The workers showed up when they were supposed to, left the area clean , and took pride in their work. There were a few hiccups along the way but it was mostly due to issues with the supply chain, sourced from an outside company. Because of that I had several different teams on my project who didn't always communicate. However, any issues were immediately addressed and corrected. The client relations manager, Riveka, was excellent. She was on the site frequently to evaluate how things were going and make sure everything was perfect. She was also able to help with design input and arranged for a paint selection professional designer to do an on-site visit. The owner, Mynor, was also excellent. He came frequently before and after the job. He was able to come up with some work arounds to address any issues. I had already picked out everything before I hired them, as I was going to work with another contractor. Most of my issues were fabricator errors and related to an outside supplier. Unfortunately that caused many delays and Kairos worked with me. I am glad I choose Kairos. I thought their price was fair and was happy the owner wanted to make sure the job was well done.

The main project was to replace more than two dozen rotting boards and the steps on our 20-year-old deck, ensure the structural integrity of the deck, and jack up a corner of the deck that had sunk a couple of inches. He also power-washed the deck and the siding of the house that faced the deck. We also needed work done indoors. He repaired a door frame to a bedroom, fixed a broken storm door, replaced marble tile in our foyer, installed a missing sliding closet door, and procured and installed beautiful luxury plank vinyl flooring for a bedroom. He communicated clearly with us throughout every project, made suggestions when he saw something that needed improvement, and always checked with us when a decision needed to be made. In every situation, he did high-quality work in a very timely fashion.
