punishment for getting too close. Besides that, the employees in the actual game don't do much else aside from taunting players over the microphone when they get shot. The facility itself is really nice; in the party room kids were playing video games on multiple screens, there was plenty of seating including comfy couches, and the employees at the front desk were always courteous and polite. I just wish that same level of quality transferred over to the game itself. I understand that they think it's mostly kids playing and they won't necessarily care much about losing a third of their play time or dealing with broken equipment, but I wouldn't pay for that "experience" for my kid again. read more

I wanted to have our corporate business party for the holidays somewhere unique and different. The same old dinner and drinks at restaurants gets boring after a while. (plus after few drinks no one really pays attention to the mission and goals, which is customer service, communication and unified team in my business). So we changed our venue from Love & Garlic and booked No Surrender Laser Tag for our corporate event of 2014 after seeing their advertisements on Facebook for Corporate Events. I became worried at first due to no restaurant or kitchen on site, site looked small....etc. But once we met the manager WE COULD NOT HAVE CHOSEN A BETTER PLACE: -We had the Facility all to ourselves (ITS HUGE) - We were allowed to have food delivered and catering arranged - The party rooms had game consoles, T.V and we were able to upload our presentation to the T.V's. (Very Tech Savvy place) - The service their team provided us with was exactly what I expected (even my team learned a few pointers) - The manager explained different games and helped us picked some that brought out the reality of the employees and showed their thought process. Then he helped us focus on games which encouraged team building and had his refs jumped in and guide and explain what the mission was, assuring each team knew their target. - My staff had a great time and actually we had fun playing laser tag I would not think such a place would actually enhance corporate strategies or etc, but the team began to realize after the first game that team work and communication will be needed immensely for the objectives of the games I had picked for them. Its budget friendly and they cater around your needs! What more can you ask for. I would highly recommend this place to other businesses. -Matter of fact, I ended up getting my 2 kids their annual pass and its pretty much going to pay for its self! So now the manager of this place has contacted me, not to try and smooth things over, but you guess it, try and bad mouth me again! Unbelievable! He wants to come off as "just doing his job" or whatever, yet blames The Whole situation on me! AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS. Not only did he try and change his review, by being a BIGGER JERK, but now he is private messaging me and still calling me names. Very unprofessional and pathetic. Get lost no surrender. My daughter who is 6, was a little scared so I took her out for a walk before our laser tag session began, and grabbed a Jamba Juice and when I returned I was repeatedly told by every employee that "can't have that in here" in a rude, demeaning way, and was told by a snot nosed little teenybopper that "I couldn't have my laser tag wristband until I physically threw away my daughters Jamba Juice. This employee was way out of line. You don't talk to customers that way, little girl. Instead of offering to toss my drink, they simply watched me walk all the way across the room, toss my daughters drink, and only then gave me my wristband. It's not like I was smoking a cigarette or drinking a beer. It was a simple drink, that I was gonna throw away, but EVERY RUDE EMPLOYEE FELT THE NEED TO MAKE ME FEEL LIKE A STUPID JERK AND POWER TRIP. I don't know who the manager of this place is, but you need to get your punk teenage employees in line. I won't be back, and will be telling everyone I know to either not go to this business, or if they must, bring in a drink and see for themselves how they are treated. You will be appalled. No Surrender Adventure Park is my absolute favorite destination for family fun, especially when I'm looking to entertain my niece and nephew. Had a Blast!! when we took a group of 40 out there and utilized their party room. Also went out there the week prior with a few other couples, not a dull moment. Full of excitement. We have also used them for mobile and they were great, on time, and ready to go with all equipment needed to enjoy our company party. I have already scheduled them for 2 parties at their location and 1 Mobile party just within this next month. Maybe it's because they are still new, but the customer service is excellent. It has that mom and pop feel of an establishment where they actually talk to you and engage you. I really loved Tac-Ops when I discovered it. This place stole my Tac-Ops business. A better course, good background music and effects. As far as laser tag goes, Blackbeards is the worst. Laser Quest blows Blackbeards out of the water. Tac-Ops blows Laser Quest out of the water. And No Surrender is a notch above Tac-Ops. read more

it is a good place. My younger kids like to go and have fun and the food there is good, and you can kick back as adults and have an enjoyable time. I knock off a star cause I don't know if people remember but this place used to be the place for serious laser tag. Like adults and teens would go at and you have like 100 people playing some nights. When we went to lasser tag the game mode was "kid mode" and the cashier said "oh it been the same game mode" and he also said that he was "working here for 5 years" if he was working here for 5 years than he would know that "kid mode" is a mode.
