Koi's simply has the best sushi my son and I have ever had. We love our sushi, and we've eaten it everywhere within 50 miles of Slidell, and obviously all over the country, FL,WA,NC, SC, CA, etc.... The specialty rolls at Koi's are simply a work of art, and in a class all to their own. Nowhere comes close in my opinion. The flavor profiles can be so diverse and deliciously contrasting, every bite we take, we look at each other and simply cannot resist saying "O.M.G, so freaking good"! Our go to favorites are the Assassin, Independence, and the Rip Curl. My son swears that Nobu downtown New Orleans has the best quality ingredients for nigiri or sashimi lovers, but if you like great quality ingredients with a flavor adventure in every bite with your specialty roll selections, Koi's for the win. Do not sleep on this place, Slidell. Service is consistently great here as well. Friendly, timely, efficient, and we've seen similar faces for years now, which only helps validate this place is truly special.
