Great cheesesteak. My main beef is that it's cash only in person, so when I wanted to add a drink to the sandwich I had ordered ahead using a credit card, I couldn't. I get loving cash, I don't get prohibiting cards.
Very cozy and clean sandwich shop. Service was excellent, very friendly and fast. Meatball Parm was delicious. Thin cut Idaho fries were great. Cheesesteak was amazing. Place is cash only be aware. Everything came out fast and was very fresh.

Quick and easy, i ordered online and pickup time was about 20 mins. Got there and my order was ready, piping hot . I will say there was a weird smell, it just did not smell like food was cooking at all when i walked in. My sandwich was amazing though lol. Most likely would not sit in and eat.
I was craving a delicious sandwich and a friend recommended Nipotina. I ordered The Nipotina and The Eye and they were both so delicious! You can really tell they use high quality, fresh ingredients! I ordered a pick up online and my order was made very quickly, which I appreciated. The inside of the restaurant is very nice and clean. I'll have to dine in the next time I'm in Philly! I'd definitely recommend getting a ribeye steak sandwich and a cutlet sandwich so you get the best of both worlds! Thank you Nipotina!

I came here to grab some sandwiches to bring to ARS brewery. If you don't want to pay with cash, you can order online for pickup. I highly recommend ordering through the website because you can customize your sandwich by adding or removing more items . For example, for my chicken cutlet sandwich The Slice, I removed arugula and added eggplant. It was messy but delicious. The eggplant was thick, cutlet was crispy, The guy at the counter was super courteous and friendly.
Order delivery. Sandwiches were delicious. The Roe was huge and filling. The chicken parm was very good. Lastly, the cheesesteak was right up there with some of the best I've had. Steak was tender, cheese was melted in, and the bread was soft. Overall, excellent and highly recommend.

Spacious Ample seating or take out. Rewards program. Cash only unless you place an online order via the website. I ordered the Hottie (vegan on a gluten free roll) for takeout. I absolutely love love love their fries. I am looking forward to trying another sandwich, with fries of course.
Yum! I am so happy I tried Nipotina because it was delicious! At first, the prices are kind of high but honestly it is very worth it and the quality is there! I got 'The Slice' with chicken cutlet, fried mozzarella, marinara, arugula. It was flavorful and delicious and I was able to save some leftovers for later due to the size of the entire sandwich. I also got a side of fries, which I could maybe have done without. Nipotina also offered breakfast items, which I am excited to try. The staff were friendly and the sandwich was made relatively quickly. There is space to dine in, which is nice, but I did choose to take mine to go and eat at home. FYI, cash only, but they do have an ATM. Overall, I highly recommend Nipotina and I will be back!
Came here for lunch today because of their selection of vegan sandwiches. As a non vegan, I opted for the Hippie Chic with bacon jam, chopped chicken, goat cheese and arugula. I was expecting the chicken to be chopped more but it was still quite tasty. The bacon jam was pretty sweet but the peppery arugula and creamy goat cheese helped balance it out. I had high hopes for the fried pickles since they have a bunch of pickles on the menu, but they were just okay (I personally prefer breaded vs battered). The fries and tots were decent. The vegan sandwiches were delicious as well. Service was fast and friendly. But keep in mind they are cash only!! There's an ATM on site for you
Different cheesesteak #1115 in the last five years. I had a guest eater so I got a cheesesteak with mushrooms and a little louie. I liked the place, the names of the sandwiches and the moist half of my cheesesteak. The cheesesteak was seasoned very well. The moist seasoned half of my cheesesteak was very very good. The rest, no. The broccoli rabe on Little Louie was difficult to eat. Little Louie was a big disappointment.
I've eaten here twice, both times it was exceptional. We are snobby about cheesesteaks. If you want to get a table and eat your cheesesteak, as opposed to picking it up somewhere.. Nipotina is the place to go in S Philly. Also had a bacon, egg and cheese on a long roll... best breakfast sandwich i've had in a long time. Great prices and service.

I recently had a couple of great lunches here. I found parking along Wolf Street with no problem. The inside was clean and the staff was friendly. They serve you fresh waster (Drinks to order include Hanks, Boylan's, Harney and Sons, Teas etc.) and will serve you at the table or you can walk up and order at the counter. Their menu has a great mix of deli, steak, "chicken" steak, meatball, sausage and cutlet sandwiches with interesting flavor combos. You can also get breakfast (till 11AM) or a salad. They also have sides that include - tots, fried pickle chips, onion rings, fries, fried mozzarella and Zayda's pickle spears, chips and cherry pepper shooters. They have a couple of vegan options and GF rolls for extra $$. The staff was more than happy to give recommendations and their favs. My first lunch was The Eye - $15 Ribeye steak, Cooper Sharp American, fried onions came on a seeded Liscio's roll. If you enjoy the somewhat newer Cooper sharp style that's out there you'll like theirs. The Cooper sharp was gooey, mixed in well with the meat and on the heavier side. The ribeye was thin cut, delicious and the portion was pretty hefty. Second visit I went with - The Nad - $15 Chicken cutlet, fresh mozzarella, prosciutto, arugula, Mike's Hot Honey that came on an unseeded Liscio's roll. The portion size was good, chicken was fresh with good breading, the hot honey was a tad on the heavy side, but the flavors all came together pretty good on this one. Sweet, salty, light bitterness from the arugula and some heat from the hot honey. I added Thin Cut Idaho fries to make it a combo for $3 extra and I have to say they were delicious. They smelled like McD's and tasted similar. They are cash only, but have an ATM on site. You can use a card if you order online. The one bathroom they have was pretty clean and organized. I will certainly stop back for a visit if I'm in the area to try out more of their menu. Thanks guys! read more
I placed an order online for pickup from Nipotina. I ordered The Eye(Ribeye steak, Cooper Sharp American, fried onions, salt, pepper, ketchup, and mayo) for $15. This was one of the best cheesesteaks that I have had in awhile. I was pleasantly surprised and will order from here again. read more

Amazing food - layers of flavors, delicious vegan options too! I highly recommend that you work your way through the menu and try everything. Enjoyed the Meatballs My Way sandwich today. Walked in and it was pretty roomy cozy vibes. Plenty of windows to get natural sunlight in. Walked in and put in my order, the front end cashier was friendly. I ordered the Nad and it came out within 10-15min. Delicious, you can taste everything and the bread was crusty and chewy how i like it. The cutlet portion was perfect, the cheese pull of the mozz was photo worthy. Cutlet, mozz, hot honey, arugula and prosciutto. For my preference I proud would of like a balsamic vinaigrette with pepper flakes. The hot honey was too mild for me. The shop is on my way to the gym and parking was pretty easy. Best spot in Philly to get a delicious sandwich. Plenty of options to choose from, but I recommend the Nipotina itself. Lovely service as well and a great place to sit down and enjoy your meal and your time. Also don't worry about getting a side, you'll be filled to the brim with the sandwich alone . read more

I stopped in to grab a menu and next thing I knew I was eating in! I got the chicken cutlet sandwich with red, roasted peppers and provolone cheese. The bread was so good. Everything was delicious down to the thin fries which are my favorite. Great service .. the food didn't take long at all and the inside is so nice , clean, open and very comfortable .. I cannot wait to go back!! I'm so happy there so close to my house .. the women at the counter was so friendly I highly recommend this place!! read more
