R11 Shrimp Wonton Ramen

Love this place! Their pho is super delicious and the portions are huge. Full of healthy and flavorful veggies! Great service in with a laid vibe.

Boba tea from next door
Hyun P.

We usually go to the boba place next door, but this is our first time trying the restaurant. It's very busy, small space but packed with people. The food came out fast, and the portion size was good. Everything was pretty good overall. I'd probably come back here again for the ramen. The fries were really good as well.

Soju and white peach mixed, Kakiage, Fried Spring Roll
Christina B.

I started off with the fried shrimp and the aged tofu. Both were delicious, especially with the coleslaw and then sesame dressing. Then I had the udon with pork that was very tasty spicy everything I wanted. And it washed down nicely with Sujo. Now I wish they had more flavors of sushi. The only one they had at the time with grape, which was too sweet and queen, but when you added it with a mixer, it wasn't too bad. The food was amazing, the service was OK, but it was late so... What do you want. And the atmosphere was refreshing and lively and everything you want in a Ramen place.

A6 Gyoza (5pc)

I got this delivered and it didn't take long at all. The spicy tonkosu was not seasoned at all, even though I had the spicy sauce. It required at-home seasoning. The gyoza was not prepared the same as it is shown in a lot of the photos of those who ordered in store. These appeared to be steamed and dropped in a pan with hot grease for about five seconds before plating. Despite that, the flavor was good. Disappointing ramen, though.

U2 Curry Udon: Good curry flavor, huge portion, tons of noodles and fatty beef, soupy-sauce consistency
Kelly N.

It's connected to the Royal Tea place next door, so that was convenient for ordering delicious drinks during our meal! I didn't try the ramen, but everything I tried was pretty good. Service was kinda slow, but they were really busy and possibly understaffed so I understood. All the staff members we interacted with were also very nice and helpful. GESO KARAAGE: This was delicious! It was well-seasoned, well-fried (tempura style), and large-sized pieces. I'd definitely get this again and recommend it if you like squid. FURIKAKE FRIES: In other pictures, it looked like there wasn't enough sauce or seasoning, so we asked for it with extra sauce and seasoning. They ended up putting A LOT of extra sauce and seasoning. Like, kinda too much. It'd probably be better to order the extra sauce and seasoning on the side so you can control the amount. Aside from that issue, the fries were good. It's also a pretty large serving, so one order would be enough to share with a group. CHICKEN KARAAGE: This was good and basic. Good flavor, not dry, but not super moist either. Nothing mind-blowing, but it'll hit the spot if you're in the mood for something like it. NIKU UDON: This was delicious and a huge portion! It was everything I was hoping it'd be and more! They didn't skimp on any ingredients! Tons of noodles, meat, bokchoy and narutomaki! The noodles and meat were cooked perfectly. The thinly sliced beef is very fatty, so if you're not into that like my bf, that might be a problem, but I personally loved it! I have no complaints at all. CURRY UDON: Another huge serving with generous amounts of noodles and beef! It also uses the same fatty beef as the niku udon. My bf got this and I thought it was pretty good. It wasn't spicy at all and just had the curry flavor. It's in like a soupy sauce? I expected it to be thicker like curry, but it wasn't. It was almost like they poured a little soup into the curry to get that consistency. It wasn't bad though, just different from what I was expecting.

The food is amazing. We got there late and the service was still on point. Kudos to the servers. They're awesome!

R7 Hokkaido Spicy Miso Ramen
Julie E.

First delivery order and it was very good. From the packing for delivery to the delivery bowl provided everything was amazing. We ordered the R7 Hokkaido Spicy Miso Ramen! So good! The flavor and spice, just right. The ground pork, marinated soft boiled egg were fresh and the spice on point. Looking forward to trying other dishes.

Spicy miso
Becca S.

I came in today, service was fast. The soup came out piping hot. I ordered the spicy Osaka miso ramen. The noodles were well prepared and I liked the broth, the toppings were a bit lackluster. The egg was cooked perfectly. The chashu was mostly fat and not very flavorful. The corn was bad. I know it isn't corn season and it obviously came from a can, but it was all mushy and mealy. And there was a lot of it. The portions are large and the prices are pretty good, it just isn't something I would go out of my way for.

Coconut Shrimp
Phillip D.

We don't often eat Ramen. Friday evening effort to try something we don't often do. The recommendations were very high ratings. We were a little concerned with the high fish smell as we entered. My sponsor ordered the Coconut Shrimp and white rice. I ordered the Shrimp Wonton Ramen. For an appetizer we shared Edamame. The prices were reasonable. Unfortunately, the toilets were clean but smelly. The staff were very organized and pleasant. The restaurant was full as we left.

The space feels intimate and welcoming, the kind of spot where the steam from the bowls fogs up the windows and time slows down just enough to enjoy your meal. The ramen is where Kintaro really shines. The broth is deeply flavored and comforting, rich without feeling heavy, and clearly simmered with care. Every sip feels intentional. The noodles have that perfect bite, springy and substantial, soaking up the broth without going soft. Toppings are generous and well balanced, especially the pork, which is tender and savory and melts into the broth in the best way. What really sells the experience is how everything works together. The warmth of the space, the aroma of the kitchen, and the layered flavors in the bowl create something that feels less like a quick meal and more like a small ritual. It's the kind of place you want to linger, finishing the last drops of broth even when you're already full. Kintaro isn't flashy or overhyped. It's just solid, soulful ramen served in a space that feels like a refuge. If you're craving something comforting and satisfying, this is absolutely the spot.

Well...No More Reservations! If anyone is doubting whether or not to give this place a try stop doubting and do it! First let's touch on the service. The young lady whom took my order was super sweet, she greeted me with a smile and was very pleasant. Thats always a bonus for me when I encounter great customer service. She offered me a seat and stated that she would bring my order out as I chose to dine in. I ordered the Cajun Sushi Roll and Wow, this sushi did not disappoint. Might I add there was a little kick to the sushi but it wasn't unbearable, it just made it flavorful. Also, the sushi was topped with crawfish and avocado. Oh and while dining in, I noticed this restaurant received a lot of delivery orders. Just an FYI for those whom may want some sushi via a delivery service. Overall, the only thing I was disappointed in was myself because it took me sooo long to try this restaurant. I would recommend anyone craving some good sushi to come in and give it a try. 5 stars for me!
