Just had another wonderful massage at Nirvana with Yam. She used the deep blue and I loved it! I feel so relaxed and am happy I treated myself and my friend. We will definitely be back soon! Thank you!!! read more

My wife and I had an awful experience tonight. defiant customer service. I requested deep tissue and they sent a masseuse with poor strength. They switched to someone else mid massage, and while he was stronger, he has no idea what he was doing. Massaging bone and tendons, missing all the essential areas. My wife's prenatal massage consisted of them wiping oil all over her with no pressure either. It seemed like there was no consistency or training with these masseuses. They were unwilling to make our poor experience right with a discount or anything. We will not be coming back. we were extremely frustrated, our time wasted, and our date night was ruined. read more

I've been coming to Nirvana for over a decade. This is my favorite place to get a massage. To be honest, I prefer this place over the Four seasons. Yen has always been so kind and welcoming, and always finds a way to fit me in their busy schedule, as long as I call ahead. Everybody is very professional, clean, hard working and my go to place in the Conejo Valley! read more

This place is great, they took us quickly and the place was clean, calming and the staff were friendly and the massage was great.

Amazing massages & Ivy the Massage Therapist is the best! Nirvana Day Spa will not disappoint.

Solid and no frills day spa option, if you are looking for massages or foot rubs. They have a large room for the foot rubs and clothed massages that are shared across clients, and also individual booths for some other massage options. They have a pretty clear pricing menu and you can select exact what you want, and the add ons. The booths are separated by partitioned walls with curtains, which are not as private as a full room but adequate. You can hear the noise from the outside pretty clearly as well, which might be a bit disconcerting for those that like complete privacy. The staff here are all very nice, and very receptive to communication - if you want something specific it is better to communicate. My massage was very relaxing but I didn't think there was a huge focus on any knots. They have a "Thai" option as well which involves some assisted stretching. You can add a $5 foot rub to each of the massages which is really quite brief. Overall, pretty bare bones and all the options are pretty affordable. read more

My friend and I come every year to Westlake Village Inn. Part of our tradition is to make a visit to Nirvana Day spa for an hour foot massage. It is actually a full body massage with your clothing on. We go as many days as we can. In 2023 the charge was $40 for an hour body massage with foot massage. The atmosphere is friendly and clean. The value is incredible. If you are thinking of giving them a try, I highly recommend this business for massage !!!!! read more

I have been coming here for more than 10 years. Always consistently good. Times are always flexible and prices are very good. Yang is very strong and gives a great massage. She also can help you deciding what massage to get. As always doesn't forget to tip! read more

I've been to many massage places in ventura county and this is the only one that stood out.The staff were very professional, the manager made it really easy to arrange the schedule. Also it's really a quiet time during the session. I had lots of knots and back pain and the masseuse really took care of that. I felt so much better after the first time. We will definitely come back. read more

Very relaxing massage, will definitely be coming back. Was very tranquil and peaceful. Left feeling so relaxed.

I'm not going to write reviews, but if you want the best massage you've ever had asked for Jackie! He puts his whole heart and soul into your massage and every time I go, I never wanted to end, and wish I could go back the next day. It's honestly that good! My handsome goes to Ivy and Lily. Highly recommend them both. read more

Amazing massage! Been coming here for the past 3 years! I try to go once a month to de stress! Good prices too!

Stay around the area for a night and found this place to kill my time as the check in at my accommodation was not the time. So called in and booked for slot, when I came a guy named Peter, welcomed me and did not know was my therapist (he did not introduce himself so how I supposed to know). I was asked to enter one room for my massage and I was HALF NAKED and the lady opened the curtain and left that thing opened talked to me asking me to move to other room! Like SERIOUSLY other people behind can see my half naked body!!! Where is your common sense, besides I occupied that treatment room first while other rooms were vacant! So why don't you put other guest who came later than me in other rooms???? Anyway I left the room and and moved to other room with not wearing shoes as I don't want to re-wear and remove them again. Peter apologized and did great massage for me which I really recommend to book with. He worked on my problematic area and do some 'fixing' on that. This 2 stars rating was because of that lady who ruined it. Otherwise I should have been having great experience. read more

Been coming here for years. Between their Tai & Hot Stone massages, they always get my spots. Lower back is my issue all do to gym workouts. My once a month visit always keeps my Aline. There is ONE negative. Without fail, there's that one client that walks in talking soooo loud as if it's their own home. Maybe better signage to state, "inside voice" when entering. I dislike being the bad guy saying shush all the time. Although my folks working there do thank me...lol. read more

love this place, Jenny has really helped my neck and back. Very clean, relaxing and reasonably priced.

This is the only spa I will go to. There are so many good masseuses such as Ivy, angel, Lily, and Jackie. But everyone I have had is so wonderful. It is clean, the owner really cares about her clients, and it is reasonably priced. I highly recommend nirvana as my whole family and all of my friends are now hooked too!!! read more

I have been a long time customer of Nirvana Day Spa, although I haven't been for quite awhile (over a year). I was very surprised (and impressed) when I called to make an appoint recently and they remembered me! When I arrived, I was greeted as an old friend. I was very pleased that it was still as I had remembered, very professional and clean. I was greeted promptly, although I had arrived early the wait was not long. They recommended an essential oil to help with the pain I was in (reason for my visit) and I received an excellent massage as always. I would HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking for a great massage. The prices have gone up slightly, but I feel they are still very reasonable! read more

Great overall experience. Been going here for over 6 years now and it's my "go-to" massage spot. Highly recommended from me

Worst place to get a massage. Not only is a massage, horrible. They are untrained and perverts. Disgusting. Not clean at all. I would stay away from this business altogether. After giving tip, the lady at the door argues with you that it is not enough tip. Giving 20% is standard and to even ask about tip is so rude. The lady at the front door is very money hungry and greedy. read more

as a massage therapist for over 20 years, everyone would ask, "well who massages you?" These guys! I've been coming here for years for my own massages. The ambiance is quiet and relaxing, the pricing is great whether I'm on a budget one month or can really splurge, and even though I get completely starkers I feel safe and comfortable. Their massages are much different than what I learned and I actually like theirs more! i highly recommend you keep an open mind and give them a try! read more

I would not come here again. We were in town for a wedding and had some time to spare so we decided to get a massage. We usually get Thai massages back home so we were excited to see that the first option in the services menu is a Thai massage. It was a Friday morning so I called to make sure they had enough staffing for two 1.5 hour massages, and was happy they were able to accommodate. We show up and was greeted by a lady who sat us down on the sofa. She shows us the brochure and we point to the massages we wanted and she immediately went into a shark mode to try to get us to add on to our massage. Her first attempt was this oil we can add in for $10 which she claimed was "very good"--I had no idea what it is and don't want it, so I politely declined. Then she tries to get me to add in a scrub to my massage, to which I declined because the massage I wanted includes a body scrub already. She walks us into the back and tells us that we can have private rooms next to each other, which will be an add-on because it's extra service. At this point my bf and I were scratching our head because he's getting a foot massage, and the room she brought us to was not set up for foot massage. At this point my bf and I felt like we were either misunderstood or she was just throwing anything out there to see what we will take. So we asked to see the brochure and pointed to the service we wanted and confirmed the price with her. He goes outside to the common area for his foot massage and I stay in the room. The same lady then tells me she has an essential oil for an add-on for when I lay face down. *face palm* I appreciate the hustle but please just stop! I feel bad I keep turning her down but I do like feeling like I'm constantly being upsold. I wish we just cut our massages short because the masseuse did not have good technique. For the hour and a half, I felt like I was just getting massage oil spread over my body or that I was biting down my lips because I was in pain (not the good kind, when the technique is precise, to the point, and intentional). If you do decide to come, just make sure you be firm with the service you want because the lady will try to throw all sorts of add-ons. read more
