For context, they painted the interior or of our entire home - walls, trim, and ceiling. The team knew how to work with high end paint and transformed a set of drab, beige, poorly textured, and banged up walls. They sanded the walls to manage the texture, worked expertly with tricky corners, managed complex work with dry wall to address dings and structural oddities. They are not just incredible painters - they are also amazing project managers and partners. The team managed our paint job while we traveled, but our furniture and floors were kept pristine (despite our 0% prep for them). When they ran out of paint (because I insisted on getting it and didn't get enough!), they reached out. When I didn't get back to them soon enough, they went to the store and perfectly matched the color, no VOC, and other specifications. It took a week and a half to schedule out but on the day of, the employee who came to do the work handled it seamlessly. I already had matching siding paint available, and the contracted brought the wood, trim, and their tools. There was some paint finger prints on the siding after the job was done, but brought it up to the contractor and they were able to clean it up afterwards.

They perfectly matched the existing paint to minimize the number of walls and ceilings needed. They were very fast and responsive and reasonably priced. I made a mistake and forgot to specify that a door frame should match the adjacent trim and didn't notice until after I'd paid and the work was done. Jeff came back the next morning, matched the color and by the afternoon the work was done. They didn't leave a mess and moved the necessary furniture and remounted the closet shelves. They even repaired the molding broken by the plumbers who cut open the walls.

I had a small job of installing 5…read moresheets of drywall, finishing drywall, painting one wall and ceiling, replace bathroom vanity and quarter round, and paint bathroom walls. They were to remove toilet paper holder and towel rack, paint, and reinstall both. I noted to the job foreman that I inspect drywall finishing with a flashlight and he did not object. I also asked that I inspect the drywall finishing before they paint. I was notified they were ready to paint so I inspect but they noted they still were in the midst sanding the drywall seams. I noted to the crew that my criteria was to use flashlight to inspect drywall finishing, The picture attached shows a sample what I found. I gave them 3 more chances until I had enough. I finished the drywall finishing myself which only should have taken an hour but was four hours since I had to sand out the gouges and ridges which had been painted with multiple coats of paint. They also installed quarter round which was the most pathetic job I have seen.

Had a great experience with Dash floors. They were very fast and responsive in my request for a…read morequote and were able to schedule a visit to my home right away. We were under a budget so was hoping for a good price on replacing our carpet in the living room, dining room and hallway with luxury vinyl plank. Their quote was very reasonable and included replacement of the carpet with LVP in the two bedrooms in addition to the three areas I noted. We were also looking to replace our 2.5 inch baseboards so they were able to throw in new baseboards into their quote as well. The company is very flexible in scheduling the work - all they needed was two days notice. They were able to replace our floors in two days for a 1,000 sq ft condo. They also have a nice selection of LVP with options at various price points. Our floors had original hardwood and there were a couple of sunken areas in the subfloor which they were able to level out with concrete (fixing with plywood would have been more costly). The crew who came and worked in our home were nice and respectful and I was amazed at how efficient they were barely taking any breaks. Joao provided the quote visit and his two brothers came in and did the work. All of them were very communicative making sure I'd check certain areas to be sure I was ok with the work and answering any questions I had. In the end I am impressed with the floors and wish we replaced our carpet sooner. Dash floors with very communicative and will work with you within your budget.

When I brought up my concerns, the owner, Mr. Leite, was dismissive and tried to make excuses instead of taking responsibility. At one point he even tried to convince me that my kitchen cabinets were two different colors when they were clearly one which felt manipulative. On top of that, there were hidden fees, including a labor tax and a 3% card fee, that were never mentioned until the final bill. I appreciate good work and honesty, but unfortunately, I didn't get either when it came to the flooring. I would not recommend this company for flooring projects.
