Jessica was quick to respond and was able to schedule Ryn to come within an hour or so of me reaching out. Ryn was awesome - super personable and so considerate. What started as a stressful day ended with a lot of relief. Thank you Jessica and Ryn!

Ryn arrived today (the next day) and within a few hours had diagnosed and treated the hair of everyone in the house. Ryn was so patient with my kids in this first adventure with lice, even when one was squirmy and grumpy or extra curious after his treatment was done. Ryn also helped us understand what we needed to do to protect against the lice coming back. All in all, this could have been a much worse experience, but Jessica, Ryn, and team made it manageable and fast. Thanks!

Ava was helpful, and thorough in here explanation of her service, and what I should expect. She was able to schedule my nephew for the very next morning at 8am. The treatment went well, and my nephew loved Ava. She had us laughing, and learning about lice. She provided proof of treatment letter so I was able to give it to my nephew's day camp that very morning. At least I didn't have to worry about being treated -- being bald has it's benefits. Though Ava educated me on the importance of delousing the house, so after sending my nephew off to day camp, I had Ava stay for a head lice cleaning of my house. Nit Nurses was responsive, effective, and entertaining; I'd recommend.

We live in Albany, and in the Albany school district kids aren't sent home for nits, just live lice. I've been doing preventative shampoos and sprays daily, but today my daughter's teacher thought she saw a nit in her hair. I checked her head thoroughly, but couldn't find anything. I'm still super paranoid, because lice are gross. I should also mention that I have dreadlocks so if I get lice it's gonna be (a plethora of sweat words) to get them out. I called Ava just to ask some questions and she was so incredibly helpful, even though I wasn't necessarily calling to set up an appointment. She told me what to look for on my daughter's head, explained how lice function, and she hooked me up with a ton of recourses for what to do if I do end up getting them. If my daughter ends up getting lice I will be booking an appointment with Ava for their removal.

Unfortunately I found more lice in all 3 of my daughters hair roughly 2 weeks after our appointment. No problem, right!? This company has a 100% guarantee... WRONG! Apparently there is only a guarantee if a follow up appointment is booked the day of the original appointment. 1) I wish I knew this little caveat to the guarantee, and 2) why in the world would I book a follow up appointment on the day of my original appointment? I expected the problem to be solved right then and there. Given the problem wasn't taken care of the original visit, and this company had thrown a loophole in their guarantee policy, they deserve nothing more than 1 star. Do better.

She was helpful in answering questions and providing helpful tips and tricks. She was also able to provide us with certificates to allow the kids to return to school. My only reason for not giving us 5 stars is that this process seems overly cumbersome compared to others. For starters, it's a 3 day minimum (although we learned it often takes longer) process and each day you need to meticulously comb through the hair, wash with special shampoo/conditioner AND re-sanitize the sheets and bedding that was used. Every. Single. Day. The treatment does not kill the lice/nits it only stuns them. So essentially it's very likely that this treatment plan will drag on far longer than it would if you went to a clinic or chose something over the counter. My advice: seek a faster/effective treatment solution and save yourself (and your washer and dryer) lots of heartache.

I got charged extra since my hair is really thick but it happens with haircuts too so I wasn't surprised. The whole treatment was expensive but honestly, take my money.
