I like that Ninja Ramen & Royal Tea are next to each other where you can order from both. Big portions! Bring your appetite! If you want some Ramen and Boba, come here! I really enjoy my appetizer of chashu bun. You should try it! I enjoy that the ramen size of the bowl are a very generous portion! Yum and nice and warm to have on a cold day or whenever you are in the mood. Grab a boba drink from Royal Tea to have a great mix of flavors to enjoy and pair with your Ramen. read more

The food and service at this restaurant is top tier! Our waitress Aliayah was very helpful and nice. We asked a few questions and she answered them very accurately. The manager Ivy is the best! She's all over the place helping every single table around the restaurant and is very respectful to everyone. I live 34 minutes away from the restaurant but I would not mind driving any time and eat here frequently because the service was 10 stars. We also love that it's open until late and the ambiance is very vibey! Everyone in the restaurant are so cool! read more

It's a shame Based on review and picture I was expecting B+ level ramen. I mean only true ramen shop would dare put shio ramen and mazeman. But man I don't know what you guys did to your original cook this is actually worst than most if not all the ramen places here in Arlington. Btw a flatten out takoyaki is NOT okonomyaki. No wonder I have friend who tried this place and said meh to it. Stop misrepresenting Japanese food. Service B- Food F Soup blend not creamy Meat thin and dried Noodle ok Very disappointed. To the wonderful workers at Ninja Ramen and Royal Tea-- I realized I've never left a review, and it's about time. I've never gotten an incorrect order, I've always been greeted, and even when I'm driving home with a to-go order my food stays warm! Ninja Ramen - Shoyu ramen, with extra chasu and no karaage or ajitama. - Ramen Near Me - Arlington, Texas

I stopped by Ninja Ramen craving a poke bowl and they definitely did not disappoint. I suggest ordering a custom bowl and select your toppings. The portion is definitely large enough to share, just prepare a nap if you plan on eating an entire bowl yourself. I ordered the tuna and spicy salmon. They tasted fine and was slightly disappointed with the protein portion. This is a sit down seating and was pleasantly surprised they have late hours. There is an afternoon and late night happy hour but the menu didn't specify what is included nor did I ask as I was there during lunch time. There was no wait for a Monday afternoon but I can easily see how quickly they fill up as it is not a large restaurant. The ambience and art was fun and I enjoyed the vibes. There was nothing specific about the service, neither good or bad, but last time I visited I did not enjoy the ramen hence the 4star rating. Once the weather gets cooler I will stop in and try their ramen and maybe some soji. They have an extensive drink menu and regret not ordering the thai tea. Overall I would recommend to atleast stop by and try the poke bowl. read more

First and foremost wonderful wait staff and service! I came in not knowing what to get but after a thoughtful conversation I settled on the creamy chicken ramen! I thoroughly enjoyed it but unfortunately, I felt like I was getting an allergic reaction. The server was very kind about it and took it back. I ended the day with shrimp tempura and some boba. The shrimp tempura was CRISPY !! What I did enjoy about the ramen, was the flavorful broth. The chicken was not soggy but not too crispy either, right firmness level. read more

Good food, bad service. I came in 1/07/25 at 4 pm. The server sat me at a table, then walked away just to lean over the counter by the bar seating on his phone for almost five minutes before greeting me with a casual, "Sorry for the wait." The food came out and tasted great, so I let the initial lack of attentiveness slide. However, things got worse. I placed a takeout order with my server, assuming he'd bring it over to my table 10 ft. away once it was ready. Instead, he sat at the bar on his phone while my order sat bagged and untouched for 15 minutes. I didn't say anything at first, thinking it wasn't mine if it hadn't brought it out. To my surprise, he grabbed his own food, walked out of the restaurant with his belongings, and left me sitting there. I finally had to check on my order myself, only to realize I had been staring at it the entire time. This kind of service is completely unacceptable. While the food was great, the poor service made the whole experience disappointing. read more

First time trying this place. We got it to go. The reviews are impressive. However, we were shocked that the food is COMPLETELY BLAND, like they forgot to season it! It was like they boiled water & put the plain noodles with absolutely no seasoning, not even a drop of salt or pepper. I'm still puzzled at how this place got such excellent reviews. read more

I had the spicy miso tonkatsu ramen. I was expecting good ramen because it cost me $11. But alas, I was disappointed. The tonkatsu ramen was not spicy enough. The broth alone had no depth to its flavor, and it wasn't spicy enough. I had a whooping two pieces of chashu, and my order was made up of mostly noodles. The other items I ordered such as the takoyaki and the kaarage were okay too. They are hard to screw up though. It was loud and crowded despite it being two in the afternoon when we went. Parking is not a problem unless you want to park in front of the entrance. This place is cursed because the next door bubble tea place is owned by the same people. That bubble tea place is also average, so whoever owns these two place are cursed with jack of trades master of none. read more

It was good, they were busy and our food came out at different times. Server was hard to track down. Went here with a group of 7 colleagues for dinner. The food was ok. I like ramen and this is my 2nd here. The first 1 was pretty good considering it but this time was a disappointment. The appetitive of squid came out ok but we asked to cut it to shareable pieces but instead they minced it so it came out as tine cubes. No common sense here. The spicy miso ramen was bland and only had a bit of spicy to it. I had enough ramen to say this is definitely over rated. The service was ok and the waitress was definitely new. read more

I wanted to try ramen we decided on Ninja Ramen it's in the name. They have a simple menu explains all about the ramen. I got the Creamy Broth Chicken Ramen. This was very good not spicy if you don't like spicy. Great flavors I like the chicken karaage that is fried chicken pieces. The noodles are very good and not a lot of vegetables which is good to me. We also had some appetizers Shrimp Tempura very good worth it. Grilled Ika it is a grilled squid not bad just a little rubbery not much flavor. And Takoyaki baked octopus pastries you need to try them. Not great but fun to try. The food was very good I liked the ramen mostly. Good size bowl portions you get plenty of ramen. We had a bottle of wine with our meal. Very good price on the wine. The place is not very big it will fill up fast. Service was very good for us no problems. The food came out fast not much of a wait was nice and hot. Located at the end of a strip shopping area. They do have a tearoom next door if you want to check that out. Went back a second time had the same ramen dish and apps. Still liked the Creamy Broth Chicken Ramen. Had the Takoyaki again not a fan this time will not get this again. The Shrimp Tempura was still good. Came on Friday night had a wait but it went fast. You can wait in the tearoom next door otherwise you crowd around the entrance. This is a great place to try Ramen you will like it guarantee. read more

Hubby got a customized poke bowl and it was good. I got the spicy mazeman ramen and I do not recommend it. Atmosphere: 4 stars Love the designs and chill atmosphere, but it does have the slight bathroom smell some restaurants have. Service: 3.5 stars They were nice, but like others have said, can be a bit hit or miss depending on your visit. Prices: 3 stars Have a few good deals for their appetizers, but in general have average pricing for okay food. Food: 3.5 stars Poke was pretty good, but nothing special. The mazeman was incredibly spicy with the meat on top. But thats it. There was the slightest taste of the meat and then just spice. No other flavor. Then it was paired with cold noodles and thinly sliced cucumber that both had absolutely nothing to try to flavor them. Im guessing it was supposed to be balanced by the meat. But the lack of flavor in the meat just made the whole dish gross. After a few bites, I just drank my water to help with the heat and nibbled on pieces of meat till my bf was done. I took it home and reheated it with other sauces so I didnt completely waste my money To be fair, the other stuff Ive had there was decent. This is just something they need to work on or for others to just avoid at all costs for now I have eaten here like three times since theyve opened and it is always very average. If youre looking for a rly great place to eat, I probably would recommend somewhere else. read more

They are horrible. Ordered through grubhub and recieved confirmation tht the order was recieved. This was an hour before they close. Came here twice now. The first visit was great. Had spicy ramen. The apps were good. Some were okay. Service was good, but not extra. The spicy ramen was good, but my friends garlic ramen was better. The spicy ramen did have a kick to it though. That was great! Not so hot where your tongue is numb and you can't taste anything, but definite kick. Other dishes at the table was chicken ramen, okay but i wouldn't order it. And a poke bowl. It was a good size and had a lot of protein. I didn't get to try but my friend liked it. Overall, I don't mind coming back if my friends wanted to. But I've had better ramen other places. Second visit, I came back to try the poke bowl that looked great when my friend ordered it. I chose the fruit ninja one since I like mango, but I kept the mango habanero sauce on the side. The poke bowl was not great. I didn't finish my bowl. The rice was cold and hard. The mango sauce just didn't go well. It wasn't spicy, just was so sweet and didn't complement well. So I got some ponzu sauce on the side and that was a little better. I asked for soy sauce, but they only had packets. The fish cuts were decent and good amount. The tuna looked a little pale. For app I got the pork belly bun. The pork belly was dismal. The sauce was good. The lettuce was a wonder why. Normally pork belly buns have pickled veggies to complement the sweetness of the pork belly sauce. read more

The food here is good but the last few times I've been here the bathroom has smelled so bad I've almost thrown up, and I have a really weak sense of smell so this is really saying something. Not sure why this is as this hasn't been an issue in the past but sure is now read more

The ambiance was very decent... love the anime element of it all! The service however wasn't the best. We were seated but we waited about 5 minutes to be acknowledged and asked our drink order. Came by since we were going to the Putt-Putt place but wanted to grab dinner first, and this was an option that was nearby. The interior feels roomy; lighting is more on the dim side and there's a moderate amount of seating available (about 4-5 booths and four large tables with a bar area). We were a party of 6 and got seated pretty quickly. Service was very timely and orderly. I ordered the Nagasaki Seafood Ramen ($12.50) with buttered corn and spicy sauce added. The broth is very rich and warm; not too salty but creamy enough to complement the seafood and noodles well. Tip: Add in some spicy sauce (comes in a small container) at your discretion to make the broth hotter. The seafood itself tasted very fresh - I got about three shrimp, two mussels, and a couple rings of the squid. Lastly, the ramen itself was very easy to eat and tasted fresh as well! Loved the ramen here - would gladly come back! PROS: - roomy interior with dim lighting (good music selection in my opinion) - great selections of ramen, soba, and more - great amount of add-ins available (at extra charge) - rich and creamy broth that isn't too salty or heavy - fresh seafood and tasty noodles - timely and friendly service CONS: - none! :) read more

If only I could give ZERO STARS. I've given this ramen spot several times. Within the last 3 visits I'm sworn off of it. 1. Terrible customer service. You're not greeted at the door or acknowledged. There are two women that have severe attitude issues, and treat people poorly. 2. They have switched shifts and didn't tell us as a customer - our waiter disappeared and never came back, forgot part of our order, and then we had to ask several times about the items missed and to get our check. 3. The ramen isn't the best - but it was the closest option for convenience sake. 4. Service is super slow in general, but no touch points from the servers. 5. Appetizers have been missed more than one visit. Communication is key. Customer service is key. Two things this place are missing + the food doesn't assist with compensating ... avoid this place at all costs. read more

My boyfriend and I tried this place. We were wanting fresh ramen from scratch. We were skeptical at first but it ended up being really good. Started off with the shrimp tempura as an appetizer. The absolute worst customer service! We came during lunch but it wasn't full and we had to wait while the two waitresses were just standing at the counter gossiping. Fast forward after seated and ordered, I saw that our foods were ready by the kitchen window and no one would bring them to us, they let it sit there for almost 10 minutes to bring to our table. The girl with thick lash extensions especially is always having some sorts of attitude, she brought our food and rather gently put it on our table, she literally slammed it down and walked off. Like excuse you, we're here to pay for our foods, not begging for free. Food quality has also gone down so bad, we got the tonkotsu ramen and they were tastless, no bone broth flavor and thickness whatsoever. All in all we wouldn't feel ashamed leaving the check with NO tips! read more
