And the prices are absolutely fair! I initially worked with Angela, who was friendly, knowledgeable and enthusiastic from the get go. I loved so many of the dresses that it was hard to decide which one to purchase. She was flexible in allowing me to come back in for a second appointment to try on my favorites once more before choosing THE ONE. The showroom is small so you will be the only client there, which makes the experience relaxed and personal. At no point did I feel pressured to buy. After making the final decision, Angela was professional in helping me understand the contract and taking my measurements. My emails were always answered quickly and all communication was easy and pleasant. Shockingly, the dress was finished a week earlier than expected and took only 4 months total! I picked it up today and it is just the most beautiful piece of work. Whitney was very helpful and attentive in completing the sale. I had ten bridesmaids who each spent over $300 on dresses, and my experience with this company was nothing short of a disaster. If they had a BBB account, I would have filed a complaint there as well because their business practices are completely unethical. For context, I traveled from North Carolina to New York to attend one of their showcase events because I wanted to see the dresses in person before making a final decision. After carefully selecting three colors: pearl, rose gold, and hot chocolate. I had my bridesmaids place their orders in November 2024, confident that we were getting exactly what I saw in person. However, when the dresses arrived, the hot chocolate dresses were a completely different shade than what we originally saw in the store. After all the time, money, and planning that went into this, the last thing I expected was such a major discrepancy. I reached out to Pantora Bridal to address the issue, hoping for a resolution. Instead, I was met with dismissive and unhelpful customer service. They offered no solutions and no discounts, even after having to be open to changing my entire wedding colors for their dresses. However, they did allow us to return the dresses, but by refusing to assist in finding an alternative solution, they left me with only a month to find new dresses for my bridesmaids. Since they refused to help over the phone, I had no choice but to fly back to New York to speak to someone in person. Even then, it was another frustrating experience where I had to suggest possible solutions myself while they remained uncooperative. The only option they offered was for me to change my wedding colors and choose from whatever display dresses they had in inventory, without offering any discount for these used dresses. After returning home, I waited for a promised follow-up call from the manager, Kadine, which never came. So my fiancé and I followed up again. When we finally got her on the phone, she claimed there was a "dye lot issue" and insisted that this was clearly stated in a clause on their website. However, when we checked, there was no such clause. We immediately took screenshots of their website while on the call and emailed them proof that nothing about a "dye lot issue" was listed anywhere. Kadine put us on hold for 15 minutes, and when she returned, she blatantly lied, and magically provided a screenshot of the website now showing the clause. They had obviously added the clause while we were on hold. The font, wording, and formatting were completely different from their other policies, making it clear that they had just inserted it to cover themselves. To make matters worse, Kadine refused to let us speak to anyone above her, and when we attempted to reach out to the owner of the company via Instagram, we never received a response. In the end, we had to scramble to find a new vendor at the last minute to replace ten bridesmaid dresses, a stressful and expensive process. I never got to have the exact color scheme I originally envisioned, all because of their dishonesty, unprofessionalism, and lack of accountability. Brides, if you are considering Pantora Bridal, think twice. They do not care about customer satisfaction, they do not take responsibility for their mistakes, and their customer service is terrible. I would never recommend them to anyone. Save yourself the stress and disappointment! I ended up going with Tatiana's Bridal Boutique, and they were beyond amazing! They heard my horror story and immediately jumped into savior mode, not only providing expedited shipping, but also garment bags and custom jewelry for my bridesmaids. Because of this situation, it also disrupted and complicated our scheduled appointment with the alterations shop. This entire experience caused unnecessary stress during what should have been a special and joyful time. The lack of accountability and poor customer service turned what is one of the most important moments in my daughter's life into a very negative experience.

I booked an appointment for 5 Pm on a Friday, and from the moment I walked in, I was so impressed by the space. It is extremely large, clean, and beautifully decorated. It was by far the largest room I had been in at any bridal salon in New York City. The guest area was also beautiful, with a large, gorgeous couch, and the actual fitting room was huge (definitely the most space I had anywhere while trying on dresses). My stylist was Sylvia, and she was absolutely amazing. She knew the dresses inside and out, answered all of my questions immediately, and seemed to know exactly which dresses I would want to try on. She was extremely personable and gave the perfect amount of space for me to figure out what I liked about each dress, while also offering helpful suggestions and options for what could be changed. I ended up wanting to personalize a dress with detachable sleeves and a non-sparkle lace, and Sylvia knew all of the customization options perfectly. She showed me exactly what the changes could look like and even brought out the identical lace without sparkles so I could really visualize it. She was so patient with me and handled everything perfectly, offering suggestions without ever being overbearing or pushy. She let me walk around in the dress, sit down, and do various poses. I really love many of their dresses as they have the corset back, making them so secure and giving breathability. They have so many incredible dresses with different styles, so it truly is a great place to find a dress. I later came back for a "say yes" appointment with some of my bridesmaids as I was between two dresses, and unfortunately Sylvia wasn't there. However, Hafsa was there and was just as wonderful. She answered so many questions I had about the boning, personalization, timeline, bustle, etc. I ended up saying yes to the dress, and the team was very patient while answering all of my questions about shipping, timing, alterations, etc and letting me read through the entire contract. I felt like the girls you see on TV shows and movies with the private room, Prosecco, and my loved ones by my side. There were plenty of unique dresses to choose from. Thankfully I'd already done my research so I knew what I wanted to try on. I loved the ambience of the place. I literally felt like the only girl in the building thanks to how the rooms are set up. It's super private, and maybe the music playing drowns out the other groups of people in the building. Or maybe my excitement was really loud too lol. I also love the window view -- I was able to look out and realize every so often that I was really in New York shopping for a wedding dress. If you purchase a dress, you get to take pictures with the yes to the dress sign, and they also send you off with a nice gift bag as a thank you! I wasn't expecting that! I would recommend this location for your dress needs. As beautiful as these dresses are, they don't exactly break the bank which is a relief.
