On the day of service, 2 cleaning ladies arrived closer to 1 pm and were finished by 2:30. I was charged $350. I was assured the $50 overcharge would be refunded. After multiple assurances over the last 2 months, I have yet to see a refund. Also payment is only accepted via Venmo or Zelle, so no option to dispute the charge. Quality of the cleaning was good but would not recommend based on poor business practices.

She also followed up with photos to make sure we were happy with the work since we were moving out of our old place during the job. Their prices are more than fair for such great work I highly recommend V S cleaning and will definitely be using them again in the future

There were different people who came to clean, and after a few months, someone came who hadn't been told how to get into the property to clean, and we were charged the full value for the cleaning cancelled by the company (I'm fairly confident that I gave the company relevant codes, but have no definitive proof of that). After a couple of cleanings that were ok, but not great, and then being charged for a cancellation that I don't agree was my fault (though I can't prove that it wasnt) I cancelled the service. It didn't seem worth the risk of repeat miscommunications/cancellations I would have to pay for.
